Sorry about all of the issues everyone has been experiencing on SD - There are some recent updates being made to the site which has most likely caused them. Please be sure you send a message to support@safedice.com (new support email). The old email will no longer be used ( safedice@protonmail.com). You should get a reply with a resolution shortly after sending a support email. It has been five days with no reply (email sent to the new address). Only tiny BTC amounts can be withdrawn (hot wallet has been emptied). Many people are even waiting for their deposit to show up while they are confirmed on the blockchain. Come on guys, I love this site but you really need to improve customer care and basic helpdesk. Safedice has been inactive here on BTT for almost a week now. Hi karartma1 I'm currently responding to email but some of them were due to error that has been solved (like global downtime for few hours). I'll eventually come across your message but please re-send your email with your BCT username so I'm certain its you. I'm sorry to make you worry, our hot wallet is still accepting most withdrawal (up to ~ 3 btc). I have refilled them just in case, and I'll help directly for even larger withdrawal. What you guys need to do is hire more people in your support staff and make your hot wallet balance bigger. Its bad for business when you don't respond to tickets going on for days. People will panic and once they get their withdraw they will move to another site.

SafeDice already has instant working withdrawals but for low amounts only (I'm talking Bitcoin Here, don't know about Monero and Bitcoin Cash). I do like the way he keeps most of investors funds in cold storage and I am happy to wait a bit more to get my withdrawals processed. So please let's not say wrong things here. I do agree that customer care and helpdesk should be treated differently but hey, who sticks on SD, knows all this. I see many new registered users complaining straight after registering because their depos don't show up. Sometimes they don't even know what a tx confirmation is...

None of my emails have been answered but the Monero hot wallet was indeed refilled and I was able to withdraw, so I am satisfied.

Plus the site was legit in the past, so most gamblers arent going to check this thread everyday before they send a deposit to gamble. Really surprised that with so much competition out there, many sites just don't care about customer service.

They got so many things to handle here, so I suggest you to be patient because everyone got their part later. I know when he is gonna fix this but last time I never have any problem with their deposit and withdraw before But if it is withdraw problem, may be they take some extra precaution for their hot wallet but for delaying on deposit, I do not think it is really blockchain problem here. They should really fix that thing

I remember that you were using different emails and have few problems with us (mostly about losing access to your account / missed password). I have solved all of them despite your bashing on every issues while sending me hundreds of emails (literally) with foul language, I'd appreciate if you can trust me more instead of registering account safedicescam.

Every time I'm reading this thread, there's someone complaining there isn't enough funds in the hot wallet for a withdrawal
Man, I understand you guys want to keep the coins safe in cold storage But you seriously need to rack up those hot wallet funds If you're keeping them secure, they should be okay.

Safedicescam, i've replied to your "scam accusation" here on bitcointalk. Can you please PM me with further details so that I can get this taken care of for you? I can assure you that SD is NOT a scam, and as I've stated SD is in the process of some growing pains in terms of customer service. However, I will do everything in my power to make sure that your issues are resolved - The admin is quite busy these days, so let me see if I can mediate for you to make things move a little quicker. Just so everyone knows, I'm the site mod on SD (my username is thesourc3 on SD chat) - If you guys have issues that need to be resolved asap, feel free to either PM me on here on find me on SD chat. I will be sure to check daily to ensure that we have better communication with our clients. I can definitely assure everyone that SD is NOT a scam - If we were, we wouldnt be listed 3rd place this week on dicesites.com with over 373BTC wagered so far. Yes, our customer service can be improved, however please know that we ARE working on this to make things easier for our customers to reach us should they have issues. You have to remember, whenever someone has an issue, they end up bombarding us with emails, PMs, etc, which makes it very difficult to handle the actual issues in a timely manner. If possible, please send one detailed email to support@safedice.com and please be patient until you receive a reply. If it is a time-sensitive issue, please contact me directly on here so that I can mediate for you between the admin and yourself. We've been doing this for the past few weeks and for the clients using this method, things have moved much quicker with support. Hopefully some of the clients that we've helped recently can chime in and ensure everyone else that we are doing our best to get support to where it needs to be. Give us a little more time and we should have more stable and efficient support - We are working on it as I write this. Thanks for everyones patience with us!

Thanks thesourc3. If safedicescam is the same person as tiendientuvn.net I would seriously ignore it. Check out tiendientuvn.net previous posts, he's been going to every online dice thread and posting about being scammed, including doing dodgy requests on the lending section. tiendientuvn.net is polluting this thread and making your site seem unsafe when it's not. We get support at safedice can be improved, but I agree it's not a scam, so you also need to defend yourselves if someone is trying to scam you. Lots of visitors check out this thread, and would like to see all posts addressed whether it be the user trying to take the p*ss or someone that really is having an issue. It adds confidence. I hope you can improve that On another note, can you please confirm, will all investors and players be getting a Bitcoin Gold payout after the fork on October 24th or should we be withdrawing beforehand?

Yes please reply about this. I think we all want to know what are you going to do with that otherwise be ready for a few withdrawals. Considering you gave us Bitcoin Cash I don't see why you couldn't do the same again. On a different note, please try to fix my investing issue: waiting for a reply to my email since a while now. Thanks

Thanks for the kind words jamie1029 and we really appreciate you understanding us while we go through a few growing pains =) We're definitely working on things to make customer support more efficient and we should be in a much better place here in the near future. Again, we really appreciate posts like this from players/investors who have had a great experience with us. In terms of whether tiendientuvn is actually having issues or not, he/she is more than welcome to PM me with any discrepancies that they may be having - I'd be more than happy to help out if there is a legitimate issue at hand. In regards to everyones questions about the upcoming fork on Oct 25th, I've sent a message to the admin so I'm hoping to receive a reply on it here soon. Once I've received a reply, I'll definitely make sure to relay any info to all SD'ers so that you can plan ahead of time. Thanks again for being so patient with us, and once again please do not hesitate to message me privately if you have an issue that needs to be resolved =) Lastly, we've started to use the site blog to relay messages to our clients and we plan on using it for everything from the latest news to promos/giveaways that we have planned for the future. Be sure to bookmark it and check it from time to time for the latest news on Safedice: [/b]

Thanks Hey there, I haven't received any word yet from the admin about the fork/BTG yet, however as soon as I receive info on it I will be sure to post it here asap so you can plan ahead for it =) In terms of your investing issue, sorry you've been having problems with it. Can you give me a little more info as to what issues you're having with it so that I can relay the info to the proper department? Feel free to PM me on here if you'd rather keep certain info private. I'll be sure to check on here later on today to see if you've replied/PMed. Sometimes, emails will get drowned out by people sending multiple emails about the same thing over and over again. With this being said, we please ask that everyone please send one (detailed) email and be patient rather than sending messages about the same issue daily so that we can get to them all in a timely manner. Either that, or send me a PM here on bitcointalk so I can put you in queue for support. Thanks everyone, and I wish you good luck! I hope you all win big guys/gals!
