You have to be kidding me man why would you send bitcoin to an address unless you were 100% sure ? I had questions about the bank wire address and info posted on this very board and SP responded within a day on this thread. Although they did get my mailing address wrong which makes me tempted to change my order for the free hosting and I can't afford and delays on shipping. Yep, I know.. I'm the big idiot. Their sales team was ignoring my emails and I was in a hurry to get them paid so they would ship out. I'm fucked, I know. 11.6 BTC is a shitload to lose and I'm only posting this so nobody else falls for this fraud on bitcointalk. https://blockchain.info/tx/18b0a4b6492017d3b382d9ed63fed7e4586c423af884a14e06a6a22910df8461

Diabolical! They registered the same name and added a back quote ` two chars in! Have the mods check the ip and registration email address though more than likely proxied and fake.

Since Spondoolies does not respond to PM's I will post publicly (I simply clicked on his name right here so I know the PM went through).
I was contacted by SponDoolies-tech ` (notice the little mark on the end it is not very noticable).
I suppose this forum software accepts those little marks and other symbols in the registration of new users. So it is real easy to impersonate.
Fortunately the PM that I got yesterday I did not take advantage of. It was for early delivery of the SP 30's that was offered to me. There were 10 units available for delivery next week and all I had to do was to pay to the bitcoin address in the PM by the bogus spondoolies.
Anyways...
Why no response to PM's?

I had tried sending PM's to the 'Real' spondoolies account too and it was never replied to. I'm sure it's still sitting in their inbox.

Well be patient...I think they are in Israel and there may be a communication difficulty. I think he needs to check HERE in this website for PM's. I do not think he is working together with the other spondoolies. dboldt. I am sorry for your loss. ElectricSavant™ P. S. You see its things like this that give Bitcoin a bad name and we do not need some idiot Senator to propose regulation that might not be advantageous for Bitcoin in the United States. Bitcoin seems to be filled with these scammers enticing users to send bitcoin to addresses untraceable to a persons registration or an account (anonymous).

They've got a signed letter from Spondoolies-Tech attached to their prospectus, wherein Guy clearly states that they will have 35 SP-10s for round 1, and the subsequent 7 rounds will be confirmed/supplied dependent upon existing stock. So, assuming these guys actually are successful in raising the BTC for their first round, they've got 35 SP-10s set aside for them. This is, of course, if they're legit and didn't forge the letter

CBCM are legit. Assuming their first round will be a success, we'll cover it with 35 SP10s we removed from our stock. We also helped them secured additional hosted hash power in case their subsequent rounds will be successful, from a trusted partner and customer we're working with. Guy

What exactly is legit? this hair brain scheme, this attempt? certainly you don't mean two penniless east europeans who cannot even scrape together 100,000 dollars between them to buy 35 SP's. They need to start this all off by raising a meager 100,000 dollars? 90% of the drivel in their little "prospectus" consists of trading off the name of Spondoolies-Tech. That's all they talk about. As though your promise to supply them equipment if they are successful to raise money and their promise to buy your equipmentif they are sucessful to raise money, somehow makes this scheme legit? How about I actual buy your product then of parcel it out as shares, without even having to mention who I bought it from. And from there I buy more. This scheme will never success in the sphere of the bitcoin miners and buyer, this community is far to clever for that. It is geared towards more the sleezy cloudhasing rubbish aimed at the clueless out there, but this time round with a sophisticated twist to appeal to the clued in miners and traders of bitcoins.
I truly hope that is what you mean and are not in fact endorsing the attempted operation, thepeople, the company itself.
