Have noticed today the site response time is quite slow... 5-10sec sometimes to process get requests. Due to the DB upgrade?
Also, once auto-converted funds go onto the exchange how long does it sit without a trade before it is returned as the original coin? I take it you cannot manually pull it from the exchange?

Can you please look at your mail. I have sent in numerous emails over the last few days about balance discrepancy, slow coin auto exchange and nothing showing as on exchange.

Things typically do not change unless someone raises a flag. I haven't looked at the explorer but I'd call that a flag. Pool operators are humans, and humans are greedy.
Database update, huh??

Mining Pool Hub
I'm currently working up database tuning to speed up like before. (I upgraded AWS DB server but it's slower than before)
Mining Pool Hub is running two database for failover and maintenance currently. There should be very minimal downtime.
I'll look into some omitted blocks or shares too. Sorry for inconvenience.

I have been running pool for more than 2.5 years. I'm not greedy. I got credits day by day. If I were to steal money, I would not open block statistics fully. There's some pools showing only latest blocks as you know.

Yeah. I upgraded db server with default parameters and it got huge slow down. I'm configuring settings to optimize now. Coins are traded as soon as it arrives at exchange site and satisfies confirms. But there should be enough coins to be traded as exchange sites has minimal trade value (price * amount) like 0.0001 BTC. This is one of the reason taking time to trade. Pool waits next arrival of coins to trade in this case. The other reason is withdrawal. Pool waits until certain amount of coins to be piled up and withdraw them once to reduce withdrawal fee. I can manually return your coin if you tell me your username (or user id number), and coin. Usually normal exchange takes about 4 hours ~ 1 day.

I receive many emails daily. Are you the one who sent email and chat with me from Skype also? Can you please send email to miningpoolhub@gmail.com if it wasn't you? Or you can add me by skype. contact@miningpoolhub.comcontact@miningpoolhub.com is our official email as written at homepage, but I have found that some emails get into spam folder and automatically deleted. (It's based on Outlook.com and it makes false spam filtering sometimes)

I can manually return your coin if you tell me your username (or user id number), and coin. Usually normal exchange takes about 4 hours ~ 1 day. Something in your exchange system is not working as you think it is, for example I was mining Verge, and point miners to your pool from time to time to mine Verge again. My exchange coins add and decrease as expected EXCEPT for: Verge-Scrypt 0 0 409.70969140 <--------those 409 VRG stay on the exchange forever. They have been there for weeks, back when price was 5 sats, but are now 3 sats. So I think the system tried to sell at 5 sats but the price dropped, so they have been stuck. When I mine more VRG they go to exchange and get sold............leaving me with 409 again. The same thing applies for several of the coins I've mined using a Baikal. The amounts are so small, like the 409 VRG or 40 ADZ, that I haven't bothered mentioning it.

Is there a way to control how many coins do i send to Auto Exchange.
I mean if I had 100 ether, can I manually send 50 to Auto Exchange from my wallet or is it always all or nothing?

Open the wallet and "transfer" how many you want to exchange. That will not be auto-exchange.

76% invalid... I think something is wrong with the pool... that can't be normal can it? Just seems to be Zcash; Zclassic doesn't report high invalid. There are no errors on the NiceHash screen; actually has a positive delta! So confused. img upload

Open the wallet and "transfer" how many you want to exchange. That will not be auto-exchange. I Know that, but i don't have any control to the amount, it's all or nothing. It's all or nothing. I can move amount manually for you but that's not the best scenario I think. As this is not an exchange site, but a pool, I think it's enough for most users currently.

There are no errors on the NiceHash screen; actually has a positive delta! So confused. img uploadPool reports back "Succeeded" message most of the time for submitting ZEC/ZCL shares due to old miner bugs (Genoil miner and some of them disconnects when they send stale shares) Website shows actual invalid numbers. I think it's time to fix this workaround and get things correct.

About claymore miner
There's some reports that claymore's remote management could be used for stealing hash. One of suspicious hacking user's account is blocked, and I'm waiting his answer.
Please set "-mport 0" option at miner if you don't use remote management, or move network behind NAT. Don't run miner directly on public IP.
Here's some log from miner.
