The schedule is already out, you can see on their website, https://pba.ph/.. we have two games tomorrow.

first game is NLEX vs BOLTS at 3 pm
second game is Ginebra vs TNT at 6pm

I'm betting on the TNT to win here.

I guess the line says that TNT would easily win this game.

I'm not sure what happen but TNT is currently -7.5 against the Ginebra, is this line correct or Ginebra really is not doing well against a good team like TNT. For those who still believe that Ginebra has a chance to upset the TNT, the moneyline odds is very attractive, at 3.70 now with boost.

I'm not sure what happen but TNT is currently -7.5 against the Ginebra, is this line correct or Ginebra really is not doing well against a good team like TNT. For those who still believe that Ginebra has a chance to upset the TNT, the moneyline odds is very attractive, at 3.70 now with boost.

I'm confident that the TNT is too much for an undermanned Ginebra Kings. I remember that Kings lost by double-digit prior to their win against the Phoenix Fuelmasters, so I think we will again see them struggle in this game that the TNT has a lot of scorers and their defense has also improved.

Exactly, Ginebra will never win a championship this time without Japeth and Thompson, these two are the most consistent when it comes to defense and they are not here to protect the shooters of the TNT guards. Castro, William, and Pogoy will continue to attack them as they know the Gins lacks defense so it's easier for the TNT to crack them down.

Not an impressive average but the impact on the floor is very impressive, and it's understandable since SMB has a lot of scorers who is willing to drop huge points every game. They have Romeo who is very consistent (might make more when he comes back from injury), and now they also have Cabagnot who just returned from injury, this SMB is a scary team, they are undoubtedly the best team now.

On paper, they are the best team in the PBA right now and all the pieces in the puzzle have taken their place just right on time before the semis begin. Terrence Romeo will be entering the bubble and he will be a big help on their quest for the championship this season. CJ Perez will just be a backup in case one of the starters would be having an off night, he should be used to it as not all the time that his scoring is needed.

CJ needs to always be ready when coach picks him up. He needs to comply and be there to help in terms of both offense and defense. The kid still young and he has lots of things to be learned from SMB squad. We will see him keep improving his skills and adding more for his experienced, SMB have a full of talents where he can adopt and use it for the best benefits of his entire career. '

SMB is now more solid after Cabagnot, then Romeo is also coming to add up. It's time for them to blend the right sets of players inside the court and make sure to play as one and not individually.

Could we see a repeat in history? I have read an article that number one seed Mobiline (now TNT) was booted out by number eight seed Ginebra in a thrilling game, of course, the personnel from that time were different from now but the spirit never leaves the Gin Kings  .

Kidding aside, this is a big upset if ever Gin Kings win considering the chemistry is still not there but still, I will bet for them but not ML, I will take the spread as +7.5 is too high in this kind of game.

Respect means a lot in developing your skills. Romeo is the best example of it. We know him way back with Northport as the leading scorer, but when he got traded, he learned how to pay respect to the stars that he's going to play with.

Castro was injured when he joined TNT and giving him enough minutes he contributes well, and so with SMB, he waited till coach ask him to take charge, and look at him now, he developed a lot, with the help of Santos and Cabagnot he find good chemistry.

CJ is one of the best assets inside this league. SMB knows how to value him. We will see more for sure. This star still has a lot to offer.

The starters of the TNT did well in this low-scoring game, they match the physicality of the Ginebra and they win in the end. I guess this is a change TNT where they also improve on their defense as we witness in their previous season, they seemed to collapse against a good defensive team, but this time they have proven that they have corrected their weakness already.

Now, it's official that Ginebra is out for the contention for the PBA AFC and I do think that heads will roll on this and chances are high that CStand would play overseas again once his contract expires this December.

Now, it's official that Ginebra is out for the contention for the PBA AFC and I do think that heads will roll on this and chances are high that CStand would play overseas again once his contract expires this December.

There are offers already for CStand from overseas. Now that Ginebra is eliminated early, lots of times now for CStand to think of his future. For me, he better pursues that offer from overseas. He can always come back to PBA. I think there will be no next conference after the AFC and the next conference will be next year now with another AFC as the beginning. The preparation is limited for the next conference because of the continuous delay of games and imports will surely have a hard time before being allowed to play here.

Robert Bolick is on fire. He can penetrate SMB's defense at most even JuneMar is there containing the paint area. Slaughter on the other hand is playing at his best. Their recent match is a close game. I just hope though that Northport won't allow again a being downed by 10+ points. Although they were able to catch with the SMB's lead, it's difficult to bounce back from 10+ points if it's about against an SMB.

Romeo has already come back in this game, he only manage to score 11 points (not his usual average) and it's understandable since it's his first game after injury, of course, Cabagnot is just exceptional but overall, the SMB now is full of star players who could dominate the opponent. Having said that, we can't also discount how good the North port now because they only lose a single digit in the 2 games they played.

Yup, they are going to face the number one team in the elimination round which is the TNT Katropa.

Congrats also to NorthPort for playing a very good game, it was not a walk in the park for the Beermen and they give SMB one hell of a fight. If their roster remains the same and they got a quality import next conference then NorthPort is a team to beat soon.

IMO, this series between SMB and TNT is the championship series of the conference as whoever wins this one will be the eventual AFC champion  .

The winner of that series is hard to predict, but I would go with the SMB as they have proven many times that they can win and had a lot of championships playing together, I mean, the most important players are still here although they are getting older a bit.

By the way, is this series a best of 7 or 5 only?
