What the hell.. just ordered one.
Now for pwr supply hunting.

Took the plunge eh?

Soon enough everyone will afford an S1. Does anyone have a link to an undervolt guide preferably without pencil mod? Or you just have to edit the config files and change the frequency?

so windpath I pointed an s-1 at you

http://162.242.245.151/

your node has about 1 .4th  and 1/7th of it  is mine.

we have about 1/44,000 of the network.

since there are 1212 blocks until the next diff jump we have about a 1 in 36  or 1 in 37 chance in a block before the next jump.

so lets say it happens you stay at 1.4th I am 1/7th of that.  you are honest and pay the block .

I would get 1/7 of 25 coins or about 3.57 coins.  So here is to you being honest and all of us being lucky.

Thanks!

The more the merrier.

So my P2Pool node is at 1.4 TH/s now, also in the stats you will see the total P2Pool hash rate which is currently 798.23 TH/s, that's our "pool speed". All P2Pool nodes work together as a distributed network, if any node solves a block all those with accepted shares are paid.

Your projected payout based on your shares is shown under the "active miners on this node" section, it is much lower than 3.57 coins because you are participating with the entire P2Pool network, not just my node.. That also means we will find blocks much faster Smiley

You have no need to trust me Wink P2Pool pays you your accepted shares directly from the generated coins AS SOON AS we find a block, I never touch them (and could not if I wanted to) take a look at my mining address and you will see what I mean: https://blockchain.info/address/19vXrwKGUhK4cCU8tA4kWZgbChcmh9a6qj

P2Pool will have a higher variance then a "standard" pool, however over time it will balance out, some days will be higher, some lower.

I'll be working on the front-end this week adding  some new stats.

@windpath - you gave me something to try! I set up my own internal p2pool for playing purposes Smiley

Yours looks good, what interface you using for p2pool?

Thanks,

Its a custom front end, I also kept 3 of the more well known front ends up in case anyone mining wants to use them:

Original: http://162.242.245.151:9332/static/original/
Extended: http://162.242.245.151:9332/static/extended/
Node Status: http://162.242.245.151:9332/static/node-status/

And of course, our custom version: http://162.242.245.151

Also, Go Bitmain Go! Delivering a day early Smiley

Yup.. ordered Corsair CM750 last night too. Just in case I order another Ant. Should work out.
This will get me to around 450 GH/s total. I'll probably wait until I receive this one before I order another one. I wonder how long they will be available?

maybe seems that way.  My orders were in march and april.  got 4 coupons.  I now used all 4 coupons.  I am thinking the 4 purchased with the coupons will not earn more coupons.

He did send me some s-2 coupons  I never ordered an s-2 .  But right now they are a bit too high for me to buy.

  you must

1) alter the resistor in a physical manner (pencil mod or solder new resistors)

 2) set freq lower.

think back to mining on a locked gpu  you could never lower the voltage so the cards ate power and ran hot.

a good gpu underclocked in volts made the mining more efficient ..

2 gpus at 330 watts total could do 1gh   if you under volted

same 2 would burn 450 watts and do 1.1 gh if left alone.

sry maybe a noob question here but whats the point of going through with your coupons? isnt it much simpler to just order via their website and pay them directly?

Production cost is already "PAID for" ...with pre-mining ...IMHO
@ AntPool... http://stratum.antpool.com ( :3333 ) ...
...fail back to BTCGuild @ 50.31.149.57:3333...

Check your S1 upon arrival...

The shipping cost I'll leave to you... Grin

Cheers,

Hi,

Ordered another S1 last night, and it's showing as 'unpaid' even though the transaction definately went through.
I remember seeing similar threads regarding this issue in the past, anyone know how long this takes to sort out?

They can see your order. Even is unpaid they still can see it and they will ship your miner.

The best thing after making payment is to post Tx of transaction here. They checking this thread.
No more than 5 days and you have miners in hand.

No worries we all been there.
