Trying to get my Dad to order an SP30 along with me but he doesn't like ordering something that cost that much and then have to wait quite a while to get it. And I can't come up with any positive notes on why it is a good deal. He's old school. You give your money, you get your product. Once the Neptune's start rolling out from KNC and start hashing away, maybe some deciding factors will present themselves. God I'm such a baby, it's only $5k, right? 4 mortgage payments, big deal. I'm guessing even before the September SP30's come out they will be sold out so they'll never be in stock anyway. Has to be a psychological thing to I think. well to be truthful using the aug batch one as an example at my elec rate of 15c sp30 power usage with also a/c etc (comes in aug) I made exactly 0.20 btc more with the miner then just going out and buying BTC at 650 usd a btc so get out the old calculator cost of equip/shipping/setup/elec costs/elec cooling costs etc etc take same amount of $$ vs what the unit will make using something like www.thegenesisblock.com (i used 40% difficulty change a month which i think is now too low) and come to your own conclusions spondoolies has the best deals in equip so far but one could make the case that swapping oranges for oranges $$$ for equip to btc or $$$ to btc it is getting to the point you can drop equip out of that scenario...it is a wash at best and a $$$ to btc loss at this point in time....anyway my view on how to approach this my 2c worth Searing

What exactly is legit? this hair brain scheme, this attempt? certainly you don't mean two penniless east europeans who cannot even scrape together 100,000 dollars between them to buy 35 SP's. They need to start this all off by raising a meager 100,000 dollars? 90% of the drivel in their little "prospectus" consists of trading off the name of Spondoolies-Tech. That's all they talk about. As though your promise to supply them equipment if they are successful to raise money and their promise to buy your equipmentif they are sucessful to raise money, somehow makes this scheme legit? How about I actual buy your product then of parcel it out as shares, without even having to mention who I bought it from. And from there I buy more. This scheme will never success in the sphere of the bitcoin miners and buyer, this community is far to clever for that. It is geared towards more the sleezy cloudhasing rubbish aimed at the clueless out there, but this time round with a sophisticated twist to appeal to the clued in miners and traders of bitcoins.
I truly hope that is what you mean and are not in fact endorsing the attempted operation, thepeople, the company itself.
Welcome to our main IPO thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=647360And please use Your main account to discuss, but not newbie one.

Welcome to our main IPO thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=647360And please use Your main account to discuss, but not newbie one. I most certainly will but before we do that explain to me this cunningly used word "partnership" all over the prospectus? The Partnership CBCM has a partnership with Spondoolies-Tech to deliver their SP 10 devices in June.
Agreements CBCM has reached a partnership agreements with Spondoolies-Tech to provide mining equipment According to the owner of Spondoolies; it is quite simple if you raise the funds you can buy the goods. Anyone can buy the goods if they have the money, yet you've carefully submitted the words "agreements" and "partnerships" in the prospectus to make it appear as Spondoolie-Tech is some how involved further than simply exchanging their hardware for monies. Assuming their first round will be a success, we'll cover it with 35 SP10s we removed from our stock. Yet you persist to use the following throughout the prospectus: The Partnership Agreementswhich are: Articles of partnership is a voluntary contract between two or among more than two persons to place their capital, labor, and skills, and corporation in business with the understanding that there will be a sharing of the profits and losses between/among partners. Outside of North America, it is normally referred to simply as a partnership agreement.

Seriously not really why people come here to read pages and pages interrogatives.

Small question, as I didn't want to go through the mass amount of pages, but would there be a discount for ordering large bulk of your coming out product? (talking 100+ amounts of SP 30)

Maybe the case that SP-Tech didn't realise the SP30 would be ~6TH/s until after the second batch was listed and sold (consider trade specifications, a company can't change the specification of an item after it's sale - I am sure there are laws in most countries which would stop them doing so) I think we can safely assume all SP30 batches will be the same spec +/- 10%, and it's most likely the trading standards laws which would stop SP-Tech from changing the spec on the page of 2nd batch. I may be wrong though, as I know not much about Israel trading standards laws.

BTW Zvi, time in the graphs not fixed. Time in miner say 16:06 but the graph legend says 13:00. Don't know if it is meant by design.

Please wait, this can take up to 1 minute. Downloading url:http://firmware.spondoolies-tech.com/release/download Verifying archive integrity... All good. Uncompressing 'Spondoolies Software' Upgrading 1.4.2 to 1.4.2 ...Cannot move u-boot.img to u-boot.old any idea why and how to fix? EDIT. tried second time and worked.

Ummm... I can see how you might have missed it, though. There was a bunch of other stuff going on regarding CBCM and SP-Tech. Zvi, I really like the disclaimer at the end of your post If you create a file called /etc/mg_ignore_110_fcc the FW will not limit the 1100W. Note that this mode of work is not well tested by me, and can cause extreme heat in some cables. Make sure you have proper cables that match the amperage of the system. We take no responsibility of any damage done to the miner, PSU or your house if you set this flag. The PSU supports up to 14.5 Amper, so make the proper computation (and don't forget to add 10% to SP10 limit for PSU efficiency). Here's a way to disable the safety measures we put in place. Don't blame us if you burn down your house
