Hi, I wasn't referring to whether or not there was going to be a debate on Fox, in fact I didn't know there had been any controversy about it. What I was referring to is that as Fox is biased towards the Republican party and Trump, the fact that one of their commentators said that Trump was weak in the debate is not being highlighted by them, but by another channel. And I don't think they, Fox, are emphasising that Trump was weak, even if one of their commentators said it at one point.

Yesterday's debate was catastrophic for Trump with many saying that the host was so so very unfair to him(Trump), many are even suggesting or speculating that the agency never wanted to host a fair debate between the two presidential candidates, but simply used the debate as a tool to work togethet with Harris to destroy trump's reputation.

But for me personally, it doesn't matter what the outcome of debates is or turn out to be, If I have the opportunity to vote, I won't hesitate voting for Trump, for voting for him to me is like voting for bitcoin, and the cryptocurrency Ecosystem, it's true that politicians can't be trusted, but who knows, Trump may turn out to be that one man ready to move the crypto industry to a new height of success.

apart from the fact that  people generally judge the potential of what iether Trump and Harris has to offer should they be elected through the promises they've made and how well they've been able to communicate those intentions in a setting like the debate, I don't believe that we can judge who will make a better leader between thier two from the outcome of the debate. Even though Trump is still of the opinion that the debate was all rigged to the favour or Harris which is the reason why he was corrected in multiple of occasions while Kamala wasn't getting same correction despite some obvious lies she also alluded, debate is purely debate and what both of them were just trying to do is to win the heart of the crowed and even the post debate statement from trump is all a mind game that's just aimed at wining the voters to his favour.

Deciding to vote iether Trump or Kamala shouldn't just be based on thier individual stand on crypto. There's more to leadership than buying bullish about a single sector, as far as I'm concerned, thier stand in global security and drive to work on economic and immigration issue is also a very valuable factor to be considered in choosing who to vote for in addition to thier stand on crypto. Crypto is decentralized and connects all the part of the world making it a global concept and not just an American thing. Even though Kamala is still gaining ground by the day as the election month draws near, it's still a major consideration wether American are ready to allow a female presidency.

You are not a newbie here, you have been around for a while and you should be remembering the time when we weren't getting any political support and there weren't any regulations and bitcoin was doing awesome, there isn't really anything that has ever upset anyone before that, and I think it should be important to keep that in mind as well. I believe that the best thing to do in this case would be just getting rid of politics in bitcoin, bitcoin can't be political.

People like Trump and El Salvador president could use bitcoin for their political agenda, there is nothing wrong with that, it's the people who support these politicians who shouldn't really make it political. Meaning that Kamala supporters should love bitcoin too, trump supports should love it to, everyone should love it. If you make it just one side story, then other side may start to dislike it and we can't afford to make people dislike it, there is no reason for it and we need to cover all bases.

The price we pay for bitcoin's global popularity is that we will be subject to more government oversight and regulation. I bet nothing can become popular without government approval or consent, we should accept that fact instead of stubbornly denying it. Just like bitcoin ETFs being approved and big funds investing in bitcoin, not many people like this because everyone knows that this will make bitcoin more centralized. But is there any way to prevent that?

Have you ever wondered why they didn't invest in bitcoin 10 years ago but invest now? Likewise, government and political intervention in bitcoin is inevitable. I'd rather adapt to things to survive than fight them hopelessly.

I remember many people raised the idea that we should separate bitcoin from politics because that would divide the bitcoin community. But I don't see anyone doing that, they advise others not to connect bitcoin with politics but they participate in those debates. The idea is great but there is a huge gap between talking and doing.

Only 3.5 per cent of respondents switched from one candidate to another after the debate".

But this poll by Jenna Cohen/ PBS News claimed that close to a third of voters said the Harris-Trump debate would affect their vote a good or great amount.

Barack Obama benefitted greatly from his debate with  John McCain. It was reported by Pew Research Center that Obama's rating increased from 46 to 49 per cent after the debate. Harris won the debate and her poll ratings will equally rise. So it might be safer to bet on her.

I was very surprised by Putin's answer that he was more rooting for Harris to win. This is very strange, and Trump, like me, was disappointed.
After all, everyone knows that Harris is not going to end the conflict in Ukraine, on the contrary, she is ready to support them, as Biden does. And before that, I thought that Putin was for Trump, because he even expressed respect for the President of Russia.

That's no brainer. Putin knows that his endorsement will have a negative effect on voting results, so he said he prefers Kamala. Obviously he truly prefers whoever is more likely to end the war and support the peace agreement, which is probably Trump, although I wouldn't be so sure.
I'm not sure what's the average American's sentiment towards the war in Ukraine though. Since the US is not directly involved, I imagine people are probably not bothered too much.

Putin is doing this on purpose and his aim is not to support anyone. Putin, of course, anticipates the consequences of expressing his opinion on the elections in the US, the world's biggest power. What Putin really wants is for Trump to win and he says this in a cynical way. Trump has said that if elected he will cut military support and money flow to Ukraine. Putin would welcome this very much. The war in Ukraine has dragged on too long and we can see that both sides are struggling economically every day. Trump winning the election would favor Russia in the war. Because then Ukraine will lose the support it receives from the US.

I agree with every word you say, and if this conflict continues, it means it is beneficial to someone. It is a pity that innocent people suffer. And it is also bad that the economic chains of import and export have been broken. There are many countries in the world that can give each other a lot of useful things, exchange them, but unfortunately all these useful interactions are frozen at the moment. And of course I agree that Putin would like Trump to win, even if he does not say it publicly.

Of course, many famous singers, actors and other public figures can express their opinion on which candidate they liked more. And naturally, this has an impact on their fans. This probably makes sense, but I will not say that this is true, these are just my guesses. Although it may not seem like much, one has to think that in the end the election is decided by a small percentage of swing state voters, which means that these debates can have an influence on the final result, although at first glance it does not seem so.

I have a personal theory about the influence these debates will have on polls and in the small percentage of people who are still undecided where to place their vote: in previous elections, debates seemed to have little effect on the voters because most of the voting population have already decided on what policies/party they will support. However, it seems Trump have managed to make this elections (and the midterm elections) less about policy and more about other things like culture wars, his own culture of personality, conspiracy theories and so on.
Because we are not longer talking about policy but rather on the "attitude", "personality", and demagogy, then people are more easily affected by the things said or done in the stage during those debates. That is why Joe Biden had to give up on his re-election race towards the white house, his policies are the policies of the democrat party and those are policies which are approved by an important percentage of the population, but his "personality" or "performance" on stage was so poor, the elite within the party knew things were going to go wrong.

Let us see if Trump dares to debate Kamala again or not, I am already read some people suggesting Kamala somehow cheated in the debate.

This is a bad comparison. Obama won pretty comfortably based on what I remember while Trump and Harris are involved in a tightly knit race where small things here and there can shift the momentum till the election concludes.

For example, Clinton looked like she would win pretty comfortably against Trump, but here last minute scandals shifted the momentum towards Trump. Harris is in the lead now, but we don't know if she will stay in the lead till the end.

While Trump has expressed interest in various technologies and has made statements about cryptocurrencies, his real impact on crypto industry will depend on the policies he made after he is elected as the president of the United States. Sometimes i feel that if he promotes crypto, bitcoin in particular then it will directly conflict with the dollar and trump being the president of the US will never want to devalue dollar and strength bitcoin.

I am saying this because we have seen that once the dollar is weak the bitcoin grows (as the bitcoins pumps when the US dollar Index (DXY) dumps and vise versa. So if the trump stance is about the growth and success of the cryptocurrency industry, where will US Dollar stands

I am not sure where you got that from. Trump didn't request second debate. Kamala requested it just to taunt Trump while he was still shell shocked. Trump said he won't do it again. Considering how badly this went, he would be insane to do it again.

But i think that he might be rather easily manipulated to do it again. They just need to find right angle to that. I don't think that no-one from trump's staff would want him to do that again. J.D Vance least of them

As o48o said it was Harris going for a second debate, but Trump already publicly announced that there won't be a second debate. He said that on his platform "Social" and he argued that he won the debate and Harris lost it and for that reason she would be requesting a second debate. He said like a boxer who lost the fight and then immediately ask for a second fight. Pretty funny though that he talks about having won the debate. I don't know, but to me it feels like he is making a joke out of himself. Maybe it would have been better to barely say anything for a few days.
