Whats going on with XPY trading on the new CryptoRush ? http://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/cryptorush/As I posted that, I noticed that the 'new, and really not a scam this time round' CryptoRush seems to have gone tits-up again. Oh, well, business as usual in crypto.......

OMG! That is the most vicious and underhanded anti-cat FUD I've ever seen on this forum ! It's becoming obvious that Stan (if that is indeed his name) is simply a paid shill for the shadowy 'Scooby group'.
In rebuttal, according to my exhaustive research: If we assume that there are 30 million cats in the continental USA, and (according to Stans own figures) 300 cases of rabies, then the chance of the average cat owner being savagely disembowelled by a rabid Fluffy is one in 100,000. Which is perfectly acceptable, IMHO
If we also assume that there are, lets say, 81 dogs in the USA, then we come to the unavoidable conclusion that 100% of all dogs have rabies. As well as fleas. And a habit of sniffing each others arses, not that thats completely wrong.
I rest my case.

Yup, I've had several deposit/withdrawal issues with Cryptsy, but they did all get sorted out in the end.
Just keep on bumping the support guys every few days.......good luck.
(And good luck to the Crypti boyz as well, sure hope BTER releases the remaining alt-coins regardless of what eventually happens with the 7000 BTC)

Regardless of the rivalry between NXT and BTS, I think we both agree that people in crypto should get away from the use of centralised exchanges. Pretty much every major crypto heist can be traced back to an exchange security lapse (or theft by the operators). De-centralised/distributed exchanges allow all the fun of crypto trading, without the risks of keeping your funds on the exchange. Stans probably going to get drowned in NXT'ers pointing this out.......but NXT has had the MultiGateWay decentralised exchange up and running for the last 6 months, and the MGW tech has been integrated into SuperNET, offering even more trading opportunities. For example: purchasing alt-coins with fiat via the integrated Coinomat plug-in. NXT MultiGateWay currently supports: And here are a few links: http://multigateway.org/https://nxtforum.org/nxtservices-releases/https://coinomat.com/http://www.supernet.org/Cats are conclusively better than dogs, it turns out.

There is still a chance that you guys will see your UNITY again.......BTERs alt-coin wallets seem to be unaffected, so the question is whether BTER will allow access to the trading platform again.
And, yeah, use MGW.
@geenstijl: there are a lot of NL NXT/SuperNET investors, with long experience of James. Despite his anonymity, I'd trust him a very long way, and there are a lot of other people who will back me up on this.

We reached out to all of the leading 2nd gen currencies to get the chart together, and we have tried pretty hard to keep it reasonably unbiased: If you've got any info on CounterParty features that were missed, pass it on to myself or Fatih87SK

DarkCoin or Ripple?
Anyway litecoin is the history
for now, i choice ripple to invest this year and hold to longterm. i hope go to the moon. I think that Ripple is probably already at the best price (for individual XRP) that we are gonna see for a long time.

Looks like the Bush beans guy has no idea that his Dog just let out a chemical warfare attack on him.
Yup, yet another good reason (of millions ) that cats>dogs, especially in confined spaces like RV cabs.

Don't know if you've already seen it, but take a look at CoinGecko: https://www.coingecko.com/enLots more information than CoinMarketCap, including stuff like developer activity and public interest.

Well, if you guys want some range time and a visit to Spaceport America, I might be able to find some space(s) on the guest list for the launch, when we finally get a date.

Including MarineCoin as a top 10 coin is a bit of a stretch.....no-one, not even the most idiotic crypto investors, put any money into it, but the dev still throws a couple of hundred dollars at it evry few days to pump it by a few 100%. It may have hit the top 10 for a few seconds once, but as stated above for rimbit: MarineCoin was never alive.

I feel the need for some kitten action, tbh. This kind of sums up my day: But, if anyone (like Crestington ) feels the need for some excitement, there will shortly be a chance to watch NXT zoom into the upper statosphere (or crash spectacularly into the New Mexico desert....) NXT in Spaaace!
Thought Stan might like this, with the being a rocket scientist and all. We're currently waiting on FAA permission for the launch, but it should be cleared pretty soon.

@Bobster I gotta admit, i do like Coingecko......even though NXT scores lower on aggregate there than on CMC, for example. (though i've just taken a look, NXT is #11 on CG, #10 on CMC today) I've been taking a look at lots of second generation crypto's lately, checking out the competition: Here's the large version, btw: http://i61.tinypic.com/34qwynp.jpgAn important metric that I'm not seeing on CoinGecko (or on the comparison chart) is the number of actual transactions per minute. This could give a useful indication of the real use and adoption for specific currencies, in addition to simple trading volumes.

Staking in NXT (forging is the term NXT uses) doesn't provide a massive financial incentive. As no new coins are created, securing the network by forging blocks is only rewarded by the transaction fees included in each block. I'm not 100% certain on the numbers (and too lazy to check right now) but the NXT forging revenue was estimated as approximately 2-5% profit per year. Not actually bad, but not not exactly NeuCoin, either. On the other hand, forging is pretty damn simple (run a NXT node, log in to your account, log out) and NXT isn't a resource hog, so having a NXT node running in the background isn't a hardship for consumer level users, and the businesses/projects that are using NXT need to run nodes anyway, so staking/forging for them is almost automatic. Take a look at: http://www.peerexplorer.com/for live stats on the NXT network.....293 running nodes right now.

MurrayCoin has been around for a very long time, and is still alive though not exactly super active. I've got it on my short list of "stuff that's possibly not a complete scam". I like Bill Murray, be good to have him actually come on board with MurrayCoin. BTW: The Chive has a Bill Murray / charity thing going on......good contact for MurrayCoin, if they haven't already

As do I......it is kind of insane that legitimate crypto projects waste so much time in competing with each other......we shouldn't be fighting to control the small pool that is crypto, we should all be fighting to get out into the mainstream ocean, and make some serious waves.
