It's showing about a 30% drop in the reported hashrate. Maybe my internet connection? I'm in the states.
(tried a reboot on all machines) The estimated reward for the round has dropped about 33% as well.
EDIT: everything's back to normal. NVM

My miners do that every so often. The s3's will drop from 443ghs to 419ghs and the rk-boxes will drop from 480ghs to 440ghs for a few hours then be fine for a few days. I used to reset them but I just let them do their thing now and it's all good.

I've got this msg from Slush

"You have reached the maximum attempt to... your Ip can be blacklisted" when i want to have a look at statistics page, or refresh it.

What did i do wrong^^

I have gotten this message twice in the past couple of days, just for checking stats page once. It has to be an error in the programming. All seems fine. I just closed browser and reloaded.

I always keep coming back to Slush (a noob story).

A few months ago I bought an S1. Brand new to the mining world and didn't know much about it (arguably, still don't). Based on a little research I chose Slush's as my first pool. I wanted to try a few different pools since I was so new and didn't really know how any of them would reward me for my one little S1.

Well, after trying five different pools, Slush's always wins and I alway come back. I think now I'm here to stay.

Admittedly, my experiment is non-scientific, not long enough to get a true sample and I bailed early on some pools, but from my experience, I earn the most with Slush.

With Slush, the time to payout .01 BTC was all over the place --- from 23 hrs to 84 hrs. With the rest it was never lower than 53 hrs --- usually more like 60 hrs and up.

Here's a little chart with the average-per-day earnings as I jumped around to different pools while testing my miner. It is sorted according to earnings per day.

(BTW, my elec is included in rent so it's FREE.)

Saw this message yesterday - so I hate refresh 5 times, in short succession.  To see if I could piss it off.

Cheesy.  Yea.  I agree 100%.  I tobdid that same test between big pools small pools etc etc etc.   I came to one conclusion.

Nobody beats slushs pool.
You can't resist a pool that treats you more than fair.

Half  month ago @ 800gh/s I was getting .002 btc steady.   Now its about .003 - .004 every block at that speed.

With slushs, every time luck goes down for you or bad payouts, wait a few weeks and you will make all of it back.

I keep thinking I need to switch pools, need better or faster pay.     But nope I always end up back inbslushs pool for the win.

I am kind of a noob with this (well not really i started last year and i am starting again) but i dont seam to understand why my shares keep coming down and my estimated reward too, about the reward i could understand, i think that it is based in how much i share to the total, but my shares i dont know, one moment i had 112 shares and when a reload the site i had 22 shares, and the round didnt end so what is happening

in total i have around 283 share right now but the site start counting them when i was around 100... and now the site shows 56 shares

What an awesome ending to an awesome week. 231% reward as of this moment! Couldn't be happier.  Grin

Keep rolling in the BTC! Let's just hope it doesn't keep going down below $400.

Would be nice to have a repeat of like Nov-Jan or w.e when 1 btc was like 1000.   Would be nice to have a repeat of that, or a bit less.

Still was an ending toba fantastic week.

Actually in April the price of Bitcoin was similar to what it is now. Between November through January, it was over $900. Who knows what the future brings.

if you switch them off, sell your HW.  to keep HW that is not being used is even sillier.
