Let's talk about the content guys, being unable to use Google Apps doesn't change anything to us.

hm. they have some hours left to reach their goal to deliver by 31 Dec but the chance is very small in my case. but we will see. my decision is final. request a refund in BTC.

Hopefully Hashfast's customers won't want to scam each other, so the fears of that may be overblown.

It's far from overblown IMHO. Do you know how easy is to compose an email with a GIF inside with link to a server which will log that email's IP address at the very moment you open that email to read it?

I said hopefully.  And if you haven't turned off autoloading images in your e-mail yet (I did years ago), then I guess now is the time to do it!

Making lemonade out of lemons, the upside is in organizing the batch one customers.  You think Hashfast is feeling pressure now?  What if they got a letter about the MPP signed by a very large number of their customers?

Can someone with the email verify if it is CAN-SPAM complaint?

SCAN-SPAM is a non-issue.  The email isn't considered promotional or advertising.  It was fall into the "transactional or relationship" exemption anyways.

Incredible.
They basically admit they won't deliver before the deadline.

I can't see any benefit from this communication, even from a scammer standpoint.
Any insight?

A member of the forum, with high community trust, should be tasked with assembling the e-mail addresses and creating a blinded forum (not here, maybe its own web interface) where B1 customers can listserv one another to discuss delivery and MPP issues.  Of course, opt-out should be offered.  Or, have an opt-in at the beginning.

It will scare Hashfast shitless, but it will also enable us to constructively and collectively engage with Eduardo and Company.  I believe that they should pay for their lies about October, but I don't want to put them out of business and don't want to file a lawsuit unless all other options are exhausted.

Get some like-minded people together, who could flex some muscle if they represented a goodly portion of the B1 customer base.

You must have missed the last days, you answered to the evolution of Icebreaker.

Cedivad's lawyer is popping champagne corks.
Mine says that 1) we are better if a small group of trusted people 2) there can't be any class action against them, so every case will have to be followed individually, and if you have 1 unit it could be useless.

However, there are some other people around other than me that will find that list useful to organise an action against HF. (god bless them).

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

They are provoking people to ask for a refund. Then they'll refund the BTC amount calculated according to the US$ value of the machine. Resell each refunded machine immediately, this time without the burden of MPP. Multiple gains for ScamFast.

I sent out an email for T-Z warning them.

If you're using gmail you can scroll over the different email addresses to get their names, where they work, and the rest of their public google+ information.

This is just getting more and more amazing every day.

Ask your lawyer if we could sue them for our original bitcoins + lawyer's fees. If lawyer's fees could be included then even 1 unit customers would get a benefit from it. Once a single case is won they'll have to submit and just pay out or waste tons of their own money in court fighting battles they know they're going to lose. It should only take 1 win to get settlements in each subsequent case.

Agreed.  But, even better, especially for the smaller fish like me:  Organize and engage them collectively - at least initially outside the legal system.  If they get communication from an organized group representing 20, 30, 40% or more of their B1 customer base, they have to pay attention.

I'm starting to think that they're not doing this intentionally. We're entering Mr. Bean territory. No one can intentionally fail this bad. They saw BFL and thought.... DOUBLE IT!

Whenever i enter a hashfast thread i envision the circus music playing.

fubly;
delete your post, I get what you are trying to do but it is not really cool to post 92 personal emails regardless of the blur.
I think your point is that this email was sent to all the customers not just the 300 or so (remember someone bought 200 of the 550 units) Batch I purchasers.
Yes, I think we can all agree that is the case without you posting the picture.

This could be de castro master evil plan, but what happens on the other side? You accept to have lost 75% of what you paid due to people like him?

Anyway publishing those emails, willed or not, was genius.

If they do that they'd be breaking their own terms with Batch 1 customers. BTC amount calculated according to US$ value is not going to cut it. I and other batch 1 customers want their original btc amount. Anything less would be theft! The miners were paid for in btc expecting to mine btc and failure to deliver product as promised on time does not constitute grounds for giving us back 80% of what we gave them!

I know for sure that I paid directly to their btc wallet and did not use bitpay or any payment processor. I have the e-mails to prove it, so, I'm just saying. This shit is not going to cut it
