okay question guys. I have heard many people complain about their refund process. Some people saying I wish they would just refund my BTC.
Well if they gave you back your 10 BTC, that would be worth about $6400.
Rather than if they gave you back the refund in Fiat, it would be 10K.
What am I missing?? 10K buys more than 10 BTC at current market price. Regards

More than 20 days passed since my refund is "ready for process". Email support keep telling me "our team is extremely busy", blah-blah-blah.

Edit: Since noise levels are subjective, let me put it this way. I have about 70 of these in a room, and the noise level is absolutely negligible when compared to silence.
Noise levels are objective. You can measure them, and if you like compare the intensities you find negligable to those that others find negligable. Most modern cheap (~$100) sound levels meters are sufficient for this type of use. While you can measure them scientifically, they are subjective to each individual. Which is why I described them compared to silence. The fans come in around 18db at my place.

Breaking the silence in my corner of the universe.... Pure lack of communication makes it a "Free-for-all" on wild FUD.
Alex and Bitcoinorama are not even the same person, and you certainly don't need an ATM to print wallets, but neither of them are even on the customer service team either....
...but yeah Faetos, I had to wait a month for the refund I submitted, which ended up being a swift-code problem. I know you've heard this from several others, so I suggest you check that you submitted an actual SWIFT code along with an account #, and not BIC & routing numbers, or SEPA numbers. I'm betting that's your hold-up...(besides lack of communication on their part)

As it stands now, i see that KnC fell under clouhashing spell and with large datacenters like datorhall or cointerra-supported cloudhashing, the only companies that ostensibly support network diversification are, paradoxically, chinese bitmain and asicminer (will BA deliver on time-who knows?).
As it stands now, i am completely dumbfound how this all came about with KnC. With no electrical, power, time of delivery and anything else on march 17, options are getting narrow.

Weren't they supposed to have those specs this week, at least the live data? They said 15 days or so until they had all that. Maybe I'm off.. Lack of communication, and conflicting information when they do communicate, is in itself self-spread FUD.

FWIW I requested a refund Feb 26, included all details (my bank provided me a printout of all the information required) including SWIFT and ABA codes. I received my refund on March 5th.

So you still have some on order then? I thought you got a refund for all yours? Or did you buy some more?

In 2 Weeks they are officialy in delay. according to their Network protection Statement, where they spelled to start shipping their nextgen devices in march 2014.

At least technical details will be there, but as far as shipping is concerned, they will say something less clear, in my opinion. However, $3599/Th on April 10 from at least one competitor is a huge incentive for KnC to accelerate the rollout. It has to be above 3.66TH/Neptune (batch 1, not CA) at mid April to be competitive before some adjustment for probably 30% lower electrical costs, but adding costs for PSU and cabling.

So you still have some on order then? I thought you got a refund for all yours? Or did you buy some more? Yeah, was true, I refunded two units in one order, and resold 3 ... but I bought one back (smile) wish I hadn't sold the other two now. But I got back the #1 known Neptune order, which is the one I really wanted to keep; and I got lucky in the sense, the owner was thinking on refunding when I emailed him. Sweet.
