Bitinstant should start calling themselves Bit"it-takes-a-fuckin-week" I'm trying to get help on this and while URSAY has been very nice, i'm no closer to resolution of my transaction.

I did a Bitinstant->Zipzap->CVS-> MtGox account on 4/3/2013. I didn't receive the money in the MtGox account. The Code listed below when used on mtgox gives a "This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used)" I have contacted MTGOX and your support emails and not contact for the past 4 days. The BTCS on 4/3/13 were around the $140, I'd be cool with $160 per BTC. Ursay: I made my order/payment last Wednesday back when the price was around $130. Still haven't received my bitcoins yet. When I finally get them, will I receive them at the price I paid for them, or at the $230 price? I'm assuming you paid for the bitcoins last Wednesday and simply need to transfer them to my address?

It's been a week, I've tried emailing, calling, and 24/7 support on Mtgox and BitInstant. No response... I need my money in my account ASAP! Please help me! I used the account number with letters in it, which I now see I should have used the account number without the numbers! I've tried redeeming the API code, but it says it isn't valid/ has been used. It couldn't have been used, because I did not post the code anywhere for the public eyes to see. So I guess my problem may be as simple as using the right account number(or exchange number I guess they now call it) which would be 220347. Not M61220347X, like my order says... At the time of purchase bitcoins were significantly cheaper! Will I be compensated the difference in my order?! Please get back at me! I haven't opened a ticket yet, because I can not find where to! I know you are busy, but you seem to be the only one helping people. Thank you so much!

I used cash to GOX deposit yesterday with my GOX user name. New MX number failed when I tried this morning. I would suggest using your GOX user name for now.

Curious...why are we making new lists when the old ones are DEFINITELY not resolved? Why not a ....master list? ? where you slowly work on a first come first serve basis....that would be the most logical and FAIR way no? I completely agree. Why do we have to post on a forum? Why not a central support website? ? Never, ever using bitinstant again. ever.

Amazing support. It's 2013, they deal with a technologically advanced cryptocurrency yet customers have to resort to posting on a third party forum to get a "ticket" created and an order issue addressed. how many of these people, for example haven't had their issues addressed, or even know about this thread.

I don't think you understand the complexity of our systems. I think I have an idea... 1. Accept BTCs from unsuspecting user 2. Deposit BTCs into bit instant wallet 3. Open a support ticket for unsuspecting user when/if they complain about never receiving their transfer. 4. Sit back and relax
