For me this is good so the PBA will wake up that they are not offering a competitive salary, if all our good players will play abroad then PBA would become boring, Kiefer should go for the benefit of the league. 

This is also good for the other aspiring new PBA players, if someone like Kiefer will come out and will take offers abroad, this will open opportunity for the other players that are waiting to be drafted.

For me, the only downside here is the quality of PBA will decline because the best players are getting good offers abroad and for the sake of money they'll grab it. Let's take it for example, JMF, if he gets an equivalent of at least 1 million pesos monthly salary playing abroad, I think he will grab it if he choose money over the love of the league, these are just possibilities so it could happen.

It's not only about the offer but also the exposure that they'll get. They might get better offers after they take those opportunities from different countries that are also scouting good players. They use that opportunity to get a better offer that they can work on which is what most of the PBA players are dreaming of. Not just also about the high salary but the benefits for sure are better than what PBA can offer.

The only way to address this is to increase the salary of the PBA players especially the superstars. At the end of the day, it's just like an "employer/employee" relationship and if an employee is looking for a greener pasture, the employer can't stop him for trying to improve his lifer for a better opportunity.

He is now reunited with his old coach and he is in a team that has a chance to be in playoffs or even in a championship stage. I like this move, I thought Trollano's talent will just end up with the Blackwater which is not a good team.

In reality, only a few good players here are offered to play abroad so I think the quality of PBA won't be decline. Besides, the process isn't easy as there are also players from other countries who are receiving offers. There's competition regarding import players.

It's a gamble for a player whether he wants to target to play abroad or to be drafted in PBA as they will be under contract for years. They must choose wisely so there will be no wasted years.

And just a reference to your example, Fajardo claimed way back in 2018 that he's still not receiving any offer to play abroad yet since he is shown being interested in 2016. Not sure though the following years.

He is consistently improving throughout the years. From being a triple-double player years ago from a good defender and now he is improving in threes and in fact he made a buzzer beater in the Bubble last November of last year. He deserves this max contract.

Ginebra's roster in general is already considered a championship contender and even without Slaughter, they managed to get a championship last year. Now that they got CStan in their roster, their roster are way better than the other teams or even SMB team (at least for me). CStan, Aguilar, Devance/Thompson, Tenorio and Pringle as their starting line-up . Can anybody match this line-up?

I guess he is not a triple double kind of player, he is more consistent with double double as he can make at least 10 rebounds per game if he wants to. Thompson from his rookie yet up to now has never failed to amaze us, and what I like about him is he is very humble.

I saw some of his videos  and it seems that he's really taking care of his health, and likewise he might getting advice from his teammates in how he can stay in shape.
