1541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This is not Practical on: July 16, 2023, 09:12:16 PM
Literally no one has money that they can afford to lose.
Gambling is an exception of it.

Hey gamblers my question is to you now is, the money you currently plan to use for gambling is it money that you can afford to lose?
Yes.
I'm thinking that it's gone already when I gamble. That's why the thinking that I've got is not pushing me to my disappointment when I lose. And that is because I've already accepted the fate of where my money will go. So, the approach will have to depend on myself as well and I am just enjoying every cent of it.
1542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling effects on LGBTQ+ People on: July 16, 2023, 07:09:39 PM
I have nothing against that community and its people. But every sector of these specific groups and community looks like having their own sense of entitlement that they're discriminated against. How about those normal and no gender bias people that are also being discriminated against?
There's no gender preference in all forms of discrimination. Everyone can be a victim of it, a gambler or not, a member of LGBTQ+ or not as in everyone can be targeted by those establishments and individuals that do like to do so.
1543  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Retiring on bitcoin on: July 16, 2023, 01:18:57 PM
How many bitcoins does a person need to retire, what is the cashout plan and why?
Depends on where you live. If the cost of living in your country is high then calculate that with some statistics on how much a person needs for an average retirement fund. 1 Bitcoin could be enough with an average price of $30k~ish but in major cities and countries, that's barely enough for a retired person. That's why, you need to look at those studies on how much it will cost a retirement fund to become sufficient and compute on how much Bitcoin should be in the future if you're wanting to retire already. But I think many will agree like having 1 Bitcoin and the price of one is $1M.  Cool

ATF is out for the Quest Esports in this upcoming Riyadh Masters. It's not because of any attitude issue like what people are thinking about it. It's about that Quest and Nigma didn't agree with the terms that they got as ATF was just a loan back then.

Most of the casinos these days will ask you for KYC if happen you're about to withdraw a significantly huge amount of money. If you haven't found a casino and bookie to bet with, Duelbits is always there for you. The staff of himself said that they won't ask you for KYC until it's quite a huge amount already and they happen to see some unusual activities and logins happening in your account. Aside from the casino and sports games, you may also be interested in their usual promotions.
1546  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: July 15, 2023, 09:39:58 AM
The censorship with Twitter before was at the utmost level and Elon was aware of that and during his acquisition, that's one that he has reduced. Not entirely eliminated because it's still happening. I may dislike him for his attitude and trolling for so many things including the crypto market but I'll give him that count. But if it's about his management of this company, he's not top-notch on it compared to the other companies that he owns. He's still got a lot of things to work on this one until he goes ROI and if he sees Twitter like a sinking ship, I think that he's got contingency plans.
For Twitter, Elon Musk does have a backup strategy. Before purchasing it, he had his strategy all in place. He established the adjustments and policies in order to monetize Twitter and use it for personal financial gain.

Of recent, Elon Musk shared $5 million to creators on Twitter. The $5 million to be shared is gotten from Ad revenues from replies.

This is the first time it has occurred in the history of social media platforms. No social media network has ever carried out such an action.

Link for the info:   https://dataconomy.com/2023/07/14/twitter-ad-revenue-sharing-how-to/
It's not yet known to the masses and if this is like a revenue-sharing model fro content creators then it has to be known by the other content creators from other social networks. With this, the other social networks are going to be more competitive and will only make the competition better so that we'll be having more quality content creators staying on these platforms. This is a sustainable business model for him and it will attract more advertisers and traffic.
1547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You must do this if you want to QUIT or NOT on: July 14, 2023, 06:14:57 PM
If a gambler have the wrong intention to gamble in other to make profit,he will end up losing all his funds because he will be controlled by his emotion.
And that's because he'll keep on chasing losses and that's an unacceptable matter for a gambler that's seriously doing it because he's all for the profit. Like everyone else that focuses on the profit but it's a different thing when you know your limitations.

If you allow your emotions to control you in gambling, you will easily become an addict.
It is not going to be noticed by the gambler that has been controlled by his own emotions already that he's addicted. All of those factors being said are good help if ever someone is experiencing this realization now.

Okay, so BetBoom is able to secure proper documents early and passed in the visa qualifiers. Are they just applying for visas in advance or they were already informed by Valve that they are part of the TI? But I am optimistic that BetBoom is indeed heading into TI with its complete roster. It's going to be very interesting.
It is most likely that they've been informed by Valve that there's no reduction in points. They won't spend time and effort applying for a US visa for nothing. That optimism of yours is going to the actuality of it because they're going to TI with complete roster unless someone becomes sick and needs to have a stand-in if ever Valve allows that during the actual date of the TI.

We have a few days of DOTA rest before the Riyadh Master starts 5 days from now. While SEA is probably in its weakest season, another player is joining another team outside the region. Entity has a new offlane in this tournament, Gabbi.
And this makes Ceb play for the current OG squad as their pos 4. This is like version 2 of The International and for sure teams are going to go all in on this one.
1550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real World Asset on: July 14, 2023, 01:13:28 PM
You don't have to bold everything.

What do you think about real world asset and anonymous payments?
You can't do that if you're talking about real-world assets. Most payments for these assets will either be known by the two people dealing with each other or there's gonna be a public record for it through receipts.

Will the times of tokenization of everything come?
It had already come to the world through these ICOs, IEOs, STOs, etc. But did it flourish? The majority of them didn't.
1551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 13, 2023, 03:43:02 PM
A lot of veteran floppers will have to adjust to this now hehe. Good for the game.
This changes their style of getting a foul so, there's a big adjustment that they have to do especially the ones that do it every game.

That will indeed make the games more exciting to watch, as the mastered "flopping" style employed by some players will be penalized in the upcoming new season. It is a necessary move that the NBA has made, considering the complaints and frustration expressed by fans, especially when prominent floppers like James Harden benefit from unfair techniques.
It is long overdue but this is just one of the many changes that the NBA basketball is having for the next season. They don't mind about the thoughts of their fans about it.
But it's just that they have to change something and it's been abused by many veterans in the league for so long and that's why this should have been implemented long time ago but just happened and approved this upcoming season 23-24.
1552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it Advisable joining Bitcoin signal group? on: July 13, 2023, 11:04:10 AM
As long as there's no money involved and you're joining for free. But to tell you the truth, most of these trading and signals groups will ask you for money for their "premium" service and signals. And also, they're going to shill some coins to you at the top level wherein they'll going to give you obligation that you have to do whatever they do. The forum is more than enough from these groups and you can ask anything related to bitcoin, trading and all other stuff that you're interested with. Just ask it on or search on the respective sections.
1553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Thoughts On First Time Lottery Bettor Who Won Big Amount? on: July 13, 2023, 07:50:09 AM
Will you feel envious? Ok with it? or motivated?
Not feeling any envy and not motivated as well especially since it's the lottery so everyone has got a little chance to win and its randomly perfect. Am I okay with it? Yes.
Definitely, I am okay with people winning the lottery tickets and that's much better, and having the sense of satisfaction to see people win the lottery instead of all of us losing.
And much more amazing if the bettor won his very first time betting on the lottery. That's already history for himself.
1554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What makes Binance stay strong despite all FUD ? on: July 13, 2023, 06:19:40 AM
because people still believe in Binance and of course the community from Binance is very strong, so investors don't really care about the fud that is happening on Binance, especially now that Binance has the biggest exchange and the best blockchain, so that's what makes investors trust to invest and hold Binance for the long term and I am also one of those who believe to investing in Binance.
Binance is good in setting the emotion of their users and that's why whenever there's a ruckus made by them or by someone outside their affairs, they're able to control the crowd by setting the mood and assuring that everything is fine. That's why they're able to celebrate their milestone and how long they've been right now 5 years? That's already a long span for an exchange knowing that there have been a lot of troubles in the market and problems that they've faced.
1555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: July 12, 2023, 05:52:28 PM
I doubt any team would take his service when this is one of the tournaments with the biggest prize pools this season and Qojqva is right he needs to show a screenshot at the minimum because no one will believe him when he already has a bad reputation for smurfing.
Me too.
This is almost like a TI in prizing and that's why everyone's craving to win those top spots. We can see that most teams are full force, I haven't heard some of them but it's likely that all of them are complete rosters. I think qojqva is just on point so that he'll also take some attention if ever there will be other teams that are incomplete. So, he's just doing it also rightly with that strategy so that both of them will be noticed.
1556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin according to Satoshi is digital money then why call it investment. on: July 12, 2023, 03:35:05 PM
It's the same as gold which has been a medium of transfer and exchange. But overtime it has upgraded and become a store of value just as Bitcoin. Time changes and if people see the worth from within, we're all considering that and that's what the majority of Bitcoin people have seen with it. It's not just a medium of transfer or a digital money but it has became a wealth, a store of value, an investment and there's nothing wrong with that because Bitcoin remains as is 'til now based on the whitepaper.
1557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 12, 2023, 02:15:07 PM
Dwight Howard really wants to be back in the league next year. I’m honestly a bit shocked he wasn’t in the league last year. I still think he’s a top 10 center in the league. Same with DeMarcus Cousins. I hope they both, along with Isaiah Thomas (who has been working out for teams this offseason) get a chance to show they aren’t done yet.
I agree that Dwight still has got what it takes to be in the league. I think he decided on this one when his T1(Taiwan) team announced that he'll get a huge pay cut and that's why he's now voicing his interest in getting back to the NBA. I guess his Leopards team in Taiwan is pissed off on the way he reacts with his plays but that's his normal him.

A lot of veteran floppers will have to adjust to this now hehe. Good for the game.

1558  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tips on crypto investment on: July 12, 2023, 01:50:57 AM
I'll be honest and disagree with what OP said about being unsafe on relying on only a single coin. If this is not Bitcoin then that's fine and I agree but in general, relying on one coin and that means anything in the market so Bitcoin is included. Some may say that Bitcoin isn't a coin but let's just use the term crypto. Being a Bitcoin-only investor is one of the best and safest things that a newbie can depend on in this market. You know that the market is led by Bitcoin thus, that's why I don't agree with it being said as unsafe in general.
1559  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: July 11, 2023, 04:58:36 PM
Almost all casinos that offer sports betting nowadays also have e-sports. This seems to be a growing trend, I believe.
The market is big and there are usually lot of sports these days on which players like to bet as we have different taste so casinos have started e-sports wagering also along with sportsbook to capture that area also to attract more players to the platform.
E-sports is a huge industry and that's why just like the typical sports that we've grown up with, they're also in demand at these times. No need to be physically present at the event and can be done online. While it's known that the market is so big and expanded for the e-sports, it consists of different type of people especially the gamers and those casual gamblers that want to try other things that's becoming popular.
Yes, E-sports are getting their rightful place, and they are growing rapidly. We all know the demand for e-sports today is huge, especially in certain e-sports that have a huge fan base. That's driving an industry where the turnover is going to be very fast. And I believe most gamblers are fans of e-sports themselves, so putting them in one of the gambling categories is a very good thing.
You're right, most of the young people now are gaming enthusiasts, I see it in almost every gathering that they'll talk about it. There is a huge business opportunity in the world of e-sports and it should be able to be utilized, one of which is by making it a form of betting.
That's why Duelbits also have it. Just like the other sports that we're also betting on, it can't be denied that there's a big attention that's given to the e-sports industry.
Just like the past Dota 2 major in Bali as an example because there are other e-sports too that have competitive prize pools. Next to it is the Riyadh Masters in Saudi and people might be surprised by how much is the prize there for every participant. It's not yet on duelbits but we've got a few days away from it and it will be on the books for sure.
1560  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading and gambling on: July 11, 2023, 02:32:15 PM
There is a large difference between gambling and Bitcoin trading. It's often compared because many have observed that it's likely having both similarities.
If you're going to search on this section, you'll see the early topics that's been made about it and you'll see various thoughts about it but ending up with the same idea that it's just all about risking.
Just as a gambling, there are definite games wherein you can use strategies and analysis and that's the same in Bitcoin and in trading in general.
