That is the vision I have, for me the things they are doing to evade Trump or disable him with what they put him with the ex-lawyer for me is a very dirty trap that they are setting and I think that is why politics I have never liked it, but here in this politics of the USA they can be easily unmasked and that is what attracts me, politics is going to another level, so eventually the name of Trump grates in the heads of many, but for me in what Staff is the best of all, who has better preparation and is not a born politician, but before being a politician, he is a businessman, and a country like the USA must be well managed by a great businessman.

I don't want to step in to the debate of businessmen vs politicians. But Trump did a lot of good things during his presidency (2016-2020). The only thing that went wrong was his handling of the COVID pandemic (and it resulted in him losing the elections). But during his term, the economy was doing really good, jobs were being created at a record pace, and federal debt was under control. Once Biden took over, the economy went on a downfall. And now he can't even blame the COVID pandemic for the lack of economic growth.

Just because economical numbers goes up, doesn't mean Trump did something right, if you want me to explain this better, think about it this way; lets say there are 100 million people with 1 billion dollars total, and there is one guy with 1 billion dollars as well, what Trump did, was growing the economy by 1 billion more, so instead of 2 billion dollars, there were 3 billion dollars, seems like economy grew right? But that 100 million still had 1 billion total, and that 1 guy had 2 billion now, as you can see the economy grew but the poor stayed poor while rich got richer. Thats not a good way to grow the economy, it never trickles down, been tried for 40 years, doesn't work. Not like Biden is good neither, that's terrible too, but at least know and be aware that both of them sucked, not just one of them.

Trump is the favorite for the Republican primaries, DeSantis is the favorite for the general. It isn't clear to me how the Republican establishment will try to reconcile these two dichotomies as a lot of the Republican establishment is unsure who to support. Should a candidate not resonate enough with the Republican base AND independents, then the general election's over. Trump needs help with independents, DeSantis needs help with core Republicans. The betting markets tend to show the same as far as the Republican primary is concerned, Trump comfortably ahead. Once the general approaches, I would anticipate Biden leading up until November granted Trump becomes the nominee.

I predict the electoral map would look identical to that of 2020 if it's Trump v. Biden. DeSantis would be the one to carry Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan, not Trump. Every poll I've seen has DeSantis either beating Biden, or within the margin of error in all of these states.

Considering the razor thin margin Biden won for last time, there is a good chance Trump could end up victorious in 2024. Things are gonna be interesting.

Town Halls are almost always like that, even Bernie Sanders got a huge standing ovation when he did his, there is really no meaning to that. I am not saying he can't win or won't win or anything like that, I wouldn't know, they wouldn't know neither, they are just trying their best, we really do not have any idea who will win.

However, townhall and this show changed basically nothing for me, it always happens like this and then we end up with basically nothing, so there shouldn't really be anything regarding this at all. I believe that the best thing to do would be having a decent result in the long run and that can only be done with having polls. Polls will tell you give or take how it's going. Don't take it now though, compare it week by week, month by month and see the trajectory, that matters more.

Yeah, I think the Internet has allowed individuals to express their points of view directly, without an agenda from other people.

The problem is, of course, this means that crazy, more extreme, ideas get a lot of exposure, and reasonable ideas get ignored.

This is where our societies are moving, towards a more divided country, everywhere. It's always an "us vs them" narrative, and lots of fear in their messages.

They try to tell you that if you vote for the other one, you'll be in a horrible position. Fear is a huge motivator and politicians know this. They use this to their advantage.

So, yes, even though there are independent things out there, it's hard to reach them in a sea of extremist ideas and mainstream media.

LOL..... Biden doesn't need to kick the bucket in order to have Kennedy or Kamala to become the Democrat nominee. What if he gets a stroke and become paralyzed? While I completely agree with your argument that a lot of people who are aged above 80 are alive in this planet, you ignore one crucial fact. Most of these people are in care homes or medical facilities, and are unable to perform daily activities without outside help. Age is going to be a big factor in 2024 POTUS elections. Especially if Ron DeSantis or some of the other younger candidates win the nomination from the other side.

I think the level of medical care, I mean, for someone like the POTUS, is of such a high level that a candidate being in his 80s shouldn't be a concern at all. Also, we were talking about it earlier, the team is what really matters, not the president, if he's not a dictator. And Biden is not going to be a dictator, evryone knows that.

It is a bit more about which party you want at the top more than just Biden as well. Most likely Biden will run with Kamala Harris as his running mate yet again, and that means if you vote for Biden, even if he dies, Kamala will take over, and even if you do not personally like Kamala, she is still a democrat and if you dislike Trump then you would rather have Biden dying at the office and Kamala becoming the president.

This is why people vote for Biden, not because they are 100% sure that he will live, maybe he will, maybe he won't, hell he may lose his cognitive skills as well, none of that matters, 90%+ of the people vote for Biden because they do not want Trump to win, that is the only reason and that's more than enough to vote for Biden as well.

I don't agree with you. Medical care may keep Trump in good spirits till 2028 if he wins in 2024. But I don't have the same opinion about Biden. Already he is suffering from medical issues such as dementia (despite the best medical care being made available for him). Things are going to be much worse by 2028. But for the Democrats it should not matter much. It looks as if Nancy Pelosi and Kamala Harris are the decision makers in this administration and Biden is just a mask. We are coming to a full circle and I am upset that people are not aware of seeing that. At first TV's were lying, they still are, but they used to lie as well, then we happened to get into twitter and figured out what was the truth, and we learned that it was this way or that way etc etc, and that made people realize that they shouldn't watch TV's and check social media if they want to see the real truth behind a news.

However, nowadays there are so many lies on social media that, TV's lie a lot less compared to what you may see on twitter. Tell me, if not tv channels, and if not social media, where should people check the news from? Which place tells the truth? Can you guarantee that the place you suggest would never lie? I can't, and that's why we are getting back to TV channels showing more truth than social media.

I would not say that Trump is afraid of De Santis, just because he has taken the initiavite and attacked him first, without him being officially running. It is rather more about the way Trump acts in a political setting, he never goes into the defensive, he always tries to attack and attack and show his rivals as weak before him.

Since De Santis is the closest person he has who could be a political rival, it makes sense Trump goes after him.

Yes, from what I saw the other day that's how it is. Unless things change a lot, the next presidential election will be between Trump and Biden.
