*sigh* will this drama ever end.....
Yifu / avalon fiasco
BKKCoins / klondike disapearance
All the issues within all the group buys
just-dice.com whale rape

And now btct.co closing down shop.........

[Rant]
WTF is going on around here we're all trying to have a great time mining and spending bitcoins.  BUT NOOOO we gotta deal with all this shit.  FUCK I wish btc would go back down to $10 again.  Atleast the feds would keep their noses out, scammers would slow down on creating more scams, people would freaking calm down about getting their BTCs back like there is some damn proof of stake on holding them.  And possibly, possibly the difficulty would quit raising so high that you have to invest $500-$600 every few months in mining gear just to keep pace, and even then it seems like a miracle that you even got it, let alone be able to keep it running long enough to pay itself off.  AARRGGGGGGGG
[/Rant]

Sorry this wasn't directed at anybody in particular, especially not Steamboat or BKKCoins....
well maybe Yifu.

Chip refund received. Refund was requested on 9/11.

I got an email earlier this evening that there was a discrepancy with my refund request. I replied with clarification within half an hour. Got an e-mail back just a few minutes later confirming the chip refund. Smiley

Thanks Steamboat!

Chip refund received, had some issue producing a signed message using armory offline wallet (had to edit the code for one of the armory files so the signing function would even work) but after that was sorted I was able to produce the signature block and that signed fine using another armory client to verify. So just a heads up if you're using an armory offline wallet as it's a lot of hassle.

Sent my request on the 13th and received it today, 11 day turn around so no issues there either.

Sent my request on the 12th. Still waiting for refund.

I have not received any confirmation of my request or  notice to clarify anything (just in case of some bad or missing information).

Gotta link to the btct thing Huh I missed that...............

I was gonna say go look at the main website, but it appears to be down now. I don't think its down for good, the update posted on the main page just said that trading had been halted site wide in preparation for the closing.  Website isn't supposed to go down until next month.

I think snare rolls should be used as a currency.

I went looking for a "thatsthejoke.jpg" meme, and realized I'd never actually seen the meme.  Turns out it's from the Simpsons.  Learn something new every day huh.

Anyway,

Given that other buys around the same time period have their chips, I am assuming Steamboat has chips delivered?

For folks who have not refunded, are boards ready?

No status is not acceptable given chips should be in Steamboat's hands as of now...
