Sounds like an interesting plan.
Do you have any figures to share ?
I've found that on average Slush pays about 10 times what Ghash pay per block.
With a little over 2THs I receive approx $0.60 per block from Ghash.  I get approx $6.00 per block from Slush.
So obliviously Ghash would have to solve 10 times more blocks that Slush for the same payout.
In the recent past Slush has been killing Ghash, but the last weeks or so not so much.
I found this site which shows the historical work of different pools.
http://organofcorti.blogspot.com.au/

Interesting info and it might help if your shopping for different pools..

Remember bigger is not always better.

I've mined at all of the pools above and of course slush. Asking which provides the greatest payout is like asking which is the best store to buy a fast-pick lottery ticket from - other than minor fee variations they're all pretty much the same in the long run, but will vary week-to-week.

/* I have 8 S1s and load balance by pointing 4 to slush and 4 to GHash. Seems a lot easier, but thanks for the info. */

That is definitely easier, I just wanted to figure out how the balancing worked because of the S2 in the middle.
Now I know how to point 8 miners evenly at 3 pools, but there really is not another pool that excites me. I hate
the payouts on Eligius and just never made any money on BTCGuild, so for now will keep the split between Slush
and Ghash.

It all comes down to luck but I do ok on BTCGuild. I myself have mined on various pools but I'll be setting up on Slush as a backup soon.

I have my miners spread thinly over slush and eligius. Ghash confuses me. I like nice old fashioned mining that is plain and simple to use. None of this cloud stuff and swapping for ghs.

gHASH Will convert your mined scrypt coins to Bitcoin automatically if you set it up that way.
Just check the option at the bottom of the multipool page.

A block took well over a less than a week ago. I forget how long it took but I think it went over 30 hours.

After a couple days at Ghash (because of Slush's last bad luck stretch) I thought it was safe to go back to Slush this morning... and once again, murphy's law strikes. Nothing in sight...the silence is deafening.
