The tech side of iota being poor is secondary to the fact it was a narrowly distributed.

You can not start with a distribution this narrow and expect to at some point present it as a trustless decentralised project.

You will never know the damage the manipulation and collusion will cause from the outset.

Better to stick with real POW projects like bitcoin and LTC.

Byteball is has a far wider initial distribution but I still don;t think it was done properly. Of course of the 2 I choose byteball over iota if you have to have a dag coin in your portfolio.

I find this thread to be the same few iota shills attacking one person over and over. This alone tells me the the iota initial distribution was a disgrace. There are the same 5 or 6 faces only here like on every iota thread.

Every time you return to this topic I recall https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KM36ED544iE&feature=youtu.be and every time I enjoy it like seeing for the first time.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

"In 2017, leaving your crypto algorithm vulnerable to differential cryptanalysis is a rookie mistake. It says that no one of any calibre analyzed their system, and that the odds that their fix makes the system secure is low".

This is addressed in https://gist.githubusercontent.com/Come-from-Beyond/63c97a697baf2a657bdddd9bdc6be05d/raw/e01bb6aae47a0207edaeb3e1fbfbf347b2ee3c2d/CFB%27s%2520response%2520to%2520Neha%2520Narula%27s%2520blogpost , just use CTRL+F.

In other words: You ran out of arguments and decided to use appeal to authority fallacy.  Cheesy
no need to appeal to authority, your selfmade hash function and digital signature scheme was broken as if a child had made it.

Your response to the revealed retardation is childish whimpering.

Beyond embarrassing and pathetic.

Can anyone tell me why Bitrex have a 15 IOTA transaction fee?
How much should an IOTA transaction fee cost?

The only Exchange with Iota is Bitfinex and not Bittrex. So you dont know nothing about Iota. I am sure you have not a single Iota.

Why is IOTA only traded on Bitfinex and none of the other exchanges?

Can we finally get a auto-nodechanging, auto-reattaching wallet? Im so fkin done flushing through the nodes so i can see my balance.Imo the IOTA wallet funds are close to simulating Schrödingers cat- it's a feature, I guess, but I doubt an intentional one.

IOTA is now traded on Binance too. Enjoy.
The reason it has taken so long is that IOTA is not a Bitcoin, Peercoin,  Ethereum copy-paste and has a fundamentally different mechanism which makes it non-trivial to list on an exchange.

tl;dr : IOTA is on Binance. IOTA is not easy to list on exchanges.

Classic altcoin dump.

If you buy this, you deserve to stay poor.

Now CMC #11. Problem is the huge intransparency of the lead team.
Hiding and delaying manual claimers that can be reclaimed in some weeks did make it way worse than it needed to be (i dont even start with the recently taken user funds that can be reclaimed with the automatic tool).
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2000113.0

I still dont get why those claims were not handled before the bitfinex exchange launch. To not risk the 1.5B$ launch they now face another 300TI sell off at already low prices and I wouldnt be surprised if we soon see a 0.20$ evalution.

Delaying is good thing, if they don't delay, the price is not high either. Bitcoin makes all altcoins going down. If they release after hard fork, iota will have a mega pump.

The differnce is developer does not dump his 1%, and other early investors like me, hold with steady hands.

How much of your iotas have you dumped CfB? Your friends bought lambos yet? Begun on yet another Next Big Coin scam?

Do you mean that Byteball is so bad that even without the dev dumping his 1% it's plummeting?
