Having the Super Eagles loosing to such team is really disheartening because theses teams do not have the same qualities as the Super Eagless and so I was thinking they will not even have to struggle  with with such teams as they are seen like a weak side in the whole of African football and so they shouldn't be having issues trying to stay ahead of these team, at any time.

Winning games isn't always about who has the better squad individually but about which nation plays better together as a team to achieve the goal of winning the game and tournament that they're participating in. This is why we see teams that have more of local league players dominating our tournament and not teams full of foreign players as Nigeria always is. I have always said that the super eagles has alot of individual players that they're all exceptional and have their qualities but they lack the chemistry between players. The last time we had chemistry in the team, we won the AFCON and that was a long time ago. The manager have to build that unionism between the players and make them play as one and not individually because that has be your major problem.

Boss what Chemical Reaction doing in the football game? The last tournament Nigeria Super Eagles won was 2013. And after that Trophy there is no victory till now. They tried in the AFCONQ but I was expecting them to do more than that. I think this attack on Jay Jay okocha is wrong and is unwarranted because he only spoke out what he feels what wrong that was going on in Nigerian football administration especially under this NFF that is running Nigerian football as their personal business because the circumstances leading to the appointment of this new coach that the NFF employed is shady and what is the pedigree of the coach this current board of NFF is more concerned about what they can get rather than developing football in the country so okocha speaking out is in order the fact remains that the way forward for Nigerian football development is not hiring a foreign coach that we will use huge money to pay and not do anything in terms of improving the quality of play and performance of the team the current situation of super eagles is traceable to the kind of foreign coaches that we have had in the past that where more concerned about getting their salary more than their work

I absolutely do. It's so simple  a disorganized organization can't be able to achieve any success. NFF has been a disorganized  organization for years as corruption, selfish motive, bribery, and prejudice has engolf them. If they can't be able to fist wipe all the bad eggs in the organization and start setting standards and stop favoritism then Nigeria can grow as a footballing country and dominate Africa and beyond.

NFF has been a disorganized  organization for years as corruption, selfish motive, bribery, and prejudice has engolf them. I have said this in this thread many times. Because of corruption and nepotism, NFF and even the teams under that organizations can't do well. I thought when the Sport Ministry changed hand from the Ministry to Commission, things would change to good but corruption do noy allow the organization to grow. Right it is Sport Commission and no longer Sport Ministry again. Jay Jay was an insider and he knew what was happening and presently he has boys playing in the team so he has first hand information about the team. Before he came out to said this, he had discussed it with some of the key management in the organization/commission but things are remain the same so with anger that he came out to said this. And for those of us that understand what is happening in the commission agreed with him. And  what said is the only solution to the Super Eagles problem. All the politicians should be removed from the commission and let the sports men who have retired should occupy the position in the management.

I see energy in the Super Eagles coach and I believe he will keep to his words, the players need to work with the coach to get a good result in the world cup qualifying Series. We have very young and talented players just that they get discouraged sometimes when they are not appreciated handsomely for the efforts they are putting to make the team stand firm. From the look of things, the Super Eagles have always had the best players from clubs in Europe. So I would agree with you that there is no high rate of favouritism in the selection process. But politics/corruption exist in the selection of coaches, choosing of friendly games and allocation of resources. It's been a long since the Super Eagles played a friendly game with a top national team and this might be because the NFF wants to cut costs and syphon others.

But I accept Jay Jay Okocha's view that football administration should be handled by experienced footballers/administrators instead of it to be controlled by greedy politicians.

Jay Jay said that from experienced and we are arguing from afar. And I believed it was from the change of the Augustine Eguavoen to Éric Chelle causes the rise of all those statements. Many Nigerians were not pleased with the change. We will know more about the coach in his first game in next month.
And why many Nigerians were against the employment was, Eric Chelle was the head coach of Mali Senior Men National Team, and what happened to Finidi George by losing all his games in the World Cup Qualifiers happened to him as well. So the question arose. Why a coach that could not made Mali to Qualify in the same World Cup was employed to coach the team with the same mandate? So people started seeing politics in the management.

The politicians in the country have influenced some of the major policies of the national team including which players that should be called up. It's high time the football administrators of the national team starts to make decisions by merit instead of allowing politicians to direct them on what they would do. May be it's time we ask ourselves this question before we start taking sides in this current situation, do you think Jay Jay will wake up one morning to speak up when he has not been informed about something or when he has not experienced the same thing in the National team, I think the answer is no. Politics is everywhere in the Super Eagles team and the NFF knows exactly what that young man is saying that's why you see them demanding for an apology from him so that they can silently kill the message he has passed across. Let stop being sentimental as far as this issue is concerned bro. Jay Jay is a respected personality in Super eagle actually but there are issues that doesn't really need his opinion. He is entitle to his own opinion of course but it's not necessary because it'll end up being misinterpreted differently just like this very one. Moreover, this is not the first time Nigeria is appointing an outsider to coach super eagle so I don't know why this very one is raising issues where there is none.

I think we should already realise that Africa countries at large don't value their own stars but always prefer outsiders. Other African countries have one time appointed Nigeria indigene as their head coach and no one says a word. It would be wise for us to wait and see what the newly coach has to offer before we begin our criticism.

Actions can speak louder, he has to do better coaching a country's team that is superior in terms of squad depth and the result we would love to get under a new management, merely looking he does not fit in and the only way he changes our perception is modifying where we are and managing the club so we can qualify for the World Cup. If we don't make it, i won't totally put the blame on him because the past coaches played huge roles in keeping us tight where we barely are opportune to qualify.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria is actually one of the best team in the entire Africa, they have the best players in almost all positions in football, their players are world class and have good teams; they generally have more players in the Europe Top teams than any other teams in the Africa right now, but favoritism and selfishness is one of the main reason the team is not progressing, and the way the Super Eagles and NFF are changing coaches can also contribute to the poor for of the Super Eagles  team and that is why the their ranking in the world keeps dropping.

Having legends like Okocha, Neako Kano, and others to be advising the team on what to do and how to go is better and can help the new coach and the players can get motivated to perform very well for their nation because it is time for the Super Eagles of Nigeria to prove to the world that they have the best players in the continent.

It will be very hard for these things you have mentioned above to go away from the NFF. Jay Jay is right about what he said, about politicians having their way in the NFF. It will be very hard for these things you have mentioned above to go away from the NFF. Jay Jay is right about what he said, about politicians having their way in the NFF. At this point to where things have gotten to within the Nigerian Football Federation it is no gainsay to allege that the NFF has now turned to an oil well for Nigerian politicians in which positions are been used to compensate their cronies which has reflected badly on the performance of the Super Eagles at all levels. The former Nigerian international Jay-Jay Okocha has only but spoken the truth about what the NFF has become today, and the only solution is to reform the body and keep it away from the interference of politicians before we can get to see Nigeria national team get better with great results as it were in the late and part of early 90s.
