That is ridiculous. You should move all your crypto out to another exchange and withdraw FIAT from there. Never return to HitBTC again because of the over-inflated fees they want to charge you.

Already did. A huge fee doesn't make it scam.

I've been using HitBTC for a while and haven't faced any issue... yet. Deposits are smooth, withdrawals are smooth, and trading is smooth. A huge fee is a different story, we can't refer to it as "scam".

buyed ICX on HiTBTC but after moving it to main wallet i regonized that withdrawel is not availble. And now the joke - moving back to trading wallet is also not possible and offline. and this since weeks!
Support cant help i get only a standard reply. HitBTC not a scam ? Iam not sure

I think you're not reading their announcement very well that showed at the top on your account.
Almost 2 years using that exchange but I never experienced the same as yours.

I read there announcement but the swap from September 25th to October 25th. now we have december and all other exchanges it is working.
also it should be good if they let me transfer back to trading wallet so that i can trade ICX to other currency, but this is also not possibile. why is it possible to trade and move from trading to main wallet? makes no sense

People do easily proclaimed that the service is entirely scam when they experience problems but the fact that they are the one's reason why they faced up such problem.

Since the 08th of November the withdrawal of Tezos Coins (XTZ) has not been possible. Is there any information until when the withdrawal problems will be fixed? I do not like to leave my coins in the wallet and I do not want to exchange them and withdraw in another coin as some here has already proposed for other withdrawal issues.

now it is possible to transfer XTZ to the trading wallet. i sold them and was able to withdraw the BTC.
i will never use this exchange again.

Before arbitraging is a good way of earning quick profit. That was before when bitcoin transactions are around 10k sat to 20k sat. Now it is higher and altcoins too. HitBTC probably got the worst withdrawal fees on altcoins.

I've tested the mobile application (as a tester) of HitBTC (it's not public yet), and they've done a decent job in developing it. The only thing which I hated the most in it is the accessibility of the account through API keys instead of username/password. Other than API login, everything looks perfect.

I compared the transaction fee of some exchanges like bittrex, kucoin to Hitbtc and I consider that of hitbtc terribly ridiculous high, some in the tune of 13x. More of an extortion with fake volume. Most of the orders are also fake and the prices are low, there is no reason to ever use the exchange if one has alternative. Have read it everywhere but didnt believe until I checked myself. They really need to review this if they want more users.

Huge taxes and frequent Delistings of small coins without prior notifications.
If a coin had no other exchange all your investment is lost after delisting. 
What is the point of trading of a small coin here if you suddenly can lost all your money at any second ?
