The Nigeria under 20 Flying Eagles players getting signed by international clubs will do well if some of them are found lucky to because as for the Super Eagles main team, for them to be part of it this time around, and the next two years, I don't see the possibility of that happening because the current Super Eagles squad we have currently, there is no such vacant position for new players to join them. The Super Eagles are currently playing the AFCON and World Cup Qualification matches. If they should qualify for both, the Super Eagles coach will still make use of the same squad he featured in both AFCON and World Cup Qualification. Already, Eguavoen has squad listed the players he needs for the upcoming AFCON Qualification matches of the Super Eagles. There's no name of the under-20 team listed there. Instead of the under-20 squad staying idle without getting called up by the Super Eagles, let them pray that they get signed by an international or local clubs to keep them going with their current form they found themselves in.

Victor Boniface can dribble but he should also focus on scoring goals. The coach has complained before about Boniface hesitation in front of goal,

The lack of focus to score and the hesitation in front of goal is the exact playfulness that I mean.

Victor Boniface should already have scored goals for the Super Eagles when he had the many opportunities of starting, but he always wants the goal to be beautiful and so wastes the opportunity.

Okay we are even saying the same thing. It’s funny that he should even be thinking of scoring “beautiful goals” when his team are struggling and need the three points. How many goals has Boniface scored for the Super Eagles in this AFCON Qualifiers that he is busy finding goal of the season smh.

Those under 20 flying eagles are also the one that would write another good story for the country in football because those guys are very reliable and they have been making the country more proud than what our main super eagles has done, so that left me with no option but to see them as the elevating era when they would finally move to the main club to represent the country on the world Cup because their achievement will be higher than what we are seeing now and like they said players that has a good ambition always starts showing it from their grass roots and they have been repeatedly winning trophies, so actually I would wish all the players to be signed by the international clubs to start playing on the professional league so that it will equipped them the more and get them ready to join the super eagles early.

Over the years there have been this trend of the flying eagles doing so well and the same players who played for the flying eagles when they eventually get pass that level and become amongst the super eagles they start performing poorly, for what reason exactly I can't really tell because it's supposed to be they improved and get very as they climbed up the lather the reverse has been the case in most situations. For me I would that some of these players aren't exposed too early until they become deserving so when they play for the Super eagles they understand they had to earn it.

This is Africa (Nigeria) and not any European countries, moreover every other countries national team are mostly filled up with players from different clubs, you barely see any minor player in any less division being called out to the national team and so i don't know why it is a problem if our stars playing in  Europe are being called to function. I understand that our frustration is coming from our slow performances but you don't expect to keep a player like Osimhen or Lookman who are the main factors in their respective clubs and play a young star with less experience who play for the Nigerian Premier League team with no advanced knowledge. Not underestimating Nations league players but i believe with every system i know, you have to earn the spot which is rare once you don't play outside.

The call for the Nigeria Football Federation to always remind the national team coaches to include home based players in the the national team squad during call-ups for games have been going on for a long time but the question is are they ready to listen and implement it? I don't think so. They know that including the home based players especially the young talented ones will help improve sports and football in particular in the country but have continued to use foreign based players who have already established themselves as internationally known footballers.
The technical staff of the Super Eagles needs to do better in improving football in the country if they really want to become a strong force in world football.

Still on the Super eagles squad from the upcoming AFCON qualifiers, this is how our strikers has been performing this season (in club games). I have some questions to ask the community.

How do you intend the coach to play this three forwards that we have and how do you think the coach can make them work together to bring out the best in them for the benefit of the squad because I think we haven't gotten the best from this players.

When we do, the Super eagles squad will be unstoppable but for now either one of them is performing and the others aren't or non is performing (I'm referring to the AFCON games and not clubs games).

Individually they're doing well in their respectful clubs but for Nigerian apart from Lookman that was phenomenal in the last AFCON but this year, we haven't seen much from any of them.

Normal it has been long when this discussion was on ground that Nigerian Super Eagles played well in their various club side matches but they have not played well in the National team to satisfy the national fans. Lookman is doing credible in his team likewise Victor O. But I don't think Nigeria will play final in the AFCON because Group D has the weakest teams yet Super Eagles can't do well to impress the fans to think that the next Nations Cup Tournament will be won by Super Eagles. Personally, I am not yet impressed by them but they are playing well in their various clubs and not when they came together. Since when I was small and started having interest in Nigeria Football. This discussion has been there. Super Eagles always tried but has not won any Cup for me to see. Even this one they can try but will not because the team is not well prepared to win any Cup yet.

With the Super Eagles, I never expect so much. We have a coach that has experience with players that are delivering in their various clubs, but where there is a lack of passion and no need to give their all, especially for the players, we may never get their best.

I have heard the excuse many times that the boys do not play together often, and that is why they have found it difficult in some games to get the chemistry right. You can agree that they have actually played together a lot this year and by now should have an understanding between themselves. This game is another game to see if the Super Eagles have made progress.

Literally, no matter how players from the national leagues are performing very well but they don't have much knowledge and experience of International competitions like the senior players that plays for top European clubs do but regardless, they should be completely ignored and they should not also be made of much priority by the coach, discarding international super stars, it's not done any where at all. Our senior players still deserves to be accorded some respect because it's not even easy for them to turn up on international duties knowing that they are not even benefitting much from the NFF but just because of the love for their country that makes them still turn up for National team games.

Let me come again, I said Super Eagles are doing well in their various clubs but when it comes to the National Team, they are not. Let me also break it down the ones I can remember. In 2005, Nigeria played with Tunisia and they loss. And it was when Goodluck was in president, they won the African Cup of Nations. And that should be 2013. And they defeated Burkina Faso with 1-0. Though at first they didn't do well but after a loss in the group stage, then they picked up again and played well to the end. And not like this that they are not playing. No effort to even do well. But they are playing in the club side matches. In those days we normally said it is because of the pay. The clubs pay them well so they have to play well.

Super eagles players put hard work in the game than the way the federation reward. Anytime they comes to training, you will see how they just played along and don't complain about the plying ground despite some of them not born and brought here in Nigeri. Some just priorities the Afcon trophy to be part of their careers and that's the reason they don turn up for games, they careless about the money been paid because I heard they are been owe money every time.

If you aren't based in the country, the inflation alone will be discouraging no matter the amount t th e federation pay these guys but I don't think are bothered about it as they are been paid there weekly wages from their respective respectful clubs. We hope to see more developments, maybe the money will be a fqcyotr they will perform well in their next quest of competition, that's if the government improves on their wages.

The majorities of the good young player's in Nigeria local leagues have their eyes already fixed on big international club's since they already know the failure of the football management in Nigeria and as you mentioned, the problem of under funding of player's have killed the motivations of most young talented player's to make attempt into integrating into the national league to improve theirs performance against other teams and even the African premier leagues, all this have been the major thing that is effecting how attractive it is for young talents to perform for the national team both in the now and the near future.

I have a friend that was good in the local club, and when he was chanced to play at the young 17th team he was aiming at another international club's for a contract so he was chasing both of them at the same time, but when the time was right for him to make a choice, he choosed the international club instead playing for the local club at the end, so this points to how demotivated you g talented player's are towards getting signed to our Nigeria National team.

football is not just about knowing how to play. Experience and form matters in the game and that's why it's deficult for local players to be picked ahead of the names we are used to who are international stars. Even if these ones are underperforming and not producing the kind of result we all expect, any replacement that will come will still be those that are playing for big clubs and not players from NPFL. It's not even done in anywhere left alone Nigeria that likes man know man kind of thing.

There are games where upcoming stars features in and gradually they get scouted from there and can play in big leagues and possibly get called up in the national team. Do you think that Ronaldo doesn't have a replacement yet at Portugal? He does but you can't take him out of the team and bring in an energetic player expecting to get good result. You need the experience of certain players which will frighten your opponents in some way. With the current form of lookman, osimehn, Aina ola and Kevin bassey, when our opponent sees them in camp, it's enough to disorganize whatever preparation they are making. You can't get such effect when you make use of ill experience players that's not even known by your opponent.

As a coach of the super eagle, your mandate from the NFF is to win games and bring good results all the time. If you don't get good results you get criticized and face eventual sack, so in order to safe your job you will invite players that you know that are tested and trusted to deliver for you. As a country we have always believed that foreign products are always better than home grown or home made. From everything we have been doing we believe that the once outside are the best. And you can't take that away, the Lamin Yamal you are referencing passed through an organized system, where highly professionals tutored and monitored him from little stage before he broke out. We don't have the same organised system here in Nigeria.

Our foreign players are exposed to more advanced facilities outside the country and they are trained by world class coaches in their respective clubs. You don't just pick a player from the street or our underdeveloped league and expect them to compete against players that are exposed to advanced facilities and management, outside the country. The home grown players can't get you good results. Believe it or not, the foreign players are far better than the home players in our local league.

The physique of female players is not the right way to determine if they are qualified to play with other women. There are different sex tests to check testosterone levels in the participants. Different sports have the levels of tests participants will undergo to determine if they are qualified to compete as females. But in most cases, Africans are the target of these critics who claim that they are male or transgender. Instead of crucifying these Zimbabwean players on social media, they should be subjected to tests.

I think the best way to play the three players is to identify their wings properly and know to substitute them. First of all, Ademola lookman is a supporting attacker, that is to say, he operates around the attacking midfield and the front line attack itself, so he confidently play through all the entire 90 minutes, however victor Osimhen and Victor Boniface are two central attackers, so what you need to do as a coach, is to play one and substitute the other, one can go for the first 45 minutes while the other can go for the second 45 minutes.
