The block erupters can be overclocked, yay Cheesy

I don't think they can be overclocked... there is a bug that 'shows' the hash rate as double the value (660 MH/s) - I think in cgminer 3.2 - but the real hash rate is still 330...

I think you're talking about FGPA and he's talking about a block eruptor blade that hashes 10 GH in low mode or 13 GH in high mode.

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Yes I see - although I am talking about the usb erupter asics (330mh/s) and desired is talking about the block erupters (10gh/s). I know what I'd rather have - but I'm still happy with my two little usb Stücks

ouch... new difficulty 15605632  Undecided

And next difficulty is at current stipulated to be about 30 mill..... http://dot-bit.org/tools/nextDifficulty.php

surely that must be way off due to the latest change being today and not having any new figures to calculate from.
Its a shame the path of Bitcoin has gone the way of only being a benefit to the rich, the same way banks do....

Seams like the 30 mill might have been due small sample size after the retargeting. But will be surprised if the next difficulty is below 20mill.
