What would you advise me? I have several hundred LTC and I do not know what to do with them. Will lift you LTC to keep it or to exchange it for DARK? Thanks!
Do you really need advice? GetintotheDRK before LTC drops anymore You will be onboard when we wave bye to LTC in the rear view mirror. You even have a direct LTC/DRK market in CEX.IO. Time to switch horses. Welcome!

Dear Darkcoin community, We have recently redefined our strategy and in order to improve our service experience. We want to focus on building fewer but more suistanable markets with mature coins which hopefully offer long-term value for investors and reduce risks for our traders. Currently we are looking for traders on our Darkcoin market and hope some people might be interested in bringing some liquidity to SWISSCEX. Especially long-term holders might be interested to leave some coins in the order book. Soon we will celebrate our first anniversary, what makes us one of the older exchanges out there. We warmly invite you to have a look at our DRK/BTC market. If you have any questions regarding our exchange, please let us know. Best regards, Kevin Co-Founder

Wow, I didn't expect everyone to love it, as I know Bitcoin Rush is a strong personality, but this was a bit worse of a reaction than I expected. Everyone agrees, though, that Evan was great, so that's good. I hope more of you will post your honest reactions. I'd like to get a good idea of where we went wrong. I thought it went according to plan, that BTC Rush was presented with all of his personality, etc... just as he normally is, only better, IMO. I'll say this, if you didn't know who he is, and what he does, it can be.... er... weird, LOL. But his friendly, enthusiasticly, quirky presentation style is his biggest asset IMO. Gosh, I'm overwhelmed with the negativity. I thought it was a great show! A controversial choice in host, I can agree, but I think we hit the nail on the head with execution. Well, I guess we'll have to see if this plays out well, and spreads the word?? You guys clearly put a lot of effort into this and that shows, it's just the bitcoin rush guy is not charismatic at all, he distracts from a simple message which Evan can clearly deliver on his own. Evan has a nice natural charisma and when he says something he comes across as sincere while the other bitcoin rush guy I can barely listen to what he has to say because he's so off-putting in his delivery. I know Evan can't necessarily go face to face for an interview but most tech personalities come off better. Anyways, I got through the video just cause I like Evan. I don’t say too much so hopefully I don’t come across as the guy that only posts and moans. But… I feel we as a community we are letting Evan and the other hard working devs down. The only saving grace is Bitcoin rush did ask some good questions and Evan (as always) comes across well, but it will soon be forgotten about as nobody wants to sit through a 20min video except drk users and perhaps if we are lucky nerds in general. The whole thing screamed amateur, which is obviously a shame because Evan and the dev team are doing some of the most interesting things on BCT. I understand we all want to "help", but when you are clearly out of your depth you are hurting rather than helping. I didn't want to donate to the Bitcoin Rush episode (for many reasons that I wont go into here), but would be willing to donate to a professionally made animated video. I believe it would be more likely to be shared/viewed/go viral than what we currently have. I've made suggestions previously but as I'm not a member of the drk inner circle, I didn’t want to over step any boundaries. I feel I have a good eye for this kind of thing, if I was able to talk with people...i would be more than happy to. I have found lots of very talented people on behance (many have done animations for IBM and Samsung to Bitcoin and Vertcoin). I don’t know how much these people will cost, but if we have a product that we believe to be world class perhaps we should look to market that accordingly. Is this something that would interest the community if we got enough donations?

Its a great point that you ask yourself just on time, DRK has far more potential, LTC is on its way down, if you have any friends that are in the same position tell them to do the same right thing

I don't really think going viral is an option (the things that we love are extremely boring for most people ), but it would be super useful to help explaining things. The problem with this project is that everybody has an opinion and trying to do things by consensus is impossible. If you know people who can do it, I would encourage you to organize it. Ask for help and for donations, make decisions and finish it. People will criticize your result, it doesn't matter how great it is. Don't worry about that, it is human nature. You will have done something useful for Darkcoin and you'll also learn a ton along the way. If someone else wants to do another video, that will also be great. We don't need one video, we need hundreds!

What I was trying to say, I've seen bitcoin videos being posted on all crypto blogs and also on larger news sites...I feel a darkcoin video made in a similar fashion would likely get the same treatmeant. The bitcoin rush video wont be used by any of the larger publishers (perhaps it was never intended too?). Im not sure if you are part of the darkcoin team, if not, I will wait till I get a nod before doing anything. Thanks for replying and giving me your opinion.

I agree that anything would be more viral than what we (don't) have now I'm sorry if my previous sounded too harsh, that was not my intention. I'm part of the darkcoin team, you can count with me for any support you need if you finally go ahead with this... except if you go totally crazy with the video, in which case I will not help You can pm me here or at darkcointalk (same username) or send me an email to fernando@darkcoin.io

I've posted on DCT, Kai was looking into this...not sure how far he has got. This is next one isnt directed at you in particular Fernando (but feel free to join in). In your opinion, what are the key subjects which you feel must be discussed in a promo video? Overview What is Dark (Privacy and why it matters?) Features Darksend (and what it fixes in Bitcoin?) Instantx (again what it fixes in Bitcoin?) Masternode network (providing security/privacy/anonymity?) I think our focus should be on security/privacy...much like how Tor is being marketed to users. Tor infographic: https://imgur.com/gallery/re4asSwAm I missing anything that should be included, perhaps one of the technical guys could throw in their opinion (nothing worse than having all the gear, but no idea)

But it is not faster than paywave. Darkcoin NFC, powered by InstantX and Darksend would be the fastest, most convenient and private way to pay. Not only that, it would be in a financial category all of its own. You can't talk about the sum of the parts as being optional extras, in the same way that you can't just talk about a sports car's engine. The sum of the whole first, then the parts that make that whole what it is.

FYI Martin Armstrong is a God in the technical econo-analysis world. He created an amazing econometric model at Princeton Economics, so amazing, precise and accurate that the CIA wanted it but he wouldn't hand it over so they threw him in prison. He sent out updates to his model from prison during the 2008 financial crisis and was still totally accurate and was released a couple years ago and started that website. IMO, for those of us deep in the investment world, this is an awesome bit of attention. JL
