I only point out it is grossly inaccurate to claim that they "take the oil."  Also a blanket indictment of such companies seems ridiculous.  It also seems wrong to indict "capitalism."  What could be wrong with making a business deal that after negotiations, is to the benefit of all parties at the table?  Should it not be made, and all parties remain poorer?

So what exactly goes wrong?  Try to do better than just saying "they are the plague of this world."  Because I can't figure out what the "they" is.  Should people with high skills NOT offer there services in business contracts?  Should nobody go to help, when a refinery or oil field is totally screwed up because the useless Saudi prince in charge of it was incompetant?

ı agree with you bro in this case , it was corrected in libya , the war and the arab revolution showed us and to libyan people how a good guy kaddafi was for his people . because he gived free homes and money from the oil his country had.And here comes the part where i disagree with  you and agree with xslugx : And his people was deceived by western countries and they made a socalled revolution.and what is happening in libya now. They are the most free country now ; everyone can kill anyone anytime because there is not an authority. Why it has occurred? Because kaddafi didnt give anything from his country's oil etc. to western companies.If he had done it , give the oil to companies , he would be a good guy for western side and his people would die from hungry like happened in some other arabic, african and latin countries. They are those in control of the 5 banks that rule the world and the 6 companies that control the nutrition world.

Well, let's look at South Africa.  Lots of infrastructure - oil, mines, refineries.  All built locally with guidances and engineering from abroad.  That's the way you do it.
