If there was one thing I was sure I wouldn't see when I started getting into Bitcoin four years ago, it was a Mike Tyson branded ATM From scammers, to people stealing, celebrities/widely known people talking about Bitcoin and naked women promoting Bitcoin, I think we've pretty much seen everything.

He doesn't have a clue what he's gotten into, and still probably doesn't. He probably never even heard of Bitcoin so far This was just someone telling him "there's good money here if you give your name and face" and he went for it... This will most probably end up nowhere.

Oh lol, I do mean iSO. It has been a while since I dropped the iPhone. And yes, I am looking for bitcoin wallet for iPhone use. The best would not share the private key, but I am unclear about what Apple allows at their app store. I would also prefer a U.S. based business.
iOS is the correct term. What you're looking for is probably breadwallet. Source code can be found hereTL;DR: breadwallet is a simple, clean, efficient, SPV client for the iPhone with Touch ID support and no "create account" crap, your seed stays in the device.

omg... really? I sell for 60% of real price on shops and you don't want to buy it full? I don't sell it... I just sell full pack!
Escrow yes - but in priority customers who pay instant. 2 already sold and today shipped. 1 paid - tomorrow I'll send.
I have a cheaper proposal, just not on Bitcoin. I don't need everything, so I'm seeing if anyone can sell just some things This is the version with our without wifi?

|
|
Do you use escrow?
I'm only interested in the camera, waterproof housing, 2 batteries and usb cable, any prices on that only?

You can see which wallets are compatible here. This is work from someone in the forums. I can't find his username right now, neither the thread. I'll credit him when I find it again Basically nothing seems to be compatible with Electrum EDIT: Here it is. Credits to btchris

You'd have to do it on your own dime. It's not a good approach to want to code for something and expect something in exchange to start off with. Forget the monetary part. If you dedicate yourself to something, if you're good with it and trustworthy, good things will come. That being said, Armory already has a solid group of devs working tirelessly to improve what's already an amazing product. And they're really trusted by the community and many people holding a serious amount of coins on their software. This is something that doesn't come out of the blue
|
|
|
You will need all the correct dependencies for Armory to work. I'd refer to the offline bundle for info on what to install, and take it from there

I don't get this... They have massive shipping delays, miners shipped broken, with parts missing/broken, damaged shipping, they stop selling hardware to focus on cloud mining only and supposedly are on the red... But they get funding, develop new chips and it seems like they're willing to market it. What kind of image does this give to a company in a market? Certainly not a good one. I just hope nobody buys their chips. Many people made BFL relevant even after they screwed up big time. let's not make KNC relevant and allow them to screw us up even more.

How do you know these coins are being sold? Is there any blockchain evidence that backs this up? Even if they are being sold, I don't really think that's what's keeping the price down, the real question lately is how the price is so high like this?

Looks good Nice work, thanks.

I might be interested, depending on the price this fetches

Debates are never catastrophic. Debates lead to evolution, to change, and that's what we need in bitcoin. We need to be able to develop the system further, so it will have mainstream adoption... i didn't follow the last news about the TX debate, it is confirmed, it will be 8mb in the end, everyone is ok with that? especially chinese, that are known for changing their mind for stupid reasons...
There are some solutions on the table but the most consistent one seems like the 8MB blocks... Let's see what do devs decide to include in Bitcoin Core (and in BitcoinXT)

There isn't much you can do. You can try and understand how you got stolen so you won't repeat it again... Any clues?
There is a million ways to loose bitcoins... a million ways to get hacked.. and new ones are added all the time. Trial and error with one's wealth seems like a bad idea. Yep, it does... That's why it's important to udnerpin what went wrong! Trial and error with one's wealth seems like a bad idea.
Then do what works. Create and store your private keys using an offline machine with a permanent air-gap. Wallet software like Armory even allows the user to sign transactions with the offline machine. Easy peasy. Yep, excellent post.

It's been happening quite frequently here too. Normal I guess, maybe the connection can't handle all this load

I don't see many people reporting issues with poloniex, although I can't vouch for them as I don't use them... You should check your security measures to see if you weren't hacked...

I hope you post is indeed a joke, as you say in smal letters... If it wasn't I'd like to know why were you so sure that Satoshi was British and why the American spelling of words is wrong

You're doing fine. I find it curious how you say Bitcoin didn't change your life. I've been around Bitcoin only a few months more than you and it definitely changed my life. It's not part of my daily routine and it made me see money and finances very differently... And made me aware that's possible to keep your own money safely without trusting banks. If that's not changing one's life, then I don't know what it is

Always HODL, selling is for pussies I don't see myself selling a significant portion of my Bitcoin in near future. - snip - Those who chose the last thing on the poll may want to give some arguments? If you're not willing to sell them then you are for sure going to use them, and that won't happen unless bitcoin becomes mainstream and well known everywhere in the world. That will only happen after xxx years. So, are you willing to wait that much?
I already pay my monthly satellite TV service ( Dish) with bitcoin. When I plan trip, I pay for my hotel ( Expedia) with bitcoin. I purchased a new TV from TigerDirect with bitcoin. I bought my wife a camera from Overstock with bitcoin. I subscribed to my local newspaper ( Chicago Sun-Times) with bitcoin. I also occasionally order pizza ( Rosati's) with bitcoin. I'm spending bitcoins for products and services all the time. Why would I sell them for USD? I know that you probably don't see my post, but here goes. Just wanted to say that you seem to be pretty lucky. Unfortunately not all people have the opportunity to pay their expenses with Bitcoin. I hope some day I can! I wouldn't have any reason to sell my coins if I could
