Damn, the Warriors surprises me again. Jordan Poole and Klay Thompson both had 30+ point defeating a complete Jazz team.  Poole especially has his nights but it became a consistent night scoring at high numbers. His confidence is way up compared to other players of the team. Then there's Gary Payton II who I think made his father proud on that last quarter clinch moments. Cuts, 3 point, rebound, and defense. It may not be seen in his stats but his impact to the crowd is high. 18-0 run, Warriors win. The good thing is when Steph is injured and cannot play, there is Poole who can be the substitute for him and just shoot threes wherever he wants to and sinks  . Just watched it on Youtube and Mitchell's reaction after the game is he just put his 2 hands in his head showing frustration on what happened. An 18-0 run at the final minutes of the game is just insane and that is the momentum shifter. Maybe that's the kind of problem that they have to fixed. IIRC, in the last playoffs, they were also ahead against the Clippers but they allow the Clippers to have a big run and beat them, and take note, Kawhi was out that time, it was only PG who are carrying the team. With that the Jazz lost 6 on their last 10 games. Tied with the Nuggets and only 2 games above Minnesota in the 7th spot. Their remaining 4 games will be crucial against MEM, OKC, PHX and POR.

That's a trap, I wouldn't take that 8.6 against Ryan Garcia because we know how capable he is especially against a fighter that has not fought big fights in the US. I'm not saying Tagoe has no chance, but if we are talking of a chance, that should be a slim chance. Yeah, it could be a trap for us, I know it's very attractive and might be tempting to some because of the huge odds but for sure, you have one foot already on the losing end, very slim change for him to pull an upset against Ryan. Rolling with the Jazz over GSW, both teams are in horrendous form but I prefer Jazz even though the Warriors kept it close against the Suns as they're still finding looking for a win to break their streak. I just hope the Jazz won't crumble again if they manage to get a decent lead by halftime. Jazz failed to hold the lead, they were outscored in the 4th quarter resulting in a win by the Warriors. 20-30 was the score in the 4th quarter in favor of the Warriors, a great game by KT after a bad performance in the previous game. Actually, it was a sensitive issue, and just to give you some thoughts, a pending lawsuit can affect the boxer's schedule and WBA might not allow him to fight. It's obvious that Casimero is not affected but surely it was on his mind and let's say that's not true, they still need to address the issue and answer the complaint at the given place and time at which the accused Casimero should also be present once the trial started. Personally, if the Nets would be in the play-in tournament, my confidence is still high that they'll be the ECF winner.
I think most of us think they have the biggest chance to win the ECF this season. The struggle was justifiable, Nets were a good team but missing Durant for many games really bring their ranking to go down, IIRC, they were able to stay at the top 1 this season. But look at the situation now, Durant and Irving is already playing, they are now a solid team. The betting odds are the voice of most gamblers, and since the Nets have the lowest odds, that means they have the biggest chance. An unexpected thing happened. Congratulations to the Meralco Bolts for winning the semi Finals. Now, we will see good Finals series between the Bolts and the Gin Kings. Casimero has a legal team to care for the business and promoters only do their own business too, only related to boxing and nothing else. Why on earth did Hearn and the Whyte camp wait until deadline day before signing the contract? Hearn claims it to make Fury upset and to play mind games but Fury is way beyond those small minded attempts. Add to that Whyte wanting a bigger share of the purse, it did not help. Hearn can say all he likes about being glad not to promote the fight but let us not forget he did bid to promote the fight but was outbid by the record-breaking blind bid by Frank Warren (promoter of Fury). I think Hearn is just upset he lost out but he must have learned his lesson because if a Fury vs Joshua fight ever went head he would want to be the one to promote it. It seems the lawyer for Whyte is saying the fight might not go ahead but has not given more detail except outstanding issues need resolving. Yup, it didn't reach round 3 and won by sub as predicted. DJ landed some good punches and knees but he somehow survived round 1 by clinching a lot. I don't think real Muay Thai fighters would have done that but kudos to DJ's camp because that was still a smart strategy. Isn't the Rodrang guy a legit Muay Thai fighter? I really have no idea but DJ had nothing on him in a pure striking battle at R1. Rodrang was applying pressure most of the time. But come the second round you could really see MMA's advantages vs pure strikers. There's just more ways DJ can go to win the match. But yeah overall it was a good event. And a looong one. Would be nice to have a UFC like that. I think this is another great fight and as always, I can never bet against Fury as he is the king of the heavyweight division. The poll is not up yet, but you know what fighter I will vote to win. So what we are going to see is this fight and a rematch of Joshua and Usyk. Wilder seemed lost now. Probably the fight will be very much entertaining as we are soon to witness a great fighter who is always defending his incredible unbeaten record that makes Fury the crowd's favorite bet. But not to mention Whyte as he is been doing great too in the boxing arena and to think that he admitted that he has dropped Fury on multiple occasions in a sparring session, well this fight will prove it all. Tagoe could experiment all he wants, he just has to make sure that he is doing it the right way because Garcia is not an easy opponent to crack, he's been down before, was able to stand up and continue the fight. Garcia is a much tougher opponent now with that experience, so it should be Tagoe who should be careful, he could go for a KO but make sure he always keeps his defense so he will survive longer.
Experimenting is not necessary as that would cost him more rounds before he can make up with a good counter-strategy. Why not just do his usual, focus on good points then slowly applied it every round. No room for doing such testing and experiments. While he is doing that, Garcia might be the first to hit him up badly. Stay serious and focused and think of all the things he did during their practice and training. Anyways, we honestly don't need to say what should they do as these boxers are experienced ones. What we need to wait for is how they will execute their strategy on the day of the fight. This is gonna be a big fight as long as Tagoe will focus more on his strengths and show what he has got to gain, and not to lose. Of course, Garcia won't let that happen easily knowing he's been a tough fighter and undefeated in all his previous fights. And to think that he's been a 15-time national amateur champion at he's young age, then he must be very hard to beat. But of course, Tagoe on the other hand is also one of the top boxers nationwide and fighting with Garcia has always been his dream. So we'll see who will bring it to the next speed level.
