I never expected such game between Chelsea and Manchester City. I was giving Manchester City a huge chance to win this game away honestly. However it was one of the unforgettable games in history for both sides. Despite the rain we watched 8 goals in total.  Chelsea's resistance was amazing by the way. They are really getting used to scoring 4 goals in each game these days.  Manchester City could have won by 4-3 though if it weren't for that penalty. But it was an unlucky tackle by Dias as the ground was really slippy. It is really hard to tackle carefully under such pitch conditions. The last foul that gave chelsea penalty was clean foul. I think that anyone know that but i must admit that if this is the best match. The atmosphere is pretty much the same like final. It's unbelievable to see chelsea played so crazily against manchester city. It feels like that chelsea was not willing to lose against city. That's also the reason why the club keeps try even until the end of game. Many people are picking city to win the game but chelsea made it different this day. Guess how many people are losing their bet today caused by the result from this match? this is unbelivable to say that if chelsea was doing it so perfect. That's so amazing to see that. The gameplay has very fast tempo Im feeling if we was in the final. The atmosphere is pretty much the same like final. This is amazing and unbelievable performance from chelsea. When it comes to penalty yeah it was definitely the right call there. But if we talk about the other penalty given to Haaland I can't back that call honestly. Because it is clearly seen that Haaland pulled down Cucurella's arm first and after that Cucurella did it to Haaland. I don't think that pulling should be considered as "neck and neck". Other than that we watched a really incredible game that's for sure.  It was nice to see Chelsea seeing some good signs to recover. They have left the toughest games of the first half of the season with 4 points. I mean against Tottenham and Manchester City. |

Maybe I talked nonsense there.  It was too much to ask from Kalvin Phillips to be a part of Leeds in the Championship. But he can at least join a team now at which he can find many more chances in the starting eleven. It is very difficult for him to do that at Manchester City now as you have also said. He is a talented midfielder so he shouldn't just let himself fade away like this. Probably we would see some offers coming to him in even January. But I assume he would like to join a different team more if that team are competing in the Champions League as well. No you didn't completely  Seeing Juventus wanting a midfielder after the suspension of Paul Pogba and whoever the gambler was LoL! They'll need his service only for a short term, for thee next six months and if he suits in well with how they play, then talks can continue between the both parties ( Manchester City and Juventus ) I'm sure of Manchester City wanting to sell the lad, what about Juventus Buying? That I don't have a clear view. Manchester City signed him for 49 million euros but now his market value seems to be 28 million euros. They must be aware of the fact that they can't sell him by making any profit from now on. But they would still like to sell him at the earliest opportunity as it seems. Juventus had better benefit from this chance as they might be able to sign him without paying too much money. If they don't have a better alternative than Kalvin Phillips in mind then they should go for him. Pogba is no use for them and it has always been like this since he joined them from Manchester United.  |

Lens continue to climb in the standings which is nice to see. Because for a while they haven't been able to do well in the Ligue 1 while they are really impressive in the Champions League. But finally they managed to start getting better results in the Ligue 1 as well. They hosted Marseille last night and won by 1-0.
However that winning goal came quite late in the game. If it weren't for that goal in the 90th minute they were going to add another draw to their streak. The game was quite balanced by the way that also had an impact on this score.

Girona are still maintaining their lead. They got another win this time against Vallecano away. Technically they did what Real Madrid couldn't against Vallecano. It is such an insane form by them so far like I said before as well. They have games against Barcelona and Atletico Madrid later on too so I'm curious about whether we would see a similar scenario to their Real Madrid game before. Because they didn't look strong in a really tough game. But even if they lose against them both as well they would still be doing a great job in the La Liga with this amazing form for sure. There is a really huge difference between this and previous season and I'm curious about how they managed to make such progress. |

Harry Kane is really unstoppable in the Bundesliga. He is much more comfortable here. He has already scored 17 goals and made 5 assists in 11 games. This is like a "farmers league" for Kane now honestly. I can't find any other explanation to this incredible performance. We have watched him in the Premier League which is the top league in Europe and he still showed a very high level performance then too.
He is a world star striker and Bayern Munich had better take advantage of a talent like this in the Champions League as well. It is obvious that they need to get better there.

It must be the cheapest penalty ever given. Thuram is obviously trying everything he can there to misguide the referee. It is clearly a deceptive move by Thuram there but even VAR doesn't care about it at all. I don't know how they can make a this simple mistake. Maybe Inter would have still won the game but justice must always be served. By the way what an amazing goal it was by Dimarco first! I assume it was an intentional attempt after seeing the goalkeeper a little ahead. It was a great attempt that's for sure. |

There is finally a win for Lyon after leaving 11 game weeks behind. It has been a really difficult path for them so far. They could have even lost points against a Rennes with playing 10 players as well. Because they lost the control of the game in the second half. Anything could have happened in the meantime. One way or another they made it to a 1-0 win here. I hope this would be the start of getting positive results for Lyon. Otherwise there is no way they are saving themselves from relegation. |

The games against Ajax were a big opportunity for Brighton to make up for their bad results in the group before. However I still can't be sure of them when it comes to being assertive for the Europa League title. They were considered as one of the top title contenders by bookmakers before the tournament started.
But now we see that they are quite an unbalanced team. Maybe they will be likely to move on to next round but it is very difficult for them to be more successful with this inconsistency. They are even worse in the Premier League recently as they couldn't win a game for a long time.

Like I said before Guirassy is really a game changer for Stuttgart. We saw another example of it yesterday. He entered the game in the 67th minute and it took him only 16 minutes to score from a penalty which was the winning goal at the same time. By the way Stuttgart could have even scored 4-5 goals against Dortmund. They wasted many opportunities. I don't know what happened to Dortmund in this game. They were too ineffective in both halves. The final score shouldn't misguide any of you. They had better improve their game next time. |

I didn't know that Bellingham had a shoulder injury and wasn't going to be able to play against Valencia last night. However this didn't affect the team negatively at all. Instead they demolished Valencia by 5-1. Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior were the stars of the game however I must admit that Rodrygo was the best with two goals and two assists. It must be a career-high game for Rodrygo at Real Madrid if I'm not wrong. His rating was 10.0 and he deserved every inch of it. This performance should be enough for him to be selected for the starting eleven in Joselu's place too from now on. Because Joselu has been performing really poorly recently. |

Arsenal have finally broken the cycle against Burnley. They have been getting really close scores against them recently but here they got a solid win by 3-1. Burnley tried to be efficient with their attacks as much as possible and I assume the best thing they could do was this. Even though their opponent was weak Arsenal still had an impressive performance here.
This is what I want to see from them more on the upcoming game weeks as well. This is the way they can be a part of the league title race until the end of the season. Otherwise Manchester City wouldn't have mercy on any other team.
Yeah Arsenal are doing well and they are currently in 2nd place replaces Tottenham who were beaten today, I don't understand why Manchester City always seems to be lucky because their competitors are slowly losing. We previously knew that Tottenham is the strongest team that always gets points in every match but suddenly Tottenham got 2 lucky defeats and the team that beat them was not the strong team that was their competitor in the standings but the team that was in the middle of the table like Chelsea and Wolves, I don't understand what happened to them it seems strange but this is the fact. Tomorrow Manchester City will play their 12th match against Chelsea so will we see another surprise from Chelsea? I don't think Chelsea can do such thing again. Even against Tottenham they should consider themselves lucky that their opponent got two red cards. Otherwise I wouldn't have expected Tottenham to lose points in that game. Here in Stamford Bridge I expect Manchester City to beat Chelsea. But I'm just not sure about what kind of a score we could see. If we see the same Haaland from the Manchester United game then maybe it would end up with a big goal gap. Chelsea are currently one of the least conceding teams in the Premier League. Therefore I wonder how much they can resist Manchester City. |

Lol. Kalvin Philips would've been struggling with Leeds United in the Championship if he had not leave for Manchester City. Besides, it would be every players dream to work with Pep Guardiola so why stay with Leeds United when you can work with the best coach and manager? With his qualities when they first retuned to the Premier League, he should've made it to Pep Guardiola's first team but how can you drop Rodri for Kalvin Philips? Juventus were horrible in the first half of the Cagliari game. It must be one of the most boring halves I have ever watched in football so far as well. However Allegri must have motivated his players well at halftime. Because they started to play much more effective and dominant. Cagliari weren't as comfortable as in the first half. This brought the goals finally as well. Cagliari also scored in the second half but I don't know how they managed to do it with a near zero goal expectation. Juventus are temporarily the leader in the league now. They must have really missed this. |

Group F must be the most complicated group now though. Because there is only one point gap between all the teams. Anything can happen on the remaining game weeks. Even PSG can find themselves out of the Champions League if they don't make up for that Milan loss. As Milan couldn't score until this game most people must have thought PSG would win here.
But it is plain logic of course. I didn't like that. I considered PSG's away performance at the same time. The Newcastle game came to my mind and I was confident about both teams to score and over 2.5 goals at the same time.

It looks like it is determined that Guirassy will not be able to play against Dortmund. This is really bad news for Stuttgart of course. Because they are relying on his finishing skills quite much. Without him they haven't been able to get good results so far. I don't think this will change against Dortmund as well. They would probably have serious issues with scoring easily.
Dortmund should be able to make use of their situation. They got a bad result against Bayern Munich maybe but we still saw really good against Newcastle in the Champions League. I expect them to win here again.

There is a Real Madrid - Valencia game tonight. There are some missing players due to various reasons at Real Madrid side. Kepa and Tchouameni are injured now. Lunin will be in the starting eleven in Kepa's place. I hope to see some decent effort from him. Rudiger will also not be able to play due to being suspended from yellow cards.
But this information doesn't change the fact that Real Madrid are still a huge favourite here. It is time to make up for the Vallecano draw as well. I think we will see Bellingham scoring this time. Hopefully Vinicius Junior can also make some contribution with assist or goal.

There is a Lens - Marseille game tomorrow as well. Lens are of course the favoured side for the win and their odds are dropping as time goes on. Actually these teams aren't much different in general when we look at the standings. They have very similar statistics including the points. However there is an important difference as well.
While Lens are an average home team this season Marseille are really bad in away games. I mean they are the second worst team on it. Besides Lens beat them in both games last season too. Considering all of these things I think there is a good opportunity for Lens to win to climb more in the standings.

Arsenal played really bad against Newcastle on the previous game week. It caused them to lose the game as well. They already had some games in which they played really badly even though they won those ones. However I believe we will see some progress this week. They should be able to win against Burnley home comfortably. I saw them really solid against Sevilla last night by the way. They completely dominated the game in Emirates and won by 2-0 easily. This should be a good sign for their future games in the Premier League as well. The interesting thing is the recent games between Arsenal and Burnley ended up with close scores. Maybe this would be the one things change. I don't think the game against Sevilla is an indicator of anything. Sevilla after 11 games has 11 points in La Liga and this is an extremely low figure for any league and especially for La Liga. But I also expect a big victory over Burnley since this team scores the worst in the Premier League and concedes almost 3 goals per game on average. Arsenal must crush it. You have a point when we compare Sevilla to Newcastle of course. However I just thought that maybe that victory would be enough to improve the morale of the players to get well-prepared for their next game. Manchester United - Luton is another game to be played today. Luton really surprised us on the previous week by drawing with Liverpool home. When we think about this Manchester United had better be extra careful. Because they are having a really tough season and they are still deprived of important defensive players such as Martinez and Casemiro. |
