I think ICOs should provide whitepaper for investor guidance. Whipaper needed for investor because project should be have roadmap and goal in near future. Its reflecting what purpose coin created

Of course it's a 100% scam, there are lots of bounty projects that is having a great whitepaper but at the end it's still turns to scam, how much more of a bounty project without a whitepaper? Almost all bounty hunters and investors are finding a good bounty with having a high potential whitepaper, because it's a good factor of a reliable project and we all know that.

We can not say it's scam just because it doesn't have a whitepaper. But if you want to invest in it, you have to be careful. It seems their project doesn't have any seriousness. Actually, I have never seen an ICO without a whitepaper, can you show me that?

   It`s really funny question. Whitepaper is fundamental for every ICO, without it you don`t know who they are, what they are doing,
what plans they have, and what`s more important than that?
   Project without whitepaper is scam project. Nobody normal would invest in ICO that doesn`t have whitepaper, roadmap, public info
about their team. Investing in such project is not waste of time, it`s throwing money away into air.
   Never invest in something you don`t know nothing about. Whitepaper should give you all informations you need, but don`t trust in
them blindly, use some methods to check how valid informations are in whitepaper, only than invest in project.

I do not think that this will be a good idea, because in the white paper the whole spectrum of the work of your project should be painted. If you think that your project does not need this, then try it, but I do not think that people will understand how your project will work.

Ico without whitepaper is a no go for me, how can you trust someone else with your money when you don't know what they will do with your money and they can't explain what their plans are. Whitepaper is one of the most important factor to decide whether to invest or not so if they have no whitepaper then i won't look at the project.

This days with the amount of revolution happening in icos processes, I won't buy into any project with a viable white paper. That could happen last year not this year.

Whitepaper is the most important part in launching a project. It holds all the information and plans about it. It serves as the bridge between the team and the investors. To think that having an ICO without whitepaper is a huge scam and it would be a great loss of you particiate in that act.

Well for me, it is also like a scam if the ICO doesn't have any whitepaper because without it that ICO doesn't have enough information about it and more likely the investors will have a doubt to invest with it. Transparency is really important to any ICO so that investors will know if that ICO is really legitimate or not that is why whitepaper has a very important role.

ICO without Whitepaper is very risky to follow. Because it is very susceptible to fraud when ICO is done. It could be the funds will be carried away after getting some funds collected from the sale. Although there is also a whitepaper will also end up like that. Better avoid ICOs that do not have complete information to avoid a scam.

Well I won't fully say that such an ICO without a whitepaper is a scam or not. Any ICO that cannot present a standard whitepaper or do not have a decent website is not a no go area for me. Because if we have to think of it very well, what is stopping the team from preparing such since they are fully aware of how important that would be to their investors. Just leave it and check for another Solid Project that has all the requirements any investor would like to have before investing.

I agree with that. Altough if the ICO aren't SCAM, that projet will not be success because of many people will doubt to invest in that ICO. Also I think that no more ICO without Whitepaper, even the scam one make their fake Whitepaper or just copying.
