please add Bitcoin cash mining. More profitable and fees are smaller Why would anyone in there right mind or with any morals want slush pool or any pool to support that pos coin that only supports jihan wu and bitmain??? also what good is it when a lot of exchanges are no going to be supporting it come the end of the year and even have said they ware going to sell off and swap bth for btc if any account holders dont have them moved off and in to there own private wallets come the end date. So in other words its going to be a very hard coin to sell in just a few weeks and also the price will crash when all them coins from all the people who hold them in bitfinex and bitrex all have then automatically sold off all at once.

I'm still debating on switching to slush from kano. I actually have one s9 on both. I cant tell which one would be best Why do you need to go away from kano? Slush is taking 2% fees. Compare it with kano's fee these days. And AFAIK there has been detected a few years ago that Slush's pool was making some strange manipulations with pool's hashrate, so I can't fully trust to Slush's pool now.

If the exchange is favorable, slush could mine bitcoin cash and immediately turn it into bitcoin for us. I wouldn't mind getting a few extra BTCs without having to do anything (similar to namecoin working for us without us having to care about it).

@numnutz2009 https://slushpool.com/news/enjoy-namecoin-merged-mining/"The top right corner has a slide switch that enables showing rewards for all Namecoin blocks interleaved with Bitcoin blocks. Statistics which we provide for Namecoin blocks is pretty much the same as for Bitcoin except values in the "Block Value” column. Let us explain." or https://slushpool.com/stats/blocks/?c=btc&mc=nmc"40169 2017-12-08 13:43 00:48:55 1269293003686 374190 25.01143391 NMC Processing… 98" from just now They're not worth much, 0.00018300 BTC ATM, which is auto converted and paid in BTC and that one is worth ~0.0045 divided by the pool in the normal way etc. Slush you get paid the fee's compaired with antpool. That's ~16ish per block not 12.5 and we had a 22+ block a little while back! It's pretty decent from what i've seen so far (~2 months) Ya ik they arent worth a ton or ne thing like that. I did try finding the slide switch they mention but the only options i see are btc and zec and no nmc. I can view the rewards for nmc but that page doesnt look like its even updating so the reward info for nmc blocks is blank and provides 0 info so im assuming if the system isnt updating the block/reward info it is also not paying out for namecoins mined either. Namecoins are something that i like holdin on to which is y i mined at antpool. If antpool had a system like slush that sold off the namecoins or gave the value of them at that moment to the miners i would have gotten a handful of pennies per coin. Each namecoin is now worth close to $4 based on the coin ticker app i use so thats a big difference in price. Also since they arent worth a ton its not like holding them cost me tens of thousands of dollars like bitcoin does which is why i held them. Low investment costs (next to nothing since they r dual mined) + multi fold increase in price = enough to make me ask antpool and slush where my namecoins r and why blocks arent being updated on the site. Antpool has given me the run around for months now and owes me some coins still. I have only been on slush for a week or so and dont want to get stuck in the same kinda situation. They dont have a support ticket system as far as i can see which bothers me. Maybe im just missing it?? If there truely isnt one how do people contact him for help with issues?? Hes makin bank im sure but what is somethin goes wrong?? Another thing im confused about is the payout times. I thought bitcoin blocks were confirmed after 6 confirmations. Slush uses 100 confirmations which is quite a bit more. Im not sayin its wrong but im not used to that long of a wait to get my payouts....

Do you know on average how much icon your S9 mines daily on each pool? Kanopool had very bad luck in Oct when he tried to push the pool hash rate - more hash rate and less blocks. I'm still debating on switching to slush from kano. I actually have one s9 on both. I cant tell which one would be best

Hi all:
I am new to mining and I just got 2 S9's and I signed up on Slush pool and I got one of them to work for like two minutes, after that it went offline and will not get back online again. The other one never even got online once, what to do?

Hey, you must be another's pool owner, right? :-D Again, specially for you. I changed logic, which means, that new payments will be cleared in way described above. There is still unconfirmed 200 BTC earned with old accounting system, so few people have to wait. (I have no data to send old payments "in order" with new clearing system) You are inside. You Must Wait. Sorry. I will not send payment specially for you. By the way, I even don't know which nick in pool is yours. Stop spamming here, enjoy it in your thread.

Is it only me, or have payouts been halted on Slush? I am way past my threshold, for more than 10 hours...
The Pool is supposed to check and send out payments automatically every hour.....

That happened to me a couple weeks ago, just send support an email and they take care of it quickly. I think I emailed them and then it moved an hour later or something like that.

I'm over my threshold too. I had that happen a few days ago, I simply set the threshold to be .00000001 lower than my current threshold....payment went out almost immediately.

ha! it did work, went out instantly...! i suppose one has to 'tickle' the pool once in a while... thanks a lot!! Hmm. That trick did not work for me. I guess it is delayed because slush can not move our payout money from cold to hot storage for a descent fee due to extreme congestion. (Because following remark is on their help page:) Delay in Payout. For security reason pool uses two wallets – Hot and Cold.
The funds immediately available for payouts are kept in a Hot wallet. This wallet has quite a low balance for security reasons and when it becomes empty, the pool administrator has to load it from the cold storage – a highly secured offline computer keeping pool's bitcoins. Since this process can not be automated and only very limited number of people has access to the cold wallet, it can introduce a few hours delay in sending bitcoins to user's wallet.

Anyone else have hash rate drop off on Slush? A few times a day I get a hash rate of like 6.xx for an S9. It is running fine according to the local interface around 13.8. But for 10-20 minutes a few times each days it drops down. This happens to multiple S9's at the same time. but not all by the same drop off, some are 10, some are 6, I have seen one go down to 4. And each time when I check the local web page the miner is at 13++ I want to check if it is my network, ISP or something with Slush.

I've seen others report the same thing about Slush. Without having the pool ops here, I'm not sure how you can know what it is, short of having a bandwidth monitoring tool with logging, or perhaps having some miners pointed to another pool to see if it happens at both pools at the same time. M

M I tried that with ViaBTC and it was a bad few hours. Miners on both pools were running 13+ local but on pools were very low. Gave up and put them all back on Sluh and it leveled out at 13+/ea. It doesn't seem to cause any big problems with rewards as it only happens for short periods
