Here in Northport, he looks like he is the main man, the JMF of SMB and their chemistry is building really well, so hopefully, the greedy team owners will not take him away, Northport will be a championship contender with him.

That was because of the recent news that one of the SMB players is accused of being a tipster, but actually, it's not new, people already suspect that this league is rig.

I read the article, and there have been some screenshots of exchange messages by the accused and the one who accused. However, it seems like the PBA is not so interested in investigating it as in the first place, the accused has denied the accusation, and it does not help for the image of the PBA if they will prove the accusation to be true.

And expect NorthPort to always have good odds. They are mostly underdogs and provided with good and high odds this conference. They almost beat the most complete SMC team right now which is Magnolia. They can still do it as long as their main scorer, Bolick is healthy and Slaughter will maintain his consistent performance inside the paint whether it's offense and defense. Time also for their bench players to step up and try to change the phase of the PBA where popular teams are the only ones entering the Semis and Finals.
