I absolutely trust safedice on every issue. I used to deposit money into my account and forgot my password so many times. Definitely it's more than 2. Just look at my mail sending is know right, support know that. But using safedice mail @ protonmail.com that is a mail to me is very bad. I send a lot of mail but it's spam and then type. Safedice has the only problem of poor support. He raises money to hire staff to support his services

Sorry to make you wait tien, I have replied to your email, please check again =)
And what do you mean by it's spam and then type?

What is the minimum deposit, withdrawal & withdrawal fee??

No min deposit, withdrawal will depend on investment amount / hot wallet, and we use fixed fee of 10k sat.

Wanted to withdraw

It shows

Something went wrong, please contact us directly.

Contacted the email, still has no reply :/

Did you try to refresh you browser? or even try to check your internet connection? if no problem in the said thoughts well i think much better if you leave some message in their account here in bct or maybe provide some screenshot of the problem occuring here so that if the dev will visit on this thread he can easily checkout that there's a problem on one of their player. And for now maybe the best thing to do is to wait for them to reach up on you and if many days will past then its better to file some complain.

Did you encounter this issue before?

After i enter the payment address, id, withdraw amount and 2fa

It shows me this

I have just replied your email, sorry to make you wait. Please share me the payment ID of your withdrawal, you can only use long format payment ID or the new integrated format which has no payment ID.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Hello SafeDice
I am a frequent player at your site and today I made a very big mistake, and I am wondering if you could help me.
I am use to setting odds on most dice sites (e.g 2.2x, 2.5x, and so on)
Today I was playing and was supposed to play 2.2x (double every loss) I was in a very big rush
I accidentally played 2.2% odds instead
See screenshot below:

I did not mean to do this, it is obvious I was supposed to be playing 2.2x odds, I thought I was just unlucky not to win until I looked and realized I was playing 2.2% CHANCE and not 2.2x ODDS....

I am asking for a refund on this loss, I did not mean to do this and I am asking for staff to look into my case. $5700 is a lot of money to me, If i lose from my own gambling it is fair enough, but I did not mean to play 2.2% chance and I would have won on second roll if I played my intended 2.2x odds.

I am asking for some compensation at least. I am happy to donate 0.1BTC for my mistakes, I will even roll in this pattern again just to prove myself.

Please look into my case admins

this is not the first an not the last gambler that made a mistake like that, unfortunately
pawel and safedice admin have explained why no refund can be issued, but I wanted to focus  on  a different point:
whenever you play a substantial amount of money on a single bet or set autobet on martingale that COULD result in a sequence
wiping your balance-check twice before you roll!!!
it is your money and your responsibility and a good practice
how many times I made mistakes like that in setting wrong % increase on loss or wrong multiplier etc. (due to the fact that I gamble on many sites and they show it in a different way: either increase in % or xxx times, they use different formats to display balance etc.)
but I always double check my settings and usually would run a couple of bets and stop to see if everything is set the way I wanted to

In this case you are losing a lot of money right? So how about when you luckily win that huge amount with 2.2% winning chance, and are you going to refund them their money? Mostly people will say they are lucky enough just because they are accidentally misclicked and they won. And I am sure on your case it wont be reunfable since it is your own mistake. That is why before you start your strategy you should check everything is on your condition or not. This is prett important thing yet so simple
Yeah you should be carefull playing gambling if you will play a big amount. Safedice wouldn't refund it because that's your fault and not safedice. I'm sorry for your lose my dear its such a big amount of money and i think you're a totally gamblers because of that amount. Me i can't even play with such 0.05BTC-0.1BTC because i can't afford it to lose

For sure SafeDice wont refund his lost because his own mistake. Obviously it was a big mistake and a big lost, but mistake is still a mistake. Wondering how if the mistake made he won alot of money, will he refund the winning. I'm sure 100% NO Wink

safedice might give a couple of bitcoin as a goodwill. any personal mistakes shouldn't be their responsibility. just take it as a precious lesson to verify and double check your bet before start playing otherwise something similar could happened frequently. i doubt when someone look at the huge mount of money could be honest, so when he won it , just cash them out. so do i if i'm on that position lol .

This reminds me of the people complaining about accidently hitting the "MAX" bet button on various sites and asking for refunds. Not only do the admins not comply with the refunds they actually still haven't moved the button or got rid of it on many sites.

So if you are manually betting and change the fee after everybody, its very easy to accidently click MAX and get your entire account drained in one click.

Sorry for your loss.

I made a transaction to the address for the site. My username was motherfucker333, I then accidentally changed my i.p. after my phone went to sleep. I didn't know I was supposed to set a password nor did I know there was an actual url to save till afterwards.
If you can please send a refund of the money back to me

pretty sure it stores cookies and gives you same url if you log in second time
did you try it? also they would want you to sign a message from your wallet to prove it was you (if you can't log in back, that is)

I think your account is lost, the session/cookies must've been destroyed when you closed the browser. email safedice(safedice@protonmail.ch) and you should be ready to sign a message from your wallet/address as veleten said.

We have processed ~ 10 btc withdrawal recently and I also attempted to refill the hot wallet with regular 200 sat / byte fee but it is unconfirmed ( 2503c37828f821b82a8099d9005d13c43c4adee0653c121d770b2408045d2098 ). I have just refilled with bigger fee, it should be able to cover withdrawal for some time.

When trying to withdraw:

Something went wrong, please contact us directly.

Yet there is no email or any way to contact them listed on their site? It's a small amount I am trying to withdraw and they can't even handle that?? So many trash websites just completely ruin bitcoin.

Yet there is no email or any way to contact them listed on their site? It's a small amount I am trying to withdraw and they can't even handle that?? So many trash websites just completely ruin bitcoin.

It's just likely an issue with hot wallet being empty. Email address (safedice@protonmail.ch) is listed on the bottom of FAQ, it's not difficult to find if you try.

You should've checked the website (and this thread) before depositing and acting like entitled cunt just because your shitty little amount is not withdrawn immediately. The main 'problem' of SD is that owner is not full-time engaged on operating the site, so all the issues get resolved but sometimes it takes a bit of time.

I love it, "entitled cunt" for expecting a site to be able to pay out a few hundred dollars. The 'problem' is accepting deposits when they are incapable of providing withdrawals.

"Entitled cunt" for not giving even a half-arsed effort to research the site you're sending bitcoins to and then whining like a bitch and going straight to "muh trash website, ruining Bitcoin" rant.
So no, the 'problem' is not the site being unable to process deposit, they have clean record to date. It's you not doing your homework.
