601  Economy / Gambling / Re: NanoGames.io on: August 06, 2023, 08:39:48 PM
If you are an official rep or affiliate with connections to nanogames, then tell them welcome back to Bitcointalk. We hope they will decide to stay around longer this time and actually be a bit active in the community, because that kind of marketing is more important than any other kind. You cannot really expect to post a topic and just leave for a few years, hoping that people will randomly find your topic, which by this point is lost, somewhere at the bottom of the topics list..... You have to stay active and post a lot. Interact with the community. Offer bonuses, rewards and signature campaigns.

That is just my advice.

Seems that the OP is just an affiliate as based also with his username.
In any case, people should just check the site directly without entering any affiliate link or name if they want to.
This is not a new site, so if the official team will revive their presence in the forum, they can just be active on their old thread.
Because if the OP is not directly part of the team, he can't answer some critical questions from the users or can't address their issues.
So let's see how the OP will answer some questions here, and see what he has to say about his official designation on this casino.
602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul Vs Nate Diaz boxing Aug 5th on Dazn PPV on: August 06, 2023, 08:06:49 PM
They have yet not reached that discussion AFAIK. Although Jake had been training with UFC fighters, it could just be for Nate to hope he can get even. In boxing JP couldn't KO Diaz but in UFC cage, JP will definitely find himself in trouble when he is not in a real MMA fight and being taken down. That is Nate's world already and JP wouldn't put himself in such a situation. And so the reason why it's not in a contract. Nate may be old for boxing but in UFC fight, Nate has more experience. I doubt Jake will agree to fight.
I don't understand why you say that Jake Paul will refuse that while according to what I read he has himself propose the deal to Nate Diaz, in addition he has already signed a contract with the PFL organization to make MMA fights. So I really think he will do it in the coming months or very few years. He will maybe fight one or two other opponents to begin, before facing Nate Diaz but he will definitely do it because I don't think he runs behind glory and victories, but just behind money. When his brother Logan Paul dared to face Mayweather it wasn't to try to beat obviously.

These 2 brothers are really up to their game so long they are seeing potential money making fights.
But I believe Paul will be very cautious as he wants to maintain his winning status after Nate's wins.
So yes, he may be facing opponents in MMA before facing again Nate Diaz. He will continue chasing potential boxers or MMA fighters,
so long he is seeing he has some sort of following on these sports, because that means, he will be earning more.
Actually, more than what most professional boxers are earning. So I don't think he will stop anytime soon trying to figure out who's next on his list.
603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Really Burn helps Token in positive way? on: August 06, 2023, 07:26:52 PM
It was before as I witness huge changes in its price but for now, it somewhat looks different. That is why I don't want to believe such words saying that it helps to a price increase because what I see is that it doesn't matter much many is the total supply, as long as it was a legit project, it gradually grows from time to time. In fact, so many projects have a huge market cap but still, they are able to pump during the bull season which means that they really have the potential despite it's number.

Sometimes this is just a counter measure done by a dying project so that they can revive it back and maybe try to gain the attention of their old investor then convince them that there's something good to happen on their project and use that bull season as their main tool to hype the people following their project. Hard to find legit project nowadays and maybe for now its good to buy and trade any of those new crypto while they are in bullish condition since its hard to get stress when price drop came or it became a total scam.

Or better yet, this is the strategy of those projects who want to attract naive buyers.
Saying they are burning, to reduce its supply and so it will possibly contribute to its price increase.
However, we should take note that the increase may not only come from the decreasing supply.
But in most cases, it is how the team is progressing with their actual developments on the project.
Without visible movement on the platform, hard to expect a gradual increase on its price in the market.
Burning some of their supply will only help if they will also do some action on their coin itself.
604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Importance of Gambling to the society on: August 05, 2023, 09:52:18 PM
Pretty bad move to justify the existence of gambling with taxes. Nobody likes taxes  Grin
It seems to me that the benefits of gambling are entertainment - since people are ready to spend a lot of money on this (I mean the total turnover of money in the industry), then they are satisfied with the resulting product. When consumers are satisfied, this is the benefit.
That’s how the government brainwashed the society with their taxes.  Grin
Well, somehow its true especially in my country where we fully depend on collection of taxes. The other benefit is gambling can be a stress reliever especially if you are seeking for entertainment only and losing money is ok for you. Pros and cons are always there, you just have to look for a more good reason why you gamble.

How I look at this industry is that somehow it really helps the government earn some income to assist other government projects.
Just a very good example was during the pandemic. Gambling industry (online) was one of the few industries which continued their services.
And so it was one of the industries that augmented the income of the government while they were finding ways to recover in this crisis.
As we can't discard this industry as it has been with the humanity since time immemorial, just see the positive side of it and you won't see much of its negative impact to others. Besides, it is the gamblers themselves that are making this negative because of their addiction and other stunts.
605  Economy / Economics / Re: The leads of Consumption to Productions on: August 05, 2023, 09:22:11 PM
OP, you were cherished by your parents for a long time. This is primarily their fault, not yours. Parents, from the beginning of education, should prepare their children for an independent life, as if you were suddenly left entirely alone. Every age group should be prepared for this in one way or another.
But, God, at thirty, are you dependent on your parents? How can this be? You know, there is an expression that says, Up to thirty years, you must work for your name, and after thirty years, your name must work for you.
You are a late adult.
I don't know how real this story is, but it reminds me of the stories of self-made millionaires. But in your case, you are very old. And if it is true, then "bow" to your parents, and let them return all the reproaches in your direction.
Sometimes parents stupidly "do good" to their children with excessive care, making them unprepared for adulthood.
This is exactly what I am trying to build at this moment. When you are a child that has been protected until real life like me, you do not really know the value of stickling with one thing and then you could make a profit. Right now, I am just working on making a name for myself, trying to build not a business but myself, if I can make myself be as important as I can be, then I could do whatever and people would follow.

Right now, I am working on making it work as much as possible and that means I am going to end up being a little different for a few more years, probably another decade, but after that maybe I will get to a point where I could be someone and that name would make me some money instead and help me retire.

We have our own time in this world, so don't hurry and learn the ropes of life.
We have our own upbringings and so different perspectives in life.
As we go thru this life, we will have so much things to learn. Parents were there to for so many reasons.
If they fail to address to teach some life lessons, you still have your lifetime learning all these things.
The important thing is we don't give up in this life as we are always learning to survive on this world.
606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anonymity is no longer a benefit of gambling with cryptocurrency. on: August 04, 2023, 09:54:25 PM
Regarding updating those articles where anonymity is being advertised as one of crypto casinos advantages, then I agree with you. This is no longer valid.
However, using cryptocurrencies still has some advantages over traditional payment systems when it comes to privacy and anonymity.
For example, if you use bitcoin to make a deposit or a withdrawal, your bank will not know about it, unlike when using your credit card or your bank account.

There are still casinos which are KYC-free for certain players especially small time players.
However, you need to be careful in sending your funds to any casino, as the reputation is still important in choosing which casino to play with.
Anonymity may not be true to most casinos these days, but if you are using crypto to deposit, I don't think your government will lurk into your gambling activities.
But you still need to check your gambling protocols, so as not to have trouble with the authorities, when it comes to accessing these sites.
607  Economy / Economics / Re: Are short-term rentals to blame for the lack of housing? on: August 04, 2023, 09:16:48 PM
-snip-
In the end people keep on blaming the government for their financial inequality which causes them to face some problems in their social life. I understand your feelings - but the government will not be able to change the fate of all its citizens 100% and fulfill all the wishes of its citizens.

At least we are responsible for ourselves rather than depending on government policies that favor us. Of course we can expect the government to be able to solve all these problems thoroughly – but our destiny is our own responsibility. Ultegra134 - governments care about their citizens, but sometimes they can't touch every citizen with favorable policies.

That is true, on a personal level, you need to resolve such issues because the government can't address all those problems.
They can only do so much for its citizens, and the rest is the hard work of its people.
If you think you are not earning enough, look for alternative jobs that can add to your income.
And find ways how you can get out of your situation, like saving or find a low-cost housing. It would take time, but you need to do your work on this.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A person who won 600k$ in lottery on: August 04, 2023, 08:04:57 PM
~snip~All of us who gamble dream about some crazy big win, but... but... we need to be real here. Big wins happen, but not so often, and for sure not for every one of us.

Only those who are lucky can get big wins. But look how many players are competing for big wins. there are very few chances to win big. Someone who won $600k would have used the profits for the rest of their life. Just bet a few dollars and he won a $600k lottery, it's unbelievable but it's true. It's very rare for players to get that big. I hope he can enjoy his big win and not put it all back into gambling.

Winning such a huge amount is one in a million chance and it rarely happens. It's hard to win that prize even if you got all the luck in the world so if ever you'll be given a chance, you have to be wise in spending because to be honest, no matter how big the prize that you might have, you could still lost everything in just a short time if you will not use the money wisely.
No matter how billions you may take, if you will allow everyone around you to abuse you and you will not manage your finances wisely, you will still end up losing everything.

If you won't spend it smartly, any amount of money won't last a lifetime.
But if you happen to find a way how to grow this, even small amount of winnings will give you a lifetime source of income.
So if by chance, you will win that lottery, better use it wisely to improve your living and not use it all back to your gambling activities.
Such chance is very rare, it won't even happen again in your life. Better think of the consequences you may have to exhaust such luck.
609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do wager affect outcomes in any provably fair games on: August 03, 2023, 10:10:39 PM
I noticed that when I start to play games like keno, limbo, dice, etc. First some bets don't hit and after wagering some percentage of my balance it starts to hit,
How it works? like when we wager we have more probability to hit win, anyone noticed this? Do you know how it works and what is the calculation behind it?, do server sends outcomes by checking our wager?

Casinos have spent decades, if not centuries, researching and optimizing many various psychological tricks that will entice players into spend more money with them. Every day they have vast pools of additional data to mine through and determine the patterns that an average player will take in all aspects of their account ownership. The flashy games and special promotions are all part of the act, but they are doing their best to manipulate you into spending more and luring you with false promises of victory. Even without any mechanisms that might be manipulating you automatically in the background, the simple fact is that every single bet is independent of the others and each one is weighted towards the house, so they always win in the end - they are completely upfront about the RTP percentage.

The OP is talking about if the more we wager, the better we have the chance to hit the winnings.
Which for me is not the case here, as it is gambling, so it is based on luck and the house edge of the game.
And if it is provably fair system, your wagering amount has nothing to do with the outcome of your bets.
Check about their RTP percentage and you will understand more about the results of your games.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin helps the economy of all circles on: August 03, 2023, 09:36:42 PM
Yes and yes, I must conclude. I started my BTC journey at a time when some of my friends where learning how to trade. I just tagged along and was interested in every discussion that concerns it.
I wouldn't say I am among those who has fancied remote work more, but it was as the covid 19 era proved that it is possible to actually work from home, that the BTC revelation began.
I am still trying to upgrade my knowledge on trading, but with the little knowledge I have, I have been able to setup myself without any reliance on anyone for money or food.
I can easily make transaction with oversea clients and am confident my goods gets to my door step because the decentralized network has more than created a trust system, that I can do business with whom I don't know.

I believe a lot of people truly appreciate the presence of crypto market in general not only bitcoin during the pandemic period.
As people were stuck in their homes, they were looking for options on how to earn something to survive.
Hence, some people discovered the world of crypto, and started their journey during this challenging period.
But in my case, my journey was way way back and this market actually helped me in so many ways, not only earning some additional income, but I learned a lot about this technology, from compiling wallets, mining, staking to trading, and a lot more. I have a lot to thank this market.
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EXPECTIONS FROM LITECOIN HALVING on: August 03, 2023, 09:10:46 PM
LTC halving is not like Bitcoin halving, where there is usually a lot of buy pressure in the market. I don't think many crypto enthusiasts really know it's Litecoin's halving without being told or unless they are LTC investors. The reason is that there's usually not much of a spike in the price compared to the way it is with Bitcoin. So, even with the halving news, I don't think investors should really be overconfident that they can make a huge profit.

From the looks of it, it seems that LTC holders are just silently holding their coins.
There's not too much fuss about this halving, but there may be good developments on this old alt.
What I like about this old coin is that you can basically find this in any trading platform and with cheap tx fees.
But we haven't heard much about the progress on what's new with this project, hence, not so much talk about this.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Possible measures to stop online gambling addiction. on: August 02, 2023, 09:59:46 PM
Gambling addiction is best solved by having gambling budget which is very small to the amount you are earning, like 5% of the 100% you are earning.

Responsible gambling comes from inside you, it is not about ads or anything.

But generally you should block ads, not just gambling but because they are frustrating. You can use ad blockers to block ads.

You should also have other important things in mind, and playing gambling games should just be like your stress reliever,
and not because you are relying for possible passive income. Because depending on this activity would give you so much trouble sooner or later.
With ads or not, the decision is indeed from your end. And should not click them randomly because some are phishing sites.
And much better if before you start your gambling session if you have allotted budget, and you can stick with such budget.
613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is AI in crypto a game-changer or just another hype? on: August 02, 2023, 09:34:17 PM
Considering that AI is on its infancy and already created this much hype, usually what kills any hype is that nothing improves. This is also not just about crypto, AI is in everything we do and its an important thing and that's a difference. However, even if we just think about crypto terms, we can say that things like DeFi and NFT and all that they just existed, stayed the same, didn't improve much and lost their hype because of that. Now that we are looking at the situation right now, we could say  that AI will keep on improving and being better, and that is why its not just another hype, its going to be something a lot bigger than what it is today because it will improve for sure.
I agree that AI is better than those projects before and it actually gains more interest knowing that AI is considered one of the used tools these days. I say it was a hype and a game-changer but despite the capability it has, we shouldn't have to be solely reliant on this as is still have some limitations for sure. However, as the development continues and their competition, we can expect better and better AI technology that can be applicable in all areas.

Remember that it won't work on its own, it will still need human intervention as you still need to set them up.
Many people thought that once they integrate AI in their trading, it will work on their own and just collect profits.
So yes, many are mistaken on this idea because they have misconception when it comes to AI capabilities.
It may not be a hype but the current advancement in our technology, but to exhaust its potential, as I mentioned, it needs human programming.
614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Borrow to Buy Bitcoin is Not Advisable.Consider the Factors Before Doing That. on: August 02, 2023, 08:46:51 PM
Taking loans is a setback in life.
Taking a loan to do business is not a set back. All determine what you use the loan for. When you use the loan for a progressive business, you can pay the loan at the said time. Many people have taken loan to start business and succeed in life. When you take loan and use it to do business and have interest daily then you can pay back the loan so I didn't see any setback in it. But my concern is on bitcoin investment because of it volatile nature.

It won't be a setback if the person knows what he is doing, and know how to achieve success in his chosen business.
That is true, some people can attain success by taking a loan for their respective business.
But one should really be careful in doing so because you can easily be in deep debt if your business is not earning.
As much as possible, pay your debts once you are already generating income, so you won't be tied to the loan sharks.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever felt remorse after gambling? on: August 02, 2023, 08:03:26 PM
It is clear that the demo and real modes are very different and the feeling when playing them is different.

Demo mode is just a form of simulation of how the game is. If you win, it's normal and if you lose, it sucks. Just a demo, you have to lose. There's also no sensation or challenge when playing it, even though it's not in vain playing it because it's easier for us to understand the rules of the game before playing for real.

Meanwhile, when playing real, sometimes it's different when we play in demo mode, but that can be an illustration when playing. When playing real there are full of thrills and challenges that increase our passion to keep playing and nothing more amazing when playing real gambling is when you get a big win in the last seconds before the end of the game.
Using money or not makes a great deal of difference when it comes to gambling games, gambling games on their own are not precisely the most fun if you are not using any money, as the games can be very repetitive, however when you use money things change dramatically as now even if the game itself remains the same the fact you can change your bet and make it higher or lower makes all the difference in the world, and makes gambling way more entertaining as that thrill cannot be obtained when you use play money.

But let us admit that it is more fun if you are using your spare money and not your money for basic needs.
And you have no worries if you lose or win, because it doesn't affect your financial needs.
Demo mode has no thrill as you know you are not spending your real money, so whether you lose here or not, doesn't matter much.
But when you start using your own funds, that's when you are more careful with your bets, hoping each bet to favor you.
616  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for August on: August 01, 2023, 09:57:49 PM
I wouldn't discount the potential for a deeper correction, but I don't think there's anything wrong about otherwise. I expect a sideway between $29k - $31k, but if a correction occurs then I don't expect bitcoin price to drop any lower than $26k.

I chose "no", that's because I think new investors will take advantage of this momentum to invest. Some long time investors will also accumulate, but I don't expect bullishness to happen in August.

Those who are waiting for this drop, definitely, will buy more as they are the believers of this market potential.
A lot of people are saying that they will buy btc when it drops to 30k, so let's see if they will do such buying spree.
And whatever sentiments we have, we are all just speculators. So whatever you feel will be the next movement in the market, better prepare for yourself.
It is your money at stake if you decide to invest on this market, so it is up to you how you will safeguard such investments.
617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Collective bets in local lotteries on: August 01, 2023, 09:34:54 PM
When you bet with a group you run the risk of whomever claims the money being able to fuck everyone. If the group as a whole is allowed to collect the prize that's 1 thing, but if only 1 person can claim the prize there is big risk involved.

If you have a group of people whom you can trust, risking a few dollars for a decent payday is fine. Just keep what I say in mind, it could lead to a big drama fest.

That is true, when it comes to money, even friends can have bad blood once they learn there's money on the line.
Would be good if you have people that you can trust through and through, if not, better place your bet alone.
It may give you higher chances betting as a group, but the consequences may not be great once you start collecting some winnings.
Have read some nasty situations already in this forum alone, 2 friends getting huge winnings ended with one hiding from his friend along with the winnings.
618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The beauty of Bitcoin is in use case. on: August 01, 2023, 08:33:38 PM
The reality is that for Bitcoin to become a ubiquitous technology and means of payment, it needs to be integrated into applications and accepted by various companies and institutions in the market. The development and actual adoption of Bitcoin plays an important role in determining its growth rate and spread.

Having a variety of applications and uses of Bitcoin can facilitate the fulfillment of user needs and the creation of real value. For example, the integration of Bitcoin into online payment applications, retail points, financial services and other areas can help expand its use. The spread of Bitcoin, its integration into real-life applications and uses, along with adoption from companies and institutions, is critical and will play an important role in defining the future. of Bitcoin.

We are already heading that way, more and more merchants are adding btc and other top alts in their payment system.
It won't be easy, but as long as companies and online merchants are integrating btc, we have hope about this adoption.
Just look at your local payment centers, are they now including btc in their payment method?
This will be years in the making. Remember, we are only like a decade old in this market, so the adoption would really take time.
619  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Online mining on: July 31, 2023, 09:08:34 PM
I just launch a website for Trade and Mining , And i want to ask from which site i can get license for add a Crypto online Wallet and Mining System and how i get profit from this
So what I can understand from this is that you want to implement an API engine in your website in order to add a crypto wallet. I am no web developer but I know this and that about it. So if I am correct on this, you will need a converting engine, a value-calculating engine, and one that will connect those wallets to your website. Kind of like swapping websites. This you will have to buy and there are many providers out there. You can contact them through many freelancing platforms. Or you can try out Services on this forum.

The second thing is mining. Do you have a mining farm? Are you going to run your farm using money that your customers will give you? And give them the profit from it after mining? If that's the case then you can try. but many won't be interested in it. On the other hand, if it's cloud mining, then forget about it. There's no such thing as cloud mining these days. All are scams.

From my impression on what the OP stated, he is not totally ready to go into crypto-related business.
So might as well, forget what he is thinking before he screwed up somebody's hard-earned money.
He will just be here to test waters and abandon his platform because he has no solid foundation of what he wants to do.
And if the OP is indeed referring to cloud mining, then totally forget about this idea. He will just ruin lives on what he is thinking here.
If he wants to do crypto mining, might as well, do it on his own, buy his own gadget and do the mining on his own, don't involve others if he is not equip the right tools to make this business a smooth sailing one.
620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Playing Slot Games On Demo/Free mode Vs Live/Paid Mode on: July 31, 2023, 08:20:48 PM
Depends on the game software. For example, the manufacturer Amatic in the demo version puts bonuses almost every 30 spins, but in the game for money, 500 spins and even more can go.
But the games from the manufacturer Netent demo version is no different

And that means, it depends on the provider of the slot games how they set-up in demo vs live mode.
In short, don't expect that the results in your demo mode can be the same when you play the live mode.
Remember also that there is house edge to account for, so you can't translate your good results from demo mode to happen easily in live mode.
And do take note, this game is based on luck. So each game of yours will have a different outcome, whether it is in demo or live mode or a different provider.
I won't think much that I should be playing live mode when I get good winnings from demo mode, because your results can be totally opposite when in live mode.
