I did not know this happened, you know it’s been quite busy with the festivities and we don’t spend as much time on social media as we normally would. I think the Super Eagles should share their love and lend their support to our brother Stanley Nwabali during this difficult time. It’s never easy losing a loved one, especially a man losing his mother. This loss is going to affect his performance so it’s important that his teammates and country are there for him in this grieving process so that he knows that he is not alone and that the country he’s playing for loves him just as much.

His comments was very touching by expressing how he is feeling, however if Stepstowealth had not posted it here nobody would have known what was happening to our goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, is not an easy thing to loss a father and mother in the space of months is really overwhelming but i wish him the fortitude to overcome the pain because I no how important his parents meant for him, so perhaps for now I think he needs a little break from the field because he will be affected a lot, so maybe when he has gotten over it then he can resume training.

The good thing is that it is a very long time until the next game that the Nigerian team has to play. Our next game is in March, and based on the time frame, I think it is enough time for Nwabali to emotionally heal from this traumatic situation.

This is a time for him to surround himself with family and people that truly love him. Another good thing is that he is married with a family to help him back up emotionally.

It's indeed a very difficult and dark moment for Nigerian goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali as he has just lost his mother following the passing away of his father late last year. Such a double tragedy can be overwhelming and emotionally draining but with the right support system he can find the strength to overcome his challenging period. Stanley Nwabali can be able to honor his parent's memory by continuing to pursue his career and dreams.

This is really sad for the Nigerian short stopper, some few months ago we heard about the death of his father, and now we are hearing the date of this mother, losing both parents in just in a short while is really devastating, I pray God gives him the strength and fortitude to bear his loss because there is nothing as painful as lossing your love ones. I feel NFF and his domestic club should give him some free time to rest and mourn the death of his  mother.

Stanley Nwabali have now lost his both parents in less than 4 months interval so I perfectly understand how bad the Super Eagles goalkeeper is feeling about the recent sad event. It's indeed a very difficult time for Nwabali as the caption of his posts on his official Instagram account suggests that he's really devastated upon learning about his mother's demise. I pray he find gets the emotional strength to bear the irreplaceable loss. Hopefully, he returns in between the sticks again delivering world class performances like he's known for.

Mothers are so special, their love is the nearest we know to God's love,  losing your mother will leave you empty,  traumatised and almost in a detrimental and bastardisde situation if you're not emotionally strong for yourself during tough times. not just his mother, dude lost both parents within interval of few months and that's one of the most devastating thing any player will have to pass through at this time when he has risen to the height of his career and at this time his parents should be enjoying the divident of their labour.

Yeah in terms of supporting financially by his current team there is no need for that because he is more than wealthy to care for his mother burial ceremony and besides aside from that there are other normal individuals or his fans who will gladly do everything for him because of the love the people has for him, I don't no if you saw a video of his community that was released when he visited there on how he was celebrated, however about his marital status as you ask, he is a married man with up to two children if I'm not mistaken, so actually his current team and also the super eagles will definitely send someone when the time comes un behalf of the team during the burial.

The situation of losing love one's is not something one can easily come out through from the shocked, I just hope he can quickly recover from these pain so quickly because the role he is playing for the team is a vital one and if he is still being affected by this sad events it will definitely affect his performance because a goalkeeper needs a sound mind to concentrate but in a case whereby there is no concentration it will be very difficult for him and it will affect the team.

It is not easy, for some of us that have experienced of losing love ones in the family we can relate how this can affect the body as whole and even makes one to become inactive in place of duty. The problem Libyan football is facing is politically motivated. The country is controlled by two governments which has caused conflicting policies. I suspect that it was the military controlled territory that delayed the Super Eagles from leaving the airport. The maltreatment of the Benin side which even led to the injury of the coach is condemnable and it shows that they have not really learned their lessons. These multiple sanctions will affect  their ranking and the development of football in Libya.

I don't know the details with the political side and whoever they're issuing with but then, they're been talked-about and scapegoated because of what they did to Nigerians. Were they the only country fined by CAF? No, they weren't. Countries like Tanzania,  Algeria and also other nations I have forgotten have also been fined by the CAF. Go read down the details and you'll see that they're not the only violators. I know grieving takes time, some might move on completely but not all can do so especially those close to their mothers,  I believe in my heart that Nwabali will be better.

I don't know about some people but from my observation, losing a mother is very painful. Male children are closer to their mother and they get more support from them. I am in no means saying that mothers are more important but that's just my experience.

It's really a sad experience for Stanley Nwabali but he has to put himself together and focus on his career. He can do nothing to change the situation since it is irreversible. If possible he should set up a foundation or a project that will be used to immortalize his mother so that she would also be remembered. I pray he develops the strength to overcome this great loss.

CAF cleared Nigeria Super Eagles and sanctioned Libya, Benin Republic, and Equatorial Guinea for the AFCONQ 2025. From the investigation on the above countries Super Eagles jumped fine and Libya was fined twice from Nigeria to Benin Republic which most of us knows. CAF sanctioned Benin Republic (Beninese) because of non collaboration with the CAF Disciplinary Board, in violation of article 45 of the CAF Disciplinary Code during their qualifier fixture against Rwanda. And the fine was USD 5,000.
And Equatorial Guinea was charged on the part that they didn't provide adequate security during their match against Togo on 14 November 2024 in Malabo, which made the supporter to invade pitch. And they were guilty of the offense and was fined $25,000

My prayers are with Stanley Nwabali as he is in a difficult place. I don’t know which is the best decision for the Super Eagles to take. Should they let Stanley Nwabali play or let him rest during the competition. Yeah my joy is the time the super eagles will play their next match because March is a very long time and even if he would still be having the feeling it will no longer be that serious to affect him psychologically in the field, so actually is good that this time was not when the super eagles was still in the middle of the league if not the only option would have been our second goalkeeper and the issue with him is that he is not as competent as Nwabali, so actually we need him to be in his full capacity because the country that would be facing us on the 9 March is not a small one and they have win us ones this season.

I just saw the new and I was coming to inform the forum here when I saw yours. You were very fast. Well changing a coach is good but we are expecting a great win to qualify and win the world cup. We have already qualified for the Nations Cup and it remaining the World Cup. And we don't know yet if we can win the next games to qualify.
