Having specialized topics like TF, Instant TXs, AT, AE etc will help a lot both progress and get rid of this feeling that progress is stalled, situation is fuzzy etc. that puts us in a negative feedback loop!

Also, to make it absolutely clear: this account cannot send out "anti-Nxt", in case you are wondering. Accounts with a negative balance cannot send.

Hey guys,
after quite long time I finished creating new english version of Nxt wiki page:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:NXT (it's always better to do something instead of chatting about it)

We have a very nice german version, but you cannot simply translate the text - https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nxt - you need to use new citations in used language.

So it also means this article cannot be translated into languages where are missing published articles in that particular language.

I think now it needs only some grammar corrections and more wiki links and it should finally work. 22 citations could be enough

I just think people should stop obsessing over these stakeholders and what they are doing and get busy doing whatever you can do to contribute. Far too much sour grapes about this in my opinion. NXT are still only pennies each. If you buy some now and it goes up to $1 that's quite a profit. If it goes up to $5 then one day people will hassle you about why you're not giving away money so they too can get in on the gravy train they didn't buy a ticket for.  

Agreed - and I don't think anyone is actually going to "convince" the anonymous founders to ever "give up their hoards" as IMO their goal wasn't to "get rich" at all.

I'm not sure of the exact balances - but yes I do think they were "set aside" and will stay there no matter what happens "with the price".

When you look into the design of TF it certainly favours larger accounts and I don't think that was "by accident".

I am sorry what happened to you happened, we all have those moments sometimes where we ignore a warning and regret it later.. I would probably have died for longer than a minute...

I agree refusing to accept a PW less than 20 chars would help, with this specific issue, but then hackers would create dictionaries of common 20 char words and phrases looking for someone who had tried to use a  phrase they could remember.

Unfortunately there will always people out there trying to take advantage of mistakes people make and in the FIAT world these crooks can be caught, in the crypto world the environment itself prevents that, ergo we need to try even harder to help people not make mistakes.

Due to primitive client SW NXT exposed something to the end-user that other crypto's hide, I expect the emerging NXT clients will improve this generating/enforcing strong brain wallet passwords, whilst using a local memorable password and/or 2FA mechanism to allow access to this.

Hopefully once the committees are set up and run they will set up different threads/forums for each committees and the projects will be managed better. It maybe be a a good idea that each project will have a coordinator in each committee to a kind follow and assist it closely.
