2041  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: my expirience on site Trustdice.com SCAM on: March 27, 2023, 04:50:06 PM
I understand that you can not ask for your passport to be appostiled, but can it be legally verified by the notary? On your last... banter with their CM on their ann thread, they indicated that they didn't strictly requiring an apostilled verification, a simple "can be verified officially" is enough. Maybe you misunderstood what they asked on CG, although I'll have to say that I think you're not the only one misunderstood their statement, given what's said is,

But yeah, common mistake, simple misunderstanding, their CM love to twist words, or whatever, so let's move on. Is it possible to get a *.asice file from a notary for your passport? Maybe this method is easier than the one mentioned above. It's all they asked now to verify your identity,

[...]
You keep saying we insist on Appostile Number and you keep talking about it over and over again as if we are blocking the process with it. This is just a blatant lie. The fact is we have made it very clear and stated it for 2 times already, that we are not strictly requiring an Appoltile Number as long as it can be verified officially:
[...]

So with option 1, as everyone can see from below screenshot, in addition to Apostille Number, an .asice file can also work:

As of option 2, you neither need to provide Appoltile Number, because a sworn notary will confirm or disprove it in person.

[...]

Hey. Would you mind to show how to tag users and merge all the messages at the same time but in some convenient way? I'm still a bit confused with the messages format you guys use here. Maybe I missed something c:
Also, please just don't refer to Google Play concerning the MegaPari app. As mentioned previously, we are investigating the case. I will add the instruction to the first post in this thread to avoid further frustration.
[...]

By tagging users, I assume you're referring to mentioning their name in sense that you told the readers that your reply is addressed to the user, and strictly for that. There's another "mention" in a sense that the person you "tagged" will get a notification through email or tg, but it's a rather different topic, easy to understand and very helpful, but out of context on this current discussion, so we will not talk about it right now.

For your case, you can simply catch your reader's attention and made them understand that certain user is being talked about, or "mentioned", simply by adding "@" in front of their username, or put the username on bold. For example, @holydarkness or holydarkness, or you can even simply mention them without any additional format, holydarkness, most readers would understand you're talking about them or mentioning them.

As for merging all messages, it's actually not as hard as you thought.

Upon composing a reply, if you scrolled down to another post, you'll see an "insert quote button",

Pressing them will --as the name suggested-- insert that quote into the draft you currently typed. So, you can, for example, replied to my post, click two enters to give some line space or put a separating line --"[ hr ]"-- to indicate that your reply to the said person is over, click the "insert quote" button to indicate the next paragraph will be to address the person you quoted above that paragraph, and so on.

Also, note that by doing this, most people would understand that you're talking to the person you quoted, so you don't really need to mention them again.
2043  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.GAME is stealing from customers (with proof) on: March 27, 2023, 05:39:27 AM
Hey can anyone please help me on shedding lite on this scam.casino? I have all the proof and everything you guys will need in disbelief when you see what I have I'm just trying to find out how to post the scam accurately on here to be sure everyone sees anyone please direct me too where I need to be to write a scam accusation of bc.gaming??? Please thanks

The guide is here, Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly). The button to create a new thread can be found on the top right corner of each board,

If you want to raise a scam accusation, then you're already on the right sub-board.

You can upload image of your proofs (screenshot, etc.) from imgur, imgbb, prnt, and the likes. The forum requires a newbie to buy a copper member to be able to show image, or you'll at least need to be a jr. member. But that's not really necessary, most likely than not, a highet rank member will quote your post to show the images
2044  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bounty Star is a Scammer on: March 26, 2023, 11:17:25 PM
Archiving the spreadsheet in case the said BM edited the content and/or locked it for private access only.

All of your accusations aside, the manager likely was NOT paid handsomely for posting and managing the bounty. Companies usually pay shit and hire the cheapest manager when it comes to bounties. So, if he was handed 15k to spread out among hunters, it might be enough for him to scam and take a load of it for himself.

I'm not saying they did scam and steal, i'm just letting you know it is possible.
Okay fine, let us all agree he wasn't paid well thou that's never an excuse to temper with hunter's reward. Nobody will force you to accept their offer. One can politely decline the job if the pay is too poor. He accepted whatever offer made by the project team and its possible they've paid him so why smuggling names in the spreadsheet for personal gains? Your comment sounds like you see nothing wrong with what the manager did. You're also a manager and you know that singular act is unprofessional. Most of the campaigns prohibits any form of cheating, why the manager himself engaged in cheating? Very detestable from a manager. Such managers can not be trusted.

I can't see anywhere on yahoo's post that sounded like he saw nothing wrong with what the BM did. He even made himself and the purpose of his post clear on the last part of it.
2045  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sherbet.com 1206$ SCAM (stolen deposit) on: March 26, 2023, 10:35:45 PM
What is response to the post made by the sherbet.com forum representative where they claimed the sportsbook company definitely stated you were involved in fraudulent activity?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5446145.msg61977685#msg61977685

This is what's wrong and is one of the biggest problems in crypto-betting. Find value, place bets and win = Fraud.

Value bets does not equal fraudulent activity

To loosely quote someone explained value betting once to me, "yes, value bets are not illegal as in you'll be jailed for it, but it's heavily frowned upon by sportbetting platforms". I think it's one of the common knowledge amongst sportbettors.
2046  Economy / Gambling / Re: MEGA:PARI | Gambling&Betting | TAKE PART IN CRYPTO GIVEAWAY 💸💸💸 on: March 26, 2023, 07:42:51 AM
and if they find just one connection with same IP between my friends account and my account, i will stoping accusations and admit the fact that they stolen legally from me the half of my money.
just one

come on megapari, find one same IP between both accounts. i bet u to try
Let's suppose you are indeed friends, for the sake of argument: how did they connect both accounts If you insist that you never used the same device, ip, location,, or anything that may link you to each other! Don't you think this is a bit weird? What are the odds of them picking one specific account and by chance it appears it's your friend's.
Banning accounts because they are friends doesn't make sense. Am sure they did it because they believe both accounts belong to the same person.
However, I'd prefer if they provide more evidence before taking a final decision.

Was asking the same to OP on his scam accusation thread. I even went a bit further asking if OP used his friend's referral code when signed up, given he said his friend was the one recommended it to them. That'll create a possibility where megapari could make a connection that both accounts know each other to a certain degree.

But OP said that he didn't use the ref code, closing any possible trace that megapari could use to zero in to his friend, who live hundreds of miles away, down to the full name, amongst possibly hundreds of people from his country using the platform.

If megapari did a lucky guess, I'll say it's a helluva new level of lucky.
2047  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MEGAPARI Scam Report on: March 25, 2023, 07:30:15 PM
well, they actually said my friends name

but ok, anyway, they are lying. impossible we have same ip, device and bullshit, living in different cities.

they are just making up thing to justifiy the stolen money from my account

shame on megapri, bunch of scammers

We understand you were recommended the site by that friend, Lopez Marcos? And you both preferred different methods for depositing funds; you by crypto and Marcos by fiat? May I assume you sign-up with his referral code? Or were you signing up without any ref. code at all?

no referal code, and nothing else in commom (we live hundres of miles away) except he is my friend and told me im betting here because this website has a lot of markets

i just registered on my own, deposit by crypto (and yes my friend deposit with fiat because he does not have any crypto thing), make few bets, then all of a sudden i was not able to bet more than 1€ (just 2-3 days after registering) and when i wanted to withdraw, thousands of proof (even sending selfie with my id and the conversation with megapari in the background, all in the same picture), and the fucking scammers just allowed me to withdraw half of the money i had in the account FOR NO REASON

@Team_MegaPari, scammers, please, i dont give a shit if you publish my ip data, way of deposit, id, device, etc. 100% everthing is different of my friends account. be honest just for once in your life, and admit we have nothing to do with each other in any term

Then I find myself in a position so hard to understand how MegaPari could have guessed and/or make a connection between you and Lopez Marcos. I asked if you use his referral code or not in hope to get a better understanding for the case, how the findings made by megapari was initially founded and on what basis. Well, in a way, it does; it just didn't lean towards your favor.

Initially we've established that he's a friend of yours, who live in another city, hundreds of miles away, have different IP for sure, different device to access the site, different preferred deposit method --one prefers crypto and one prefers fiat. I would assume you both has different preferences of games too. We also learned that he recommended megapari to you, but you've never use his referral code.

So basically there's no ties between you and him, as you stated yourself above. Wouldn't you agree that it's a hell of a lucky guess that Megapari could connect the dots between the two of you down to the first, middle, and last name? I can't fathom how low is the probability of guessing correctly that you and Mr. Marcos are "acquainted", given all of the points above.

Imagine how many people in your country played on their site, few good hundreds are even probably played from the same city with you, maybe even your own neighbor played on megapari too, and for unfathomable reason megapari could have guessed that you and someone else hundreds of miles away from you are --at the very least-- friends? With no prior things that could connect your dot to his?

We are in 2023 now, not in 2022.

Account is  blocked in 2022 09 .

SO answer Please Sir, how they allow me deposit and play many matches if i was  flagged and connected to many of these accounts.

And when the profit came, ok you  flagged Wink)))) Give me a break.

Give me freaking deposit back of 1300 usd.. Cheaters

Yes, I am well aware we are in 2023, as aware as that my question left unanswered. Allow me to change the question into something more specific, to better fit your narration: "is there a good, harmless, non-detrimental, benevolent --you name it-- reason behind the threads offering to buy for sportsbet account(s) all while your main account is being banned for multi-acc?"
2050  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportsbet.io Steal money on: March 24, 2023, 11:28:51 AM
Quoting to give further --although unnecessary, as I'll still do it regardless-- relevance:

Are you 100% sure you didn't use multiple accounts on Sportsbet website?
We can always call some of the Sportsbet team members and they can easily prove if this is true or not, without revealing your personal information.
[...]

Yes im sure i didnt used multiple accounts for what reason i should do it ? I would never risk 1300 if i was doing it. [...]

I'm notifying Steve about this thread, he'll usually come to give SB's side of the story once he's online.

Meanwhile, just curious, OP,  what's the reason behind the request to buy an unverified account? Disregarding that the said account is not the one being questioned right now, I don't think buying an account is allowed by them, or at the very least, it's heavily frowned upon.

So they now do what you to do this procedure. Do you think you will be able to do it?

This is taking longer than I expected, for sure, But good thing is that Casino Guru is giving everyone fair ground to prove that they are right.

I can not do it, because it is impossible. Can not make this procedure with passport.
Check it: https://m.likumi.lv/ta/id/155411-dokumentu-legalizacijas-likums
point 7 . 4

I think a little bit more context will be helpful here. The article you pointed out was talking about these paragraph, translated by google:

Quote
Article 7. It is forbidden to legalize the following public documents issued in Latvia:

1) documents that do not meet the document design requirements set out in regulatory enactments;

2) documents that are technically impossible to certify due to the actions of the document submitter (for example, the document submitter laminated the document himself);

3) electronic documents that do not meet the requirements for the design and circulation of electronic documents specified in the regulatory acts;

4) derivatives and translations of identity documents.

So basically you're pointing out that your govt didn't allow a legalization of derivatives --not sure I understand this part-- and translation for your passport? Wasn't the passport, the document we want to be legalized here, is the original, non-translated one?
2052  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: my expirience on site Trustdice.com SCAM on: March 24, 2023, 06:59:39 AM
Casino Guru reviewed my situation, and now TrustDice casino are marked with BAD REPUTATION.
Casino Guru asked to make video verification of my person. I already wrote that of course i can do it, without any problem. What a new reason casino will try to find to do not pay?! But now you can see that casino now have bad reputation, link here: https://casino.guru/trustdice-casino-the-player-s-account-got-blocked
So now my words became facts.
So they now do what you to do this procedure. Do you think you will be able to do it?

This is taking longer than I expected, for sure, But good thing is that Casino Guru is giving everyone fair ground to prove that they are right.

I gave the legalization process document a read, the procedure for said verification is quite... not simple, at least not as simple as directly verifying the validity of the document by directly video conferencing with TD's representative. OP has to get an appointment online with a nominated notary selected by the govt based on their region, prepare a device and/or install an app that enable them to sign a message online, and pay some fee. But I have to agree that it's probably the best way to make sure that the passport verification is as legal and neutral as possible, given it's checked and validated by an appointed notary.

My question to OP is quite the same: will you do it? If I may be honest, I would really love to see what's the end of this case tell us as it's quite an interesting story.

this is bullshit.
i only created one account. based on what are u  assuming I created more than one?? are u crazy?

u cant prove that and your acussations are so false. not same ip, not same device, not same email, not same ID, not even the persone u talking about is relative of mine. i sent you all the proofs u asked for, absolutely all, how can u say is a fake profile?Huh what are you talking about? u can't prove anything, i can prove everything. stop saying bullshits

u dont want to pay me whats its mine because of nothing, u have no right nor reason not proof.

so please, if u consider yourself a serious website, not a scammer, allow me to withdraw what is mine

proof u didnt allow me to withdraw the full amount:

proof u only allow me to withdraw this amount (146.23usdt from a total of 262.21usdt):

You've created an accusation thread against them and their representative is attentive on that thread. Please divert all of your arguments, answers, proofs, complaints, and defense there. It's quite troublesome for anyone overseeing the case on the scam accusation board if they have to simultaneously read both threads.

Team_MegaPari, completely unrelated to the case, this is the first time I looked at your thread and see your preferred method to answer queries to people. If I may give you an advise, you might want to reply them in one post, put the separating line --[ hr ], without space-- if you want to make distinct separation between each reply. Consecutive post will usually be merged by mods.
2054  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MEGAPARI Scam Report on: March 23, 2023, 11:36:52 AM
Hey.
The player has deposited  98,94 USDT at first. The money had been used to place bets before the verification process begun.
The player has made few withdrawal attempts, but it could not be processed, and the funds came back to his account. The reason for that was that the security dept has requested to pass the KYC process first. The player has provided the requested documents, but the team must have found matching data with another account that belonged to Lopez Iglesias Marcos, which is the players' friend.
It is not allowed to share any data with other people for placing bets on the platform, incl. family and friends. As the violation of the rule, the team has started to cancel bets  that were made on the platform. The total amount was  262.21  USDT.
When the company faces with unfair gambling activity, the winnings gained as a result of violation of the T&C are not be paid off. In that case, we get 262.21  USDT minus the amount of winning = 148.83 USDT that are successfully credited to the player's bank account.

I think it would be best to re-upload the image with OP's email address censored, just to be safe and sure you're still giving your best to protect their privacy. I understand that you also asked for Mr. Marcos' KYC and thus know that the same ID are shared on both account?

I haven't read your whitepaper yet, as it's 65 pages and definitely not what I'd like to call a light reading before bed, but meanwhile, as your project is an ERC-based token, it'll be more fitting if you move the topic to token sub-board. There should be a button to "move topic" at the bottom left of the page.

But for the time being, anyone signing up on your site just to try your flagship feature will have to get through firebase? I understand that it's automated service, but I also understand --if I perceive it correctly-- that there's a way for the web developers to collect the data, wouldn't you agree that it'll contribute certain degree of reluctance from the users? Especially as your competitors doesn't require any data for people just to try their service.

The error that the photos did not appear on the entry page was fixed

https://ibb.co/BsHt9nH

That doesn't exactly answered what I asked, ir even remotely close to covering the point. The question is: if anyone want to test your feature, they have to create account and/or login through firebase, where you possibility has access to see their data such as email and profile picture?

For a comparison so you get what's your competitors offered, craiyon didn't require you to create an account just because you're curious about their ai-image-generator.

And umm... where are we on the team details? I thought it'll be released "very soon" last week?
2057  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MEGAPARI Scam Report on: March 22, 2023, 02:01:37 PM
Hi. We have investigated the case and here are the results:
You have requested the deposit of 150 USD which was credited to your Account number 571721597.
The security team has asked you to pass the KYC process  on 17.03.2023. The verification failed as the team has traced multi-accounting activity in accordance with the provided documents. This is T&C violation, namely 2.32: "[...]"
Moreover, owning few accounts is considered as an unfair gambling activity - that is why you were able to withdraw only your initial deposit and not the winnings gained with few accounts. According to the info from the financial dept, the withdrawal is successful. Should you have any other questions, you are welcome to ask me.

I don't think I understand correctly, were you saying that OP tried to cheat with multiple accounts and pooled the winnings into one account --not familiar with your platform, but I'll guess you allows user-to-user fund transfer-- and tried to withdraw them? If I understood you correctly, then OP is dumb, but can you provide a screenshot of multiple accounts transferring their winnings into the main account, to help backing up your claim?

Actions of this person could be considered at least as a phishing, and anyone sending his details to this person is risking to get his details used in a way he wants.

In addition, here are a few messages received from the person:
http://prntscr.com/xRB6c6-ey_Ga
https://imgur.com/JhW9pJB
Thanks for sharing the message received from the O.P of this thread about promising to offer you 1 BTC if only you delete your post, because that proves he is a scammer just like you, (haha..🤣) trying to lure people off their hard earn money. Because by virtue that up till this moment, he has refused to come out to defend your first counter-attack, is a clear sign O.P had an ulterior motive for creating this thread. And all thanks to everyone who has given him red trust, and I will kindly advise everybody to please stay away from this thread, as O.P has been proven to be a scammer just like the original 1xbit website.

You understand the message wrongly, OP tried to extort 1xbit --which, ironically, is the lesser of two evils on this case-- by asking for 1btc in exchange of OP deleting his post and give full access of his account to 1xbit, not offering.

The ulterior motive has also been nicely explained by OP on his second message, namely gathering customer's login details and funds confiscated,

Not sure how that'll scare 1xbit, given the best OP can do with the details he got is compiling a list of the victims and the total sum scammed, which would just further paint 1xbit one or two shades darker on their already vantablack reputation, where it's also quite established here that they couldn't care less about.

I see that your whitepaper is in Cyrillic, is there or will there be an English version available so I can read them and understand your project better? Kinda weird, at least to me, that you're ready to go global but your project details are lacking the supporting features to help achieving this goal. 2060  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Offering Malicious Script Service - XDrainer on: March 21, 2023, 02:56:01 PM
I didn't know there was such a thing as this, OP. Thank you for sharing this. It's the first time I saw that drainer thing. It really is made to get people's attention that you could make money from these things. We all know that many people are really into that making money thing, and some people do it for the sake of themselves even though it causes harm to others.

You did a good thing, IMO. Also, having that exposed here in the Scam Accusations board would make others think otherwise.

If I have to be honest, prior to posting this thread and take a quick google search after it, I was divided between thinking if this is a serious offer of malicious software or is this an attempt to scam a scammer-wannabe, i.e.: offering a dud software. Sure, I've stumbled upon several people sharing their story of being hacked or warning about the possible hack through telegram, but this is the first time I finally "introduced" to the software and how it works; drain-ware, is what developers and cyber-security-analysts named them.

Tsk tsk tsk I support the notion. It's a good thing you posted this here. I remember maybe it was around November I think? when there was a massive wallet drain happened on solana platform. I think this guys are attacking every platform just earn money. For sure those who are newbies and unaware about this specially in social media would think it a normal extension that you'd only need to connect your wallet.

I think this software is not exclusively threatening newbies, inexperienced --or even experienced-- BM and those who dealt with contract-approval of web3 frequently are also at risk, in a sense that they might led into the trap in guise of escrow or NFT welcome bonus. Reading this article and from what can be inferred from the scammer's suggestion, one of the MO seems to be duplicating an existing platform, so even when people researching the said platform before they connect their wallet, they'll led to believe that the phishing site is legit as they shared the same name.
