On another note, can you please confirm, will all investors and players be getting a Bitcoin Gold payout after the fork on October 24th or should we be withdrawing beforehand?
Yes please reply about this. I think we all want to know what are you going to do with that otherwise be ready for a few withdrawals. Considering you gave us Bitcoin Cash I don't see why you couldn't do the same again. On a different note, please try to fix my investing issue: waiting for a reply to my email since a while now. I simply want my stats to be set to zero so that I can start investing again. Easy!

Yes they replied but it took them a while. And there are still times when the hot wallet is empty and people come here to complain about delayed withdraws. I think they really need to hire more support staff. Regarding the fork, I am pretty sure they will stay on the old legacy chain.

correspondence extending from holdplz@gmail.com emails i transferred my bcc to safedice without ever establishing a password for my account. I sent them from bittrex so I don't have access to private keys nor access to wallet selection to send from the same wallet i originally sent from. i have access to the bittrex account which shows the transfer, txid, etc. i also opened a support ticket with bittrex to see if they can help with the private keys or wallet address.

I've tried to mimic this bug but wasn't able to, I'm guessing it may have happened during an update or something like that. No worries though, I have your issue logged here and I've informed the admin on what we need to do for your account. The admin has been quite busy recently, so give it a few days if you can. If it still hasn't reset after a few days, please either get ahold of me via PM or here on the thread so that I can make sure it gets done for you. Investing is one of my fav parts of SD (yes, I invest on my account too!) and I'd hate for you to not partake bc of this stats issue. Thanks for the input adaseb - We're actually working on our support workflow/staff as we speak =) It is taking some time to set up properly, but once we have things up and running it should be a lot smoother for everyone. In terms of the hot wallet issue, please do let us know if it ever is getting empty (ie. you aren't able to withdraw a large amount). These type issues are inevitable, especially since our high-roller clientele has increased quite a bit in the past year. Unfortunately, we can't predict when players will be withdrawing and its not uncommon for HRs to deposit/withdraw 5-10BTC at a time. A few withdrawals like that in the same day can easily empty it. Rest assured, we always refill it and there never has been a time that we've not allowed someone to withdraw regardless of how large the withdrawal was. We are working to make things more efficient and quicker with this, so please bare with us until we make components like this more seamless, while still protecting our assets. Again, thank you for taking the time to give us your honest input and please do not hesitate to post if you need any assistance with anything!

Hey Sennz - Did you post this before or after we talked on SD chat? Just wondering if this was a reoccurring problem for you or if everything has been resolved after we talked the other day. Thx again for your patience! ---- Also, in the future if anyone has issues with the hot wallet not allowing you to withdraw a larger amount, try splitting it into smaller transactions as it seems to have more success when the hot wallet is getting close to empty (ie. if you're trying to withdraw 1btc and its not working, try 0.5BTC x 2, if that doesnt work, try 0.25BTC x 4). Remember, SD only charges 0.00005-0.0001BTC per withdrawal, which is cheaper than any dice site I've ever played on - With this being said, splitting transactions into a few smaller ones shouldnt make much of a difference fee-wise. SD still sends all transactions through with at least 150sats/byte, so you also dont have to worry about delayed transactions despite the super low fees. And as usual, if all else fails just drop us a line here and we'll be sure to get the hot wallet filled back up for you as soon as possible =)

Thank you for your input on this =) We're still in the growing-pains stages of building up our customer support department, however we are trying our best to get things back on track in the meantime. I'll be checking this thread multiple times daily, so if you ever have any issues with anything feel free to either PM me, email us at support@safedice.com, or just create a post so that we can address the issue that you're having at the time. In terms of the upcoming fork, I still haven't heard anything back from the admin yet however I will let you guys know as soon as I do! Either that or the admin may directly address it here. Also, as I stated in a previous post, you can stay most up to date on SD by checking out our blog @ http://blog.safedice.com. We'll definitely be posting such announcements on there as soon as they are ready for public release, and we do plan on using it frequently from here on out to keep announcements more centralized.

Hey prolax13 - Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with this. We've seen this before and its definitely something that we can resolve pretty quickly. Can you please PM me on here so that I can give you further instructions on how we can get this taken care of for you as soon as possible? You won't need your private keys for the wallet you sent from or anything like that, but there is a step you need to complete for us to transfer the coins to you. In terms of the Bitcoin Gold, we're currently in talks about it and should have something more concrete here in the next couple of days. As of now, it seems that we WILL be offering BTG if/when the split happens, however we're still in the process of figuring out how it will work exactly. There most likely will be some stipulations (ie. having funds in before a certain time, etc), so be sure to keep up with our thread here for further info.

Wow its pretty decent of you to offer Bitcoin Gold withdraws. There aren't too many websites that are offering that. Most likely Bitcoin Gold will be a very small market-cap coin, most people are thinking it will follow the likes of Bitcoin Cash however there are just way too many forks. Thanks for keeping up with the support lately and look forward to gambling on your site in the future.

A withdrawal only section will be opened (it may take some time as I'll need time to calculate and see if everything is stable) and you'll be able to withdraw your BTG directly. I also want to thanks thesourc3 for helping with the support so far. As you all may know we have a homework to do on customer support, I believe that adding competent resource to our team will be one of the first step to improve our service quality
