Based on my experience I am also unemployed before. Even if you have been educated and have completed a good course with diploma it is not easy to find a job because in our country, it is one of the big problems facing the country's lack of employment. First of all, I am glad to see a new project that deals about services. I like the way new projects innovate the form of services. I think one vital factor that this project paced amazon and ebay is the use of blockchain technology, browse this article. The article simply discussed the advantages of blockchain technology in the big marketplaces such as amazon and ebay.

Bidium is a decentralized platform wherein the clients have an assurance that their money will not fly. Aside from that, Bidium platform wanted to solve the following:
1. Lack of transparency in skill evaluation- The idea of decentralized bidding platform is to improve transparency and make online bidding for goods and services more competitive.
The set of vendors are assessed and pre-qualified by the operators. The technical and commercial that usually submitted by vendors are evaluated by operators. This only shows how good are the products and services offered by the vendors because they are filtered by bidding.
2.  Poor customer support- a lot of online marketplace who can't provide a better services. One factor affects the marketing is poor customer support wherein the accusation of the clients can't solve, compensate and response immediately.
3. Longer Transaction time- this is always the problem of online shop, transactions are delayed because a lot of things needed such as KYC or any identification plus slow transaction process.
4. Probability of false transaction- Another problem that affects marketplace is the inability to do business from any part of the world regardless of your physical location. Another thing I wouldn't like in online marketplace is the reliability of products. Imagine there are products I bought that are rejected or expired.

I don't really see the need for the bidding site since there are a lot of online marketplaces existing everywhere, and they offer COD. They didn't provide references with regards to those problems. I see the others as problems that would be solved just by implementing a service on blockchain but customer support? There is no mention on how they will be addressing that in the wp, which part of the funds will go to customer support? How will they provide better customer support?

There are charges. The freelance platform will charge employers and freelancers. They expect advertising revenues and for the bidding, there will be trading fees. There is no mention of the word core in the wp.

This is not a new platform, this is just another exchange in the community, but lets see.
This one wanna make some noise all over the cryptoworld and what i can see on their website is better than others.
This will be a coinbase + bittrex + binance i think or even better.

I hope they can use best U.I in their exchange platform, I reviewed their website and looks like the advisory board are very serious on their project. Looks like we are going to have next exchange in the cryptoworld hope we can get 100,000 users from CRypto community.

If only they planned to create their own core and also have focused on creating or branding themselves as another crypto currency exchange platform, it would have been clearer and much better. Bidding for tokens/coins? Yes it's an exchange but it might be extremely inconvenient. The freelance platform and app I think would be easy to develop but the bidding platform? They should have studied more about competitors and how they can make online bidding better.

I second this notion, companies nowadays should value the relationship between consumer and provider. This would help for customers to appreciate more of the company and its offers and would make a better look for the company. But seriously though, this project really has so much more in to it rather than just simple bold words or statements like "the best service around" because clearly, the team are very serious in proving their claims. They seem to be very active in the community which is what I like. I hope this never changes because this can really make the difference between being successful or being one of the many ICO projects that have failed in the past.
