1481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Bitcoin, You'll Thank Me Later - Mexican Billionaire Says on: February 28, 2022, 09:28:45 PM
Looking at the current price of bitcoin - it seems that the advice was timely! Smiley It's a pity I didn't have time to use it. I think that due to the instability in the markets and this whole situation in Ukraine, there will still be an opportunity to profit from the volatility of the bitcoin and other currencies. I am sure that this whole war will not last long because everyone is interested in peace today!
Well, every war has its own time to end and this is what everyone is hoping to happen as soon as possible. But despite of what is happening now, bitcoin has seen to be creating price surging these days. And i have no doubt for that since even the most reputable person believed on the potentials in bitcoin. And Salinas has proved that bitcoin will always grow its value overtime. We just have to trust its process. So invest in bitcoin today, and see where will your investment take you.
1482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: February 25, 2022, 07:30:07 PM
^^ Good to hear that somewhat there is a progress already. I think April is a good date for the fight in Japan and hopefully covid case has subsided already.

And now that GGG is back on training, it seems that he still has something to prove and wanted to win because there is a possibility that he can get to Canelo next maybe in a catchweight or even at 168 lbs.

That kind of motivation will inspire him in this win, with lots of time to do the training, he will be more than prepared once the date of fight has been settled, having another shot to fight with Canelo will bring that excitement not only for him but also for those fans who still wanting to see this trilogy to take place.

Let see if how he will take Murata and see if he still has that power to win over Canelo.

Still too early for any conclusions, he should win this one first before jumping to another possible fight.

The news was that Canelo already agreed about the deal but GGG haven't agreed yet but I'm sure these two fellas could meet somewhere in the middle to make the fight happen this year if possible. Back to the topic, April is the month but date is to be announced soon just yet but hopefully they can settle about the date soon, GGG and Murata have a month left to prepare for this unification fight.

I got to admit that I'm a fan of Canelo Alvarez, but in terms of GGG vs Canelo fight, I am yet to choose a side soon. We might already know that Canelo was scheduled and set to fight against Makabu this Cinco de Mayo but suddenly, Eddie Hearn announced that the won't happen as expected. Lately, Canelo signed a deal to face GGG soon after his fight against Murata but GGG didn't signed the contract yet as he is busy now for his upcoming unification fight this April.
1483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: February 25, 2022, 06:55:42 PM

But Ryan Garcia is very young at 23. Although his period of inactivity could have taken a toll somehow in his abilities, we could say that it can hardly make a dent in his athleticism and dexterity. Every time I watch Ryan Garcia fight, I am always excited. He is full of energy. He could hit you and chase you all throughout the round. You couldn't take a rest when the fighter in front of you is Ryan Garcia. He is simply full of life.

We will see how Tagoe prepares for such a youthful and powerful opponent. I hope he could also deliver a brilliant fight himself.

No doubt Ryan is one brilliant fighter but it's taking him so long to get a legit title this year The Golden Boy promotion is planning to Deathroned Kambosos and beat Haney but we have seen this before they planned Ryan to face Haney then Tank but Haney and Tank have gone through a lot of great fights already and Ryan is on health vacation, I hope he is now ok and ready to take the road to greatness, he needs to fight tough names in boxing for him to move forward.

It will be a tough fight for Kambosos, not sure though if Ryan can get to him because it's either Loma or Haney that's being groom for George to fight next.

This will be a big test for Ryan even if he has all the advantage to knock out Tagoe, Emmanuel will really bring the fight to Ryan and tested if he can last 12 rounds.

Of course, Ryan Garcia has all the advantage this is a cherry-picked fight to geared him for big fights Dela Hoya wants Garcia to look good by pitting him to an unknown fighter, the worse thing that could happen is if backfired, let's admit Ryan Garcia is not a solid fighter he has a share of weakness and it will be further exposed if Tagoe plays a good fight, Tagoe is not an A fighter but his record is good.

Yes we all know all that this fight was cherry picked because this is supposed to be an interim fight and as part of the deal so that Garcia can soon fight Kambosos Jr. but as we know Kambosos already have some opponents in line in hopes that they can dethrone Kambosos Jr.
About Tagoe, we may not know him as a fans and a bettor but in Garcia's camp, Tagoe isn't unknown to them because they personally picked him for Garcia.

1484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 25, 2022, 06:38:47 PM
Let's resume betting.

Nets vs Celtics.

No Durant, Irving, and Simmons. These are the big 3 of the team, so it's automatic, I believe that the Celtics will dominate and beat the Nets more than 10 points, I'm taking the spread without hesitation, good luck.

I strongly agree with you and I think the -8.5 spread for Celtics could actually be steal, so I'll be going with that.

I also have the Denver Nuggets -4.5 vs Sacramento Kings.

Goodluck everyone!

The Celtics pick was the easiest, they were dominating the Nets in every quarter and the spread was very well covered in the end. Also, nice win on the Nuggets @Harkorede, that was also an easy one.

@YuginKadoya, you got it all perfect, I think you are hot man, good luck on the next pick.

Eyeing on the Clippers vs Lakers game tomorrow, what's the pick?

It really was a great return to the NBA for me after the break, I also manage to hit a quite good parlay, I just wish I put more on it, but I wanted to keep it slow and see what the teams would be like after the break https://i.imgur.com/k3tLBOH.png

I like the Lakers vs Clippers match up, but I currently on the side of Lakers, despite their inconsistencies before the break, but I'll wait closer to the tip-off before an actual decision.

Same here, I manage to win 2 bets out of 3 that I've placed and it was the Blazers because the Warriors blew me out Embarrassed that's good enough mate because we can't really tell how will the game go, a win on the 1st day was already a good sign even for me.

For the the Lakers vs Clippers match tomorrow, I don't have to wait for the live betting or other signs because somehow I am confident enough and it is clear to me that the Lakers will win this match.
1485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: February 25, 2022, 06:04:37 PM
And why did Blackwater owner say in the past that he is gonna sell his team?

That plan is just a product of disappointment since the Blackwater CEO's ego was hit by the PBA since they think they won't have a violation for doing practice while it's not allowed during pandemic. That's the reason why after that violation, Blackwater suddenly announced that they will sell the franchise.

Look at what happened in the upcoming days and weeks after that plan, the CEO become cool and goes back to his usual self and didn't push selling the franchise. That's the story and not related to the PBA politics like what you are thinking I believe.

Probably because no one is interested in buying the team? I don't know, seems like PBA now is not anymore as entertaining as in the past, maybe because we can easily access to watch other leagues like local and international leagues. Either way, I still hope for the best of our Philippine basketball leaguel.

No, that is not the case because there's a lot of interested buyers for sure as there's also a lot who wants to own a team in the league. But there's no information about why did the CEO suddenly announced to sell the franchise and what happened why he changed his mind few weeks after. PBA can get over this, hopefully they would survive much more longer.
Selling a team is not easy, it will go to the due process and PBA will not easily approve it without even trying to solve the problem because this can be a big loss to the league so we can expect a change of mind after the announcements, as long as its not final we can still expect a different result.

Blackwater losing streak is not good at all, it will hard to get sponsors for them because of their bad records and if the owners is experiencing a big loss, selling the team should be the last option. They must reset their whole system and look for a better strategy, 26 losing streak could be worst in PBA history, they are already holding this title.

Yes, it's not good for the team and the principal sponsor or company to have that record but it is never been easy to sell a team and look for some company who will gladly continue what they started. Somehow, there are other who wants to buy to spot, to have a new fresh start in the league with their own name in the franchise. The PBA can't just put on presssure on teams that can't afford anymore.
1486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: February 25, 2022, 03:10:13 PM

I have nothing to say about how long the process will take, my point is that the judge should be fair.

In the Philippines, it will take forever, especially if the accused has enough money to fight for the case. However, this is not good for him if there's enough evidence to convince him, it's better to settle it the soonest so the problem will not get worst and will not distract his training.

I don't think that Casimero will have the financial to fight this case so that it will be prolong. He is one of those boxers who is also a rag to riches story like Manny is. However, he may have to contact powerful personality to convince the girl to drop the charges in exchange of huge amount of money and they can go on with their lives.

Casimero doesn't need much money or financial needs to handle this case because he is not yet guilty as of now, other than that, I bet that his team would just allow that to happen especially the MP Promotions because Casimero is one of their best boxers. So, if Casimero is convicted that would mean that the MP Promotions have lost one of their cash cow.
1487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: February 25, 2022, 12:52:51 PM
Sounds like Kyrie will be playing in home games pretty soon also. Nets finally getting some good news.

I also read about that, seems that Nets are now going tougher and not just in some road games because Kyrie Irving will be soon entitled to play even if it's a home game.
Here's the news about that article:

Quote
Kyrie Irving hasn't been able to play home games for the Brooklyn Nets all season due to his decision to remain unvaccinated against COVID-19. However, an announcement from the New York City mayor's office could change that, just in time for the Nets to make a big push for the playoffs.

During a media conference on Wednesday, NYC mayor Eric Adams said that he hopes to phase out the city's vaccine mandates in the coming weeks, following the lead of cities like Boston and Washington, DC.
NYC vaccine mandate changes could have major impact on Kyrie Irving and Nets

Since the season have started, the Nets are one of the tough teams in the East but as time goes by and KD had an injury, they are now placed on the 8th spot. This could be the much waited turning point of the Nets, Irving to play soon, KD to return soon and Simmons to make a debut next month.
1488  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Words of advice on: February 24, 2022, 08:23:18 PM
you can be cool even you're not sharing all of the things that are happening to you. It's wise to remain silent with your success but it will eventually make noise.
As it makes a noise, it won't be you that will startle it but it will be the people that are witnessing your success. Cryptos are our wealth and it's the same that others are looking for especially on these times of hardship, you can be a target of them.
Trying to keep silent about your success makes sense in an online world. There are too many beggars that will ask money from you and that is a very bothersome thing and I would understand people trying to avoid that.

I personally do not say how much I own even though I am not rich at all, I am literally poor but if you have 50 bucks then they will come in to ask for that as well, it's that bad. However, they are not the real trouble, the real trouble is the people who will try to hack you, if you have 50 bucks then you will probably not get hacked but at the end of the day there are some situations where you are going to get hackers if you have too much money and I mean like tens of thousands of dollars. Doesn't mean that they will hack you, but at the very least they will try and that is the scary part, if they manage to get it then it is even worse.
Even in real life, you can just be silent as you are hitting your success. It's not all about the beggars when you're too talkative and generous in sharing your life's journey in investing in cryptocurrencies. But all about the danger that it might put you due to its monetary issue that can be seen in your success. Whether online or offline/real life, you owe yourself to remain silent as it can be a safety measure and protection from those stalkers that might have a bad plan to you.
Having to live in privacy is the best thing ever as you don't need to mind other people's business because you also have your own. Because problems will only start to arise if you let other people know that you have been successful in this field as they will start to envy and start looking for things so they can come close to you. And if you let that happen, your success may put you in danger as scammers will put you as their target and they won't stop hunting you as long as they will not be successful in their plans.
1489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto prices are starting to strengthen again on: February 24, 2022, 07:50:17 PM
The Russian war between Ukraine is over and there is new news that Ukraine has accepted crypto openly and this indicates the progress process for bitcoin that there are other countries that are willing to accept bitcoin even though it is not for legal payments.
The conflict isnt over yet and hopefully will not start any war. The war may not be the reason of the crypto bear market but somehow many users in Russia or other investors are thinking of the possibility of war that leads them to withdraw their crypt holdings, that affects the market. There is a need for a much better news that will influnce themaret to fully recover not just the legalizing of bitcoin in Russia, but hopefully a news of peace between two countries.

Cryptocurrencies were already likely to fall, and the war had some effect in this case. But without war, prices would have been affected by something else and would have fallen again. We may be at real bottom prices right now, if so we may see green days again when the news of peace comes. Prices are not affected by a single thing, but many things have a combined effect Smiley
But the latest news was definitely on Russia and Ukraine war so i guess bitcoin has been really affected with it that it fall down its price again all of a sudden. And the whole crypto market starts to be bloody again. But for strong hands, this is another opportunity to invest again while crypto prices are cheap. For weak hands, they may start to panic and sell off their coins because they can't bare seeing bitcoin and altcoins totally down gain, if they keep that mindset, they will never make profits for sure.
1490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a safe haven for criminals on: February 24, 2022, 07:08:26 PM
Recently, I went through the article about the biggest cryptocurrency fraud in history executed by a married couple.  Ilya Lichtenstein and Heather Morgan, husband, and wife, have been tracked down by the FBI for laundering 119,754 bitcoins from Bitfinex five years ago. After many attempts to rinse the money through chain hopping on numerous anonymity enhanced cryptocurrencies like monero. The FBI was able to apprehend them.

I want to know, what else does the government want to regulate the cryptocurrency blockchain for if the FBI can perform such a rigorous search on all the virtual accounts that have been created online by the couple? And found the private key linked to the wallet that received the funds, and they recovered over $3.5 billion and recorded it as the biggest seizure in the cryptocurrency niche.

Quote
“Criminals always leave tracks, and today’s case is a reminder that the FBI has the tools to follow the digital trail, wherever it may lead,” said FBI Deputy Director Paul M. Abbate.

I think the transaction the Government cannot track in the block-chain technology has not be made. FBI claim that they will endeavor to trace any fraudulent activity in the cryptocurreny network through their 21st century investigative technique. (I don't know what they mean by that)

Quote
we're able to uncover the source of even the most sophisticated schemes and bring justice to those who try to exploit the security of our financial infrastructure.

If indeed the FBI is able to track criminal acts on the Bitcoin network, this will make it easier for Bitcoin to be accepted by all governments in various countries, because so far the government still suspects Bitcoin is a haven for criminal acts.
Hopefully this is Bitcoin's path to light so that Bitcoin can be used as legal tender in all countries. I am very happy to see this news, criminals will think twice about laundering money through Bitcoin and Bitcoin can be called clean from criminal acts.
This is so far an enlightenment to the government that bitcoin is not totally a safe haven for criminals since bitcoin brings transparency so all payment transactions can be easily observed which is a good thing to trace illegal activities. Hopefully this will change the mindset of the people that bitcoin is no longer good for criminal acts, and i guess it has never been. Illegal transactions are just a small percentage of the overall activity of bitcoin.
1491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 24, 2022, 01:02:10 PM
Let's resume betting.

Nets vs Celtics.

No Durant, Irving, and Simmons. These are the big 3 of the team, so it's automatic, I believe that the Celtics will dominate and beat the Nets more than 10 points, I'm taking the spread without hesitation, good luck.

As I also said in the previous thread, this is a good game to bet on Celtics.

They are on a good record for the last 10 games and Nets also won couple of games with their new line up, is still going to struggle against a top team like the Celtics who is healthy and complete.

So easy pick for us to go wit the Celtics on the spread against the Nets.

I'm wondering why the spread is only -7 for Celtics considering we know that no superstars will be playing for the Nets. is the current odds fair or just a trap? I'm asking because I'm thinking of betting on the Celtics but I think the spread is quite understated, should be -10.5 IMO even if Nets are at home.
1492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: February 24, 2022, 12:26:02 PM
And the regular season games are on again tonight! Brooklyn Nets - Boston Celtics game is the most attention getting one in my opinion. Their win and loss statistics are similar to each other but I won't be saying the same thing for the performances recently. Nets are having a problematic period of time these days while Celtic are doing superb things. Here in this game, Celtics are going to be the closest team to win certainly. But maybe Nets might surprise us and defeat Celtics by a slight gap.
Will KD already available in this game? If he will play then for sure the Nets have a decent chance of winning, also, I like to see Simmons playing with the team already, I guess his vacation is enough already, he need to be in the court and contribute for the team.

As far as I know, he is not coming back before March 3. He is a huge loss for the team now because they need a player to carry the team now. And of course, they shouldn't depend on one player. I didn't mean that. They just need a big score contribution to the team to start winning regularly again. And when it comes to tonight's game, I see no chance for Nets. I don't think Celtics would lose this game while they are in-form this much. Maybe it could be a win by a close margin though.

We don't know when he will return but we have a good news coming from Steve Nash.

NBA rumors: Steve Nash: Kevin Durant closer to return than Ben Simmons

We know that the Nets badly need him, but they cannot force him to return as it might aggravate the injury.
Just like KT, it needs time to fully recover and be back 100% .

There's no specific date but that soon means before the mid-march which Simmons is expected to play. Unfortunately, as Durant keeps missing games, their ranking will continue to drop and they need to start winning the moment he will return so they can be in the play in tournament and would have a chance to be in the playoffs.

Imagine, Nets are in the bottom to fight the number 1 team in the East, that's rare.
1493  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be comfortable with your strategy! on: February 24, 2022, 08:31:16 AM
We often experience losses in trading because the market situation is not always in good condition.
That is the need for us to always look for strategies that can work well and help us make profits.
As long as we can keep looking and learning to make strategies, we will have the best strategy for us to implement that strategy based on the situation in the market.
There is no need to be afraid of failure because failure is a delayed success and as long as we have the will, there must be a way.
If we are experiencing frequent losses in trading, that only means that our strategy is not working so we have to explore with another strategies that have potentials to succeed until we come up with the best one that works on us. And it doesn't mean that if that strategy works on him, it will also work on you. We all have different approach when it comes to trading so we cannot assure that we will get the same results. And one thing is certain, you don't have to stick into a single strategy for long term as most of the time strategies also loses their value, you need to be flexible so you can start to upgrade your strategy and still win your trades.
1494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be prepared on: February 24, 2022, 03:44:29 AM
First of all most of us here are aware that crypto market is highly volatile and things can change really quick and neither bull nor near are permanent, I would have appreciated you if you would have suggested some solution or precautionary measure instead of making a post about something which is nature of market.

I would say we should be cautious with our invetsment and should not experiment with altcoins without proper research and also should use stop loss or OCO functionality without fail for all the trades.
I think these are the things we needed in anticipating the market volatility.
*invest the right coins
*keep our mindset positive
*patience

It is all about how we manage our investment like how we manage ourselves in times of difficulties. Though that was hard but NO. Preparation is always important as whether we like it or not, things like this (drops) is existing.
The bear season is part of the market cycle so there is no way we can avoid this, but to face it with optimism and confidence that there is more in a bear market than to fear it like it will cause a lot of losses to an investor. In fact, it opens opportunities to buy low value cryptos but since its hard to know if its the cheapest price, so investors most likely to gamble buying cheap coins even if there are no assurance if they will recover or not. But if you come to invest in bitcoin and its established altcoins, and hold them after, then losing is not possible, unless you sell them lower than the prices you bought.
1495  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine Just Legalized Bitcoin on: February 24, 2022, 02:35:34 AM
First Russia adopted crypto and announced to make it legal and now the Ukraine did the same. Both of these countries are at the verge of war against each other.
Though it makes no sense but still i wonder if the tense situation in both countries is the triggering point for the adoption of bitcoin?

If a total war broke out between these two countries then the best thing to do is convert your assets into bitcoins and find a way to get out from those countries to save yourself from a senseless war which you don't even know the reason for. Many people are worried about it since only the civilians will suffer and those in the authority will only seat on their couch and execute the order to their military. Now is the time to do it because when the war will broke out, you won' have any convenience withdrawing your funds from the banks.
I think adopting a bill on legalizing bitcoin is just right on time, and this may not be made possible if there was never a tension between Russia and Ukraine, right?  But as far as i remember, bitcoin has been already legal in its previous year, but due to lack of existing laws, crypto has been in a grey area. But now, as the country has established clear policies about crypto, then those owners of virtual assets will no longer worry about. After all, the law will protect the owners of virtual assets and exchange platforms from fraud, that's the purpose of adopting a law on bitcoin. 1496  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia gives in and considers accepting bitcoin exchange on: February 23, 2022, 09:36:11 PM

There are positive and negative impacts of emerging crypto regulations in Russia

The positive impact is that crypto owners are safer because they are legally protected, and the government can minimize dirty transactions using crypto

but the negative effect is that the privacy of crypto users there will certainly no longer exist, everything is visible and tracked by the government

No I won't think so that it has such negative effect in that privacy will be revealed. As much it has been legalized it means that the status is no longer illegal and people are free to transact freely and claim to have bitcoin or show wallet but it doesn't restrict that it will be revealed the privacy of owner, bitcoin in Russia is still decentralised. If you talking about privacy revealed that can be when the government is establishing a bitcoin payment portal and outlet that require to pay in through the bitcoin or cryptocurrency maybe they require KYC. If exchange too is asking to do KYC.
This is always good to know that the negative status has been removed and the made it legal .I was almost sure that they will not able to ban it even restrict it cause the huge amount of user will lost their asset and the way of how they were earning regularly .Now the question has come once again if the gov. want to reveal the user how they will really do it cause the user always want to avoid the KYC system for their privacy.I think we need to wait for the clear regulation if really the want to get the information of the user .Let's see how everything will happen in next .
I think KYC in the latter part will still be required in the long run. Although it could ruin the anonymity factor for bitcoin users, but for me it does not imply negativity. Since starting now, our trading accounts will be more safe since all exchanges are protected by the government and that rest assured that we will no longer fall into fake exchanges. Well, having exchanges with KYC does not really mean to expose our full identity, we are still anonymous provided that we are still the ones who take responsibility for the safety of our own account and password.
1497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: February 23, 2022, 05:11:57 PM

The undercards on this fight are now confirmed. More to be filled in.

Lightweight
Isaac Cruz (22-2-1, 15 KO) vs Yuriorkis Gamboa (30-4, 18 KO)

Welterweight
Radzhab Butaev (14-0, 11 KO) vs Eimantas Stanionis (13-0, 9 KO)

Source

Current Odds: Errol Spence -350 | Yordenis Ugas +275

Source

Thanks for this, old name pops up, Yuri Gamboa, lol, it seems this dude really needs a paycheck before he retires, and now he is being used as a stepping stone for Isaac Cruz. Gamboa might be knock out here.

For the odds, no surprises here, Ugas might be used to be the underdog in the fight.

But let's see, the fight is just several weeks from know and maybe their training is already on it's peak.

I'm not really interested in the underdog, I'm solely watching the fight to see the main event and I think it will be a one-sided fight as Spence will certainly dominate Ugas here. the odds is so bad for Spence, I am not gonna take it, instead I will go for the KO on per round basis as It gives a fair odds.

Do you mean the undercard?

Well, that's really up to you, if you were able to subscribe to the PPV, then might as well enjoy all the games because the subscription is not that cheap, unless you can watch it for free.  Spence vs Ugas is really a good treat to us because it's a unification fight, lots of belts are at stake here.
1498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: February 23, 2022, 04:38:26 PM
In the latest news that I read:

Casimero Accused of Acts Of Lasciviousness In Philippines; Team Dismisses Claims As "Fabricated"

Quote
An official complaint was filed on February 11 against the three-division and reigning WBO bantamweight titlist from Ormoc City, Philippines, who is accused of Acts of Lasciviousness and of being in violation of Republic Act 7610—Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. The complaint and pending investigation alleged that Casimero made inappropriate contact with a minor last June in Taguig City.

Violation of RA 7610 is punishable by imprisonment of no less than three months but no more than three years. Similarly, a suspect found guilty of Act of Lasciviousness is punishable by imprisonment of six months to six years.

https://www.boxingscene.com/casimero-accused-acts-lasciviousness-philippines-team-dismisses-claims-fabricated--164303

So another distraction for Casimero, will give him the benefit of the doubt. Makes me wonder why it was just filed this month? Or maybe some entity is behind to destroy John Riel emotionally and financially? Your guess is as good as mine.

Oh, really? I didn't know about this.

IMO, this was planned and staged perfectly by the alleged victim because she really knows when and the fact that Casimero is on his way for the fight. The Casimero camp has no choice but to settle this because if this goes worse then Casimero would be heavily affected as well as his career. If I am right, it is all about money because the alleged victim was in the hotel room with Casimero and then filed a blotter later on. We will see soon about this, Casimero should focus first about this fight before anything else and let his team handle the lawsuit.

He is already a celebrity so he has to be careful with his actions. This accusation if proven, he has no choice but to settle it financially, otherwise, he will go to jail which would certainly end his boxing career.
1499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin evangelist Michael Saylor says crypto regulations would speed adoption on: February 23, 2022, 08:05:09 AM
Regulation will keep the people on safer zone unlike the market. The adoption of bitcoin over the years have gradually increased. This increase happened as a result of more countries showing positive signs of regulating the usage of bitcoin. Even now there are people around the world who feel bitcoin is developed for the purpose of illegal activities and gambling needs. This happens because many countries don't disclose the decision of whether cryptocurrency is legalized or not.

At this stage, it is undeniable, regulation is coming for crypto and there is nothing anyone can do to change that, it is already happening.  According to yahoo news of February 18th, president Joe Biden is expected to issue and execute order that will require government agencies to study cryptocurrencies and cbdc afterward develop a statewide strategy to regulate digital currency".
So it is just a matter of time before a complete crypto regulation begins worldwide. My belief is, once the United State start the regulation process many other countries will follow.
I guess with the incoming crypto regulation in US, this will benefit both. US will take advantage on the trend since crypto has become mainstream, and crypto on its side will also gain more popularity from the people. And i have to agree with OP that once crypto will be regulated, it will build on the minds of the people that crypto is a safe investment and it has nothing to worry about since there is government that comes to regulate it.
1500  Economy / Economics / Re: Your opinion on side jobs on: February 23, 2022, 07:09:49 AM
I believe if your side job brings more money than your main work is still definitely your side job and not your career, I believe as a human being everybody should always have a side job to support your main Job, because I believe having only one source of income is really a bad idea, if you really want to be successful in life I believe you should have more than one source of income.
Well, its not really necessary to have a side job if you are earning well from your main job. But if you want to create more resources for income, a lot of side jobs are available especially online that could even surpass the income you are earning from your main job. But that doesn't change the fact that side jobs will remain as side jobs regardless of the income, as long as your doing it during your spare or free time.
