Its not just normal like normal crypto, that  someone download wallet in  multiple virtual machine .
For Idena  u need to get validated for mining.. cheating is not easy and very difficult .

New nodes are controlled by invitations. Thats the beauty..
I agree with this I tried to ask on their telegram before that would it be alright to have 2 nodes or 2 wallets running at the same time many users replied that you can create more if you wanted as long as you can handle it I didn't understand it at first but when the validation comes I fully understand what they meant.

You really need a lot of effort 2 validate 2 wallets at the same time, I wasn't able to validate 2 wallets.
Sometimes even one is hard enough,it all depends on flip quality and luck.Imagine getting Chinese flips that only they can understand where you have no idea what's the correct answer

the first session only got almost 2 minutes or about 100 seconds, I think it's quite difficult to play more than 2 wallets, because everyone wants to get the best score so people who have a lot of wallets certainly can't focus on following the session this

This makes the Idena unique and beautiful there's a high percentage that most of the nodes are handled by just a single person maybe they can manage to have 2 and more than that I think it's a bit hard.

I also want to indicate to those who are new to Idena mining that its easy to mine Idena with a toggle switch once you are validated as at least Newbie.
But there is a catch..If you close your machine or client  without deactivating mining switch, you get penalty if you are  disconnected for more than  an hour.

In addition you can turn it off just by clicking again the mine button before closing your pc but if you are using VPS I think it can run 24/7 so there's no need of closing it but in case you have some errand to do and you need to close the computer you are using to mine you can close it so you will not get any penalty.

What are the requirements for the VPS? Does it have to be a server with powerful hardware or can I use a free VPS from Amazon?

No, you don't need a powerful VPS, since you are not doing real mining, you are just running a node. For example, I have a VPS with 1 CPU and 2GB RAM, and is running like a charm.

This is not anything new in the crypto world, as they are many other CPU miners outhere that can many more renowned coins, but my question is how much can a average Laptop/PC generate and what is one to do with the coin, is there a market for it etc. Not enough details.

Unlike a CPU coin , its nothing to do with CPU power.  Read that  concept details. I too struggled initially till I read details.. Also join discord and telegram channels.

Any comment on bandwidth requirements with VPS?

Docker container uptime via top command: up 55 days, 22:02
Docker input / output via docker stats command: 654GB / 957GB

Now we can do the math. 55 days 22 hours = 1342 hours, 654+957= 1611 GB total traffic, 1611/1342= 1,2 GB per hour or = 28,8 GB per day.

I love the idea of this project but I battling with the flip process for 3 days before the admin accepted my flip and told me to wait for a response a couple of minutes ago. However, I will be happy if I could see anyone here that can explain to me the fundamental steps to mine Idena cause its procedure seems different and I didn't see any details about it mining on their site.
Regards.

You can find it here, the requirements to mine your status are at least NEWBIE, VERFIIELD or HUMAN, if you are just starting out you only need to use the invite code to become a candidate following the validation which is held every 14 days, if you have successfully followed the validation well, your status will become NEWBIE, you must make several folds for the requirements to follow the next validation, you can also mine on NEWBIE status

please read again here because by reading you will know more about https://idena.site/

Ok. I'm just starting out but waiting for the admin in charge of invitation code reply since my verification of human through flip creation is accepted and on my Idena wallet I next validation date to be 29th August is that the 14 days validation?
What's the different between DNA mention by bounty manager and the IDNA find on the Idena site/exchange site?

Having experienced same issue, hotbit withdrawal fees are much higher than qtrade exchange. I wish except this lower fees both provide same service. Thanks your mention.
