It was an order for 1500.  After the 3.99% it should be around 1440.15 correct?  I only received the 308.19210.  Just making sure I did everything correctly.  I've had multiple orders and they're mostly correct.  You guys took a while for that first one I did but it paid off.  I'm a happy camper.  Just making sure I didn't screw something up.

I could always use tips for diapers and formula!  Smiley

I need help.  My order ID is 58341001-a276-4504-8f31-84d90fe94911  . 

I tried to buy through bitinstant using dwolla sending it to my BTC-e address and it declined due to "fraud check failed".  Nothing about my bank account is fraudulent, I verified it with Dwolla already.

I have provided my order id over 10 times and a description of the problem. I have provided the info over reddit to /u/bitinstant. I have provided the info over email to Seth and Charlie.

I have not received a support ticket #. I have not received an update. And most importantly, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY COINS.

Please make a note on my ticket that my transaction should have been completed by Wed Apr 3 03:13:14 2013. So the amount of coins received should be around ~1 BTC, not the ~0.51BTC current market price.

URSAY,

I was on the 4/8 list and my money has just now arrived to my MTGox account.  Thanks for your service!

However, I am short 0.35 bitcoins.

I made a deposit of $153.616 (after all fees) when bitcoins were at $154, and upon receiving my funds in my MTGox account I was able to buy 0.6461 bitcoins instead of 0.9975 bitcoins.

Apologies for asking a question that has surely been asked before.  I browsed enough to find that this is a common problem but wasn't able to determine what to do about it--other than to post here.

I've had three Dwolla transfers with problems recently.  Two of them were a week ago and one today.

I'm reluctant to post transaction IDs, etc here (again forgive my newbieness).  Can someone please contact me and I can pass along relevant info?

Dwolla balance is now down by ~ $2k (3 transactions total) and Bitinstant shows various error messages.  Help!?

I'm about at my wit's end.  Several emails, messages to bitinstant user on reddit, posts on forums, and not even a single acknowledgement.  Your phone line for "urgent issues" just dumps into a voicemail, there's no "chat link" on the contact us page, WTF am I supposed to do?  Drive to their office to get someone's attention on where my 600$ went?  Process my order or refund my money, this is absolutely unacceptable.

4/10 list.  Smiley

What does this mean?  My order won't be processed until tomorrow?  Even with my email yesterday asking for help?

Hey URSAY, I'm glad to say that the patience payed off and I got my bitcoins sent to my wallet!
I appreciate all your help, however I still need another ticket opened up on today's support escalation list as I only got .41 BTC when I was expecting ~.51
I got the current rate as opposed to the rate of my transaction which should have been ~160.
I was also hoping the transaction fee would be refunded for the delay. I'd appreciate it very much URSAY

Probably just a type on my part.  Thanks for pointing that out.  It won't effect the working status on your ticket.  Level 2 support doesn't organize by Bitcointalk username.  I do because I was hoping to be more personally accountable.  Unfortunately there is not enough time in the day for me to give a million updates on existing issues.  I would rather be actually resolving the issues as I'm sure many of your would agree.  Thanks!  Smiley

This means that you are on the 4/10 list to be resolved. Which means that they have taken note of your issue and they have all the information they need. URSAY will be releasing the official 4/10 list soon, hopefully Smiley. This does not mean that your issue will be resolved tomorrow. It may take a couple of days, but you are now on the right track to getting your issue fixed. Your issue will be escalated and be given to the appropriate people who can fix everything for you. At this point, the only thing you can do is be patient and not get frustrated.

You have posted like 3 times in the last couple of pages. URSAY has said that he doesn't have time to be replying to each and every post that comes through here, as he would much rather be spending his time actually solving things than reading posts with too many smiley faces. If you have posted on here, he will see it and you will be added to the next list. 4/10 still hasn't been put out officially yet, so please look at that when he posts it. It should hopefully be soon.
