Yeah that is one of the first time I use bitcoins that I haven't research about the company. True we will make mistake, but you can learn about it. This don't gamble is just for people who is addicted for me I just play for fun when I have extra money that I can afoord to lose.

the problem is that with such a huge tax load nobody earning a medium wage will be able to save 20% of its salary. Unless he lives eating a meal a day and without vacations and without ever going out to have fun.

Why is investing in precious metals not a promising investment?

becausse silver is facing a bad market, and gold is not so stable as many think, both are tanking one massively the other slowly, well right now seems that gold is stable again

for sure i would choose gold if you really want to go with metal, but they are  athing of the past in my view, the future is bitcoin or akin tech

While investing in Bitcoin is a relatively new concept, and don't really know for sure if it will pan out like everyone believes it will in the future, there is always going to be demand for gold. The "market" your speaking of in terms of gold prices are a lot more complicated than I think any one can imagine, and have to do in some form with inflation of the USD over time. Sure, gold has been going down, but we still price it in fiat. If the fiat system were completely thrown away, and only priced gold in Bitcoin, I think we would see a lot more stable correlation in "price" or "demand" because they are both technically limited and not printed notes the Fed issues out not backed on anything.

You should review your thinking, things of the past... you made me laugh! No better investment as gold for long term.
It will be always accepted (unless you'll be alone on an island). You're too much enthusiastic.

you can kiss it and say goodbye, also gold is too much traceable for my taste, you need plenty of documentation to sell it, it's not as easy as bitcoin, not even close

It's easy for some and very hard for the others! You would be surprised how many people have problems to put even some change a side. And this doesn't depend at all of their income.

I knew people that made thousands of dollars per month and they would come to me last 3 days of the month to borrow few hundreds just to survive until the next paycheck!

One other thing I will say is a good way to save: Have some side income.  No matter how small, it helps.  One example is sig campaigns on this site!! You can easily make 5-10/week+, that adds up! That could pay for one entire bill.  There are many other ways to make some side money, (flip stuff from yard sales on ebay, yard work, etc) but multiple income streams is key!

Its not hard if you really want to save. I have monthly bills, rents, foods etc but still can able to save. Its just the person itself is the key here to make saving money with sense.

It is not even that hard, you just need to focus on how much you want to save, and you need to set goals and achieve them, and that's enough.
Not a lot, but even if you become capable of saving few % of what you want to save actually, then you might be convinced with the same.
