Even it is no of mine business but still bringing Pakistani players in all cases is not good because there were some bad time when few players involved into this, and they have their punishment just like we have few players in other countries even into India but still talking all this is completely none sense because they have enough money from their leagues and other international leagues and fixtures, so they don't need these things better stop this crap and talk into better way is good for all members here in this community because we already have very small community and don't try to create bad manners and things with this all.

If Brendan Taylor trap into this, surely it's his own mistake and many others need to learn from this and never have any contact or relationship like this.

I also dont know exactly how much he earned through international matches and leagues but it must be adequate enough to live a good life. Its sad to see such senior player going in that manner.

I don't think that his contract amount in IPL was that high. IPL is the richest league around the world, but the salaries can be very uneven. For example, Sandeep Lamichhane was receiving only ₹2,000,000 ($27,000) from his IPL stint, while he earned manytimes that amount from the BBL and BPL. And I don't think that Pakistani players are all saints. Multiple players including Mohammed Asif and Danish Kaneria have been accused of match fixing and many of them have received bans from the ICC as well.

You know in my personal opinion I think that they have been somehow related to drugs in some way.

Because there are only two reasons why money might never be enough for someone and those are drugs and gambling. These two reasons start the main problem. Because ultimately you lose money and gain nothing except for bad health probably. I always think that the money that the players who you are well-known get is always enough for them. But the problem starts with these types of bad habits of theirs.

Obviously there should be some proofs, there are groups but they just don't reach ICC. We all know that IPL is the attraction and mostly we can say it's the home of gamblers and bookies. But when we say things like that these are just speculations and no one can prove them because the proof is covered up really well.

Anyway, all I wanna know is how a players' phone call to his family or a call record of his personal mobile gets to ICC and a lot of big speculations lay around with no proof? Yes, cricket boards are greedy ain't they?

This is the thing it's, at the end of the day cricket is crazy. Since money talks who can dare to say something against any Franchise League? You can say anything, you can write anything but you have to present your explanation with strong evidence on your allegation.

In situations like these, i can sit here and say he should have approached the authorities the first day he got the blackmail call but who knows what the situation he faced. If i was in his shoes, i doubt i would have done anything differently if i really thought it was a genuine business proposal.

Sometimes I get truly amazed because cricket is not played in most of the countries of the world and only a small number of countries play cricket. it should have been an easy job for ICC to handle everything but we all know that they are already corrupted. And there is certainly a lot of favoritism which is going on in ICC as well. I know that no one is an angel. But at least everyone can be better at the job that they are supposed to do.

Well, when it comes to blackmailing then obviously they are going to give threats about family and friends and to protect them a person can do anything.

I really don't think that he had any other choice, and I also think that if he knew that something like this is going to happen he surely would have avoided it at any cost. It's actually obvious that the player really fell into the trap which was set for him. Kenya was really on very positive way and Zimbabwe was also having some extraordinary players those were capable to bring this game in very good shape with these teams and South Africa mean three big cricketing nations from continent of Africa can give very good fan base to cricket but sadly now it's all gone, and we have nothing good and positive in this region even now we are losing interest in Canada and West Indies as well and now have very few countries in Asia Australia and New Zealand with better fan base in Europe cricket is never been on good way and Soccer, Rugby and Tennis is having mostly youths attraction and ICC never done any good thing for Latin America continent.

90% of the revenue is generated from India. This is the reason why BCCI hands are high on ICC. Maybe that's the reason why there is flaws with the distribution. As of now the teams now in need were Afghanistan, Zimbabwe and Ireland. This could change when the teams push themselves high in the big tournaments. Also, it can also be considered a way to keep those teams down.
