Outstanding work everyone on putting enough donations together to allow Kristov to purchase his own masternode, if he so desires.

We've got an extremely talented team of dev's spearheaded by a true innovator, a project team that knows what it's doing and to top it all off, a community that is there when it matters.

I'm proud to be associated with all of you...

I knew some small minded fool will spoil my happy moment.  People have bills to pay, the more we donate, the longer he can spend on it.

We have nothing to hide, inviting an industry thought-leader on anonymity to spend as long as he can on an independent code review of the DarkSend+ code is what makes this project one of the best in Crypto.

Which part am I in disagreement with you??!?   That's why I am happy we got so much to pay him to give us a better review.  If he doesn't have his own masternode, how can he review it properly?

You called it a bribe, implying he will give us a favourable review regardless of what he finds.  Which is the opposite of what the community is trying to achieve and it's the last thing in the world he would do.

Kristov has a lot of integrity and if he finds any flaws I know for a fact the DRK Project Team will welcome his thoughts, good or bad.

This is a really good moment for the community and the project as a whole, don't spoil it with trolling...

http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/views/all/

WOOHOO ! ! !
lol

It doesn't matter what that chart says, we're still #2 and looking to take over #1.  It's the principle of the thing.  We're the best, it's where we belong Wink

+1... thats the (albeit biased) spirit !!  Cheesy

Biased?  Who me?  Nooooo!

Yeah I don't think its bribing him for a good review, I think its paying him for his time and opinion so he can help point out any flaws to be fixed. The review doesn't matter much as everyone can review it soon when its open source.

See... your choice of word is understandable, but overly implicit. He will certainly not give a "better" review. That man has a serious reputation to uphold. As a freelence myself, I take on jobs by the pay, except very select clients that I opt to prioritise. when one lives off seriously unpredictable income, one does logically take on the highest paying gigs. Time is money, double so for freelancers.

In the long term, freelance survival depends more on competence, that insta-profit based biased outcome.

Sorry Tante, still waiting for Evan to get back to me with some nudie shots, but here's our glorious leader overseeing a 1-click Masternode update:

Tis ok, I'd rather have him clothed, thank you (especially since I'm trying to adopt him as a nephew - don't want to step on his mother's toes, LOL)

But that's a lovely redhead, and he deserves a spot with the other beauties Cheesy  We'll have to make another list with his lovely wife, who I believe is a brunette?  LOL.  You can put my mug on that one!  LOL

I really hope he does.  It should be part of his research!  I sent a bit more now that I got my coins out of the masternodes, LOL.

Now I have to save up for the next reviewer.  Who do you think that might end up being?

Seriously, you can't bribe him.  However, because he is very interested in this kind of thing, I am certain he will want to find any bugs or problems, or find that he can't find any.  Because He seems to believe privacy is important, which I would assume means he looks forward to finding something that works, and works well.  But if something better comes along, you can bet he'll say so!

Ok, maybe the choice of word was wrong, but it's certainly necessary to get him the masternode.

I think a lot of people in today's Everyone Is Special society just don't understand that criticism can be a good thing - we want code auditors to do their damndest to break things and expose flaws, not pat us on the head and tell us we've earned a shiny star regardless.

Penetration testers like http://www.irmplc.com/ make a fortune doing code reviews and advising clients where their weaknesses are.

They then make public some of the issues so that software providers know what bugs are in their products so they can fix them.

Pen tests are part of the New York Bitcoin regulations:

s.200.16

(e) Audit. Each Licensee’s cyber security program shall, at a minimum, include audit functions as set forth below.

(1) Penetration testing. Each Licensee shall conduct penetration testing of its electronic systems, at least annually, and vulnerability assessment of those systems, at least quarterly

Possibly you are trolling, but this time I'll put it down to: 'needs more information to help better define ones views'

I hope that helps. Any tips, please pass on to Kristov
