The problem is not him but those stars Ginebra have, not sure why Aguilar is not performing the way he used to be and the struggles of Pringle and Thompson, it seems that C.Stan is not the player that they wanted to jive and blend for the game; they are all trying to manage the ball and the rotation is really affected.

Ginebra's system is no longer showing well. They are executing the same over and over, but the outcome is not favoring them. They still have the chance, but it's slimmer now if they are chasing for another bubble title.

That current system takes BGSM to the championship last season. There's no need to change it just because of one player. Would be better to get rid of a thing that destroys that effective system. Limit CStand's playing time and make it balance even he's on a good or worst performance on that night. Although it's too late to do that now so better revamp it next conference either trade CStand or trust the process that soon he will finally create a good blend for his teammates.

Changing the system for the sake of CStand is already a spoiled brat giving him always the spoon. CStand should do the adjustment, not the whole team.

I think the problem starts when CStand demands more playing time as he's used on that on his former team. A newcomer then will request like that instead of letting Coach Tim Cone do his usual rotation, it might be something not acceptable to his teammates especially at those who are in BGSM for long but didn't getting enough playing time.

I think he will be a valuable player for the team, it's not surprising because he is a former NCAA MVP and sure he can shoot. The most important here is that he is lucky to be playing with the NLEX which has a coach that allows all his players to shoot 3s even their big man actually, so this happens and he really showed up.

This is just the beginning, we can expect more from him although he will become a marked man soon.
