Starting an ICO without whitepaper doesn't make sense. Investors support the project and no whitepaper = no project. If you are referring to early stage project then it's allowed the absence of the whitepaper.

For me white paper is concept ( basic & development program ) and ICO with out that is scam. White paper is like guide to built ICO become successful project and with out guide, how they can built the project?. I already have experience ICO with out white paper it's 100% scan. Don't join it and leave it fast, trust me.

in my mind, it is very necessary because many investors always read and trust the white paper. For me reading the white paper is,
a prime requirement for investment selection. So White Book is a must and it is necessary to understand their project, then only us can invest it.

That is interesting, an ico without a whitepaper. I think that ico would not likely to succeed and is bound to fail. Investors these days seems to not easily trust ico lately. So an ico with no whitepaper will not attract any investors and is considered and easily judge as a scam ico even if its not. Whitepaper is a must in ico.

Well we cant really be sure if an ICO without a whitepaper is a scam but as an investor and bounty hunter, Imma dodge from it because I dont want to gamble in an ICO that are suspicious and no platform at all. So I must say, just stay out of this kind of ICO.

I also do not know the real how, but for me if there is ico who without having a whitepaper of course it is a scam. it's very clear, that whitepaper explains all the information about the ico .. if it does not exist then we do not have any references, so it's very visible that fraud.

I think that's a sign of fraud. The whitepaper is very important to the ICO. We need to know it to better understand the project and its operators. Without it, we seem to be working with kids. Therefore, I encourage you not to invest or participate in any of the activities of that ICO project.

project like that wont have a future plan, and almost of that ico is a scammy thing. whitepaper is important in every project introduce to the community because it helps to someone who planning to invest or a wanting to join to their team, and also hunters are looking for those documents.
