Not sure why but everytime I start it I get this:

Tried with this:

sgminer -k myriadcoin-groestl -o stablehash.com:4500 -u xxxxxx.xxx -p x -I 19 -g 4 -w 64

and this:

sgminer -k darkcoin -I 18 -g 2 -w 256 -o stratum+tcp://pool.darkcoin.io:3333 -u xxxxxx.xxx -p x
what cards do you have?

I've seen this mentioned a couple times in the thread and i'm seeing it as well...  Just wondering if the numbers are legit or not

3 different ati cards in 1 rig. a 5870, 6970 and a 7970.  When running groestl for myr i'm seeing 12.3mh on the 7970, 12.7mh on the 5870 and
a whopping 15.11mh on the 6970.  This is solomining with the waller conf properly set to groestl.

I was going to sign up for the one pool listed for myr/groestl to check and see if shares are actually getting accepted but they have it posted
that shares don't report correctly...  so...   thoughts?
I run several 7850 at 6-6.5mh on groestl. Your 5870 and 6970 hasrates look too good to be true Smiley
That was my thought as well.  I let it crank overnight and it came back with a fair number of blocks.  So, i guess it's actually working..
It could be sgminer reporting wrong hasrate. However if this is true hasrate then wow, older GPUs are better at groestl!
Perhaps groestl kernel is not properly optimized for 7x radeons yet.

Yes.

thank you, you are a gentleman and a scholar.

edit: does anyone know what the hash ratio is per algo explicitly ?
from what I tested it's 1 to 300 on scrypt to skein ration
what about scrypt to qubit or scrypt groestl ?

nope

Why are all pools rejecting shares with "share above target" when they were working fine for the past week or so?

Doesn't matter which pool or coin/algo.

I could use some help with my 280X config. Currently getting only a little over 1.7 MH/s per card.

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
sgminer -k quarkcoin -o p2pool.altcryptomining.com:10456 -u walletaddress -p x --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 11200 -g 2 -I 13 -w 256 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 30-75 --temp-cutoff 90 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-target 72 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-powertune -20 --no-submit-stale

I tried with thread concurrency 8192 and gpu engine 1100 but i didn't see a big difference.

edit

with -g 1 and -I 15 i get over 2MH/s

Try this on 280x. Im getting 2.2MH/s

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx DISPLAY 0
sgminer.exe --kernel darkcoin -o stratum+tcp://drk.coinmine.pl:6090 -u xxx -p xxx -I 20 -g 2 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 --shaders 2048 --gpu-engine 1150 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-powertune 20

Donations Appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, did anyone started FZ mining with sph-sgminer?
Here is my .bat for 280x

set GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
set GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=0
sgminer -k quarkcoin -o http://fz2.mine-pool.net:9372 -u wltadress -p X -I 16 -g 4 -w 64 --auto-fan --temp-target 70 --thread-concurrency 8192 --no-submit-stale

Have accepted, but getting a lot of HWs, what did I do wrong?
Tried different -I parameter, doesn't help

add +1 to your wallet address to get higher diff, if that doesn't increase the diff enough the pool probably hasn't been patched to allow gpu miners
the HW errors are because you are trying to process too many small shares

http://s28.postimg.org/y07vv30p5/Untitled_1.jpg

I have this problem as well, ever since yesterday afternoon that it's impossible to mine on MPOS pools.

Anyone know why this is happening or came about to a solution to the problem?

only answers I know of is setting up your own pool or p2pool and changing the settings to allow higher different
either that or solo mining

and on that note...
can someone tell me what to change on p2pool setup to increase the allowable diff?
