The quality of basketball in the Philippines is slowly diminishing because our supposed to star in the future are playing with other countries due to their competitive salary, just like our good professionals in the Philippines choose to work abroad for greener pasture.

What can the PBA do to stop them from choosing other league over the PBA, I think this brings a serious message that they have to act immediately.

Those who are going in the Japan B-League mostly are players who aren't playing in the PBA with the exception of Kiefer Ravena. Anyway there are 2 reasons that I think we know why they are going into other league.

1. Age restrictions - in order for a player to enter the draft, they must be at least 22 years old. There might be some that have reached 22 years old and older but they prefer to play in Japan probably because of competition, experience and the second one that I will say.
2. Money or Salary - lets face the truth that Japan is a rich country and if you will compare the salary of players in Japan and PH, the difference is very big. These players have families to feed anyway and include also the fact that they will learn more if they will play into other leagues.

Or safe to say the young players that are probably in their 20s, some PBA players will doubt of leaving the PBA as they don't know what would be their future abroad and if they will be able to come back in the PBA again. The concern is, what if the young potential players are all going to play abroad? Will the fans still enjoy the PBA?

What can PBA do to stop what is happening?? One way that I'm seeing is an expansion. I mean add more teams so they can add more talented players. Another one is to increase the salary but I will not expect for this to happen.

Both are needed, expansion to number of teams and increase of salary.

With their recent loss, they are now in a 17 losing streak which ties a PBA record for the second-longest losing streak. Actually, they are good during early minutes but while the game is in progress, you will notice some disruptions on game. How about their way of freezing themselves if caught?

Ginebra lose with the score of 67-88 in favor of TNT. This is expected since they start to lose to DYIP. I think they don't have enough motivation to bounce back from the bottom. They will be in rock bottom next blackwater if they can't solve there internal issue. I don't know exactly what's happening to Ginebra right but this happened a lot before so I believe they will manage to recover because they are the team that has the most fan on PBA.

3 straight losses not good for Gin kings, same with that question did they win the trade?

Slaughter understands how the system works. He might not as dominant as
C.Stan but moving without the ball and giving good space for their legit scorer is the majority of his share way back.

They still have remaining games that can bring them up and able to move to the next round. They just need to start
winning every game now if they are still pursuing to win another title.

From what I have seen, I think that their chemistry is not working. They feel blacked out while attacking. They don't know where their teammates are or where to pass the ball to. Maybe some changes in the squad might have helped. Going on a 17 losing streak is no joke. This has already made the players demoralized.

Anyway, all the games today have already concluded, and in the last game, it was the Northport who are victorious again against the NLEX, this is their 3 win streak and this team is just getting better. While the BGSM is struggling, North Port on the other hand is enjoying its success.

I don't know if the issue is with the players or the coaching staff not being able to strategize correctly around the players. When 6 of you opponent's players score double figures, you have genuine issues with your squad. And this needs to be addressed as soon as possible, otherwise Blackwaters are up for a tough season ahead.

They are on the top but it's still early to assume that, it will be depend if who's team they'll going to meet if by chance they will move to the finals.

Talking about winning the title, coach Chot is not new to that but the players that he's handling right now, that's still

We are no longer seeing that; they are just pure rotations and they are just trying to follow the system that coach Tim design for them.

That wasn't the expectation, we know that coach Tim Cone is good with handling his players and creating a good chemistry.
I also don't understand why they are having some problem, I see that C. Stand have a good season with the SMB, so maybe they should look at how did the SMB coaching did that so his talent will not be wasted.
