Yup, a couple of my widgets on my phone are freaking out but I can make it to the site on a computer just really slow. Apparently still mining so I'm happy.

Yes, we have some problems at this moment, I'm checking it.

UPDATE: Problem identified, working on the solution. Website may be slow/unresponsive, but mining may still work.

UPDATE2: Site should work now.

Pool may be unavailable for ~15 minutes due to router firmware update at our datacenter.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am now receiving this message and auto payments are not working either
Pool's hot wallet was waiting for refill at that moment.
This situation happened a couple of times recently possibly due to USD/BTC rate increase.

Deepbit, do you plan to devel your pool more to capture more users. No offense but it seems on the decline. Time to innovate?
Stratum implemented yet? New web interface for users? Lower pps fee? Other?

Just curious. Thanks.

I made a major mistake and withdrew bitcoins from my deepbit to the wrong address. I have contacted the person who received the coins. When they return them will they go back to deepbit? Is the send address on my deepbit account unique so it's obvious whose account they came from?

if they're returning them to the address they were sent from, they'd go back to 1VayNert3x1KzbpzMGt2qdqrAThiRovi8 which is deepbit's universal address and is not unique to you or your account

You may want to PM [Tycho] and Deepbit an email the pool about this too in case they missed these thread posts.

Is deepbit down?

My miners are getting tons of invalids (10%) on deepbit and my 7970 with Diablo complains:

[2/24/13 1:41:50 PM] ERROR: Cannot connect to www.deepbit.net: Bitcoin returned
error message: Deepbit.lib.InfoException: You are reconnecting to long poll too
fast

Something is amiss...

I have been getting this message for a while now.  Switched pools as I am only showing about 1/2 my max hash rate on deepbit.  Did deepbit abandon getwork and move to stratum?  When I moved to another pool they just warned me to switch to stratum - but they are still accepting getwork until I update.  Will update next week.  Is this just another DDOS attack?  What is up?

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

Perhaps a hardware issue is causing the "long poll too fast" message?
