781  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is BTC going on bearish trend now? on: September 03, 2017, 07:28:47 AM
For now it is a minor correction, but I would keep an eye on things over the next few days. The market is due for a major correction sooner or later. Personally, I am pretty shocked it has risen so much in so little time. I expected a major correction to happen sooner.

Exactly my thoughts too. Nothing bad in becoming prepared for a crash. It's long overdue.

Malakas po ba ito sa kuryente? gusto ko din magtry

Yes sir malakas po s kuryente.. Yung isa s amin nmin ang bill nya s kuryente last month is 124k..
So kung ganyan kalaki ang bill mo.. Malamang mas malaki pa jan ang kita mo hehee

Dito kasi s akin napaka negligible ng kuryente ko.
Wala pang 2k php a month.
Parang hindi ko naman po ata kakayanin yung 124K masyadong malaki napa "oh aking Diyos" ako sa laki, kelangan talaga ng kapital bago magsimula sa mining.

124k / month, di pa ba sinisilip ng Meralco yan? Haha.

I tried mining crypto back in 2014. Remember nung bago pa lang at kainitan ng pa ng scrypt ASICs? Bumili ako nun mga zeus nun, I was running about 12 MH/s sa isang multipool. Sadly, pababa ang price ng BTCBTCBTC nuon, di ako naka ROI. Ever since I stopped na. Kamusta na ba ang mining environment ngaun?
783  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coins.ph Customer Service on: September 03, 2017, 12:01:26 AM
Just wondering if there are any guys out there who recently encountered a problem on contacting their customer supports? A day ago I've cashed out just to use it personally.

Well if you're gonna contact them in their app during a weekend or a holiday, or past their office hours you're gonna have to wait a few more hours. Messaging their facebook page (thru messenger) is a lot faster.

During their office hours though, they respond pretty fast.
784  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinbase sees complaints grow on: September 01, 2017, 05:15:25 PM
Probably an impact of the current high fees and transaction times.

Man imagine all the legal expenses for these.

Now that the Kyrie drama is over, what's up with the Carmelo trade? Still no updates eh?
786  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Pumping 5000$ ? on: September 01, 2017, 11:58:13 AM
Never get into any alts as they are currently in some super strange moods of any time pumps and worst dumps, stick with Bitcoins.
Sooner or later you will get something more from your investments, so it's better to wait and hodl your btc instead of going for some uncertain alts.
The thing that made me feel awesome is that, even my portfolio went 1/4th, the price rose 4x and I am still getting what I invested in bitcoins with my fiat but I was lucky enough. Past performances don't guarantee future results.

Well since most of these alts have their values essentially tied to BTCBTCBTC, when the value of BTCBTCBTC rises, the fiat value of these alts rises too. So this cancels out the effect of people selling their stash in order to get btc.
787  Economy / Speculation / Re: September 2017 coming... Thoughts? on: September 01, 2017, 09:37:43 AM
Since August was all about highs, September is the month we should be cautious with trades. Kinda expecting a significant crash sometime this month. It's always better to be prepared.

Kyrie Irving Thanks Cleveland Cavaliers Fans

""My special thank you to Cleveland" *Link in Bio. My love extends way beyond the court I have for Cleveland and it will always be a place thats special because of the great people and experiences. The Ups and downs, we stand and fight no matter what the circumstances are, and that's what being in Cleveland embodies, it is all Love and a whole lotta pride. To the incredible individuals I've met who support the Cleveland organization and help allow us as Players to feel a special bond to the State/City and shared countless moments with, keep being YOU and know that my appreciation is eternal. Thank you From my whole being for being there as I was a 19 year old kid coming into the league, to now where I start another step in the journey as a 25 year old Evolving man. It will Always be Love and respect Cleveland. "The journey is always the Reward" #KyrieWick"

Cleveland Cavaliers fans will definitely miss this young guy but they have to accept that no Uncle Drew will be played on Cavs jersey this upcoming season. But hey Cavs fans already knows the feeling of being left so I think they will not bitter by this trade. Respect as always and thanks this guy for his distribution on Cavs franchise.

Yes it's different when LBJ left Cavaliers so I think acceptance will just be an easy task for Cavaliers fans now that Kyrie Irving left.

He wants a new journey so let's just respect this without linking Lebron James shadow issue because Irving must accept that if no Lebron James, no such thing as Cavaliers will make their first NBA champ. It's a team play and every Cavs players contribute to that championship. Now a new chapter for Irving and goodluck. Can't wait to watch the season opening. It will be a blast.

No such thing as burning jerseys here lol. I know Cavs community is matured enough to accept what's happened. And besides honestly, they care more for Lebron James over Kyrie Irving. It's just that Kyrie is a big loss.

But on the other hand, new additional players on the squad is all caliber player and well known for having a good performance last season in the jersey of Boston Celtics. Hope that they will able to do the same or even more wearing the Cavaliers jersey.

Hope they won't burn LBJ's jersey yet again when he decides to call it off next year. There are rumors still.
789  Economy / Speculation / Re: Invest in Bitcoin right now? on: September 01, 2017, 02:01:22 AM
Honestly at this point, I'd stay away from buying BTCBTCBTC.
790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: August 30, 2017, 05:56:15 AM
Can't wait for the start of the next season. This should be another exciting one as more players are showcasing their talents for different teams. I would love to see Kristaps Porzingis takeover the New York Knicks and unleash the full potential and hopefully become an All-Star. The West is still pretty predictable with the Warriors looking stronger than ever, while the East could be anybody's ballgame, given how the Bucks, the Wizards, and of course the Celtics have gained confidence in the last playoffs, but the Cavs could prove to still be the best in the East after all that's been said and done.

I've been excited to see the start of this season to see on how everyone is doing with their practice, adjustments with the new rosters and teammates. I'll keeping an eye all the time with Bucks, I just want to see this NBA league not to be dominated by the same team each season, give some doors to the new outstanding teams but they need to work harder.

Bucks is a young team and will be ready soon. A little bit more experience for the stars of this team and they will be ready to dominate Eastern conference. I am also looking forward for this team to be the next champion, if it gets managed right.

I think the sixers are also a young team. There rooster has only 2 veterans and of them is jj redick. But they have 3 number 1picks in the last 4 years so i guess they can have a good rebuilding team this year. I just hope they would not disappoint fans because there rooster are have at least 1 year experience. Emdid Saric Simmons and FUltz are there main contender maybe so i hope they can still do better this season.

Next season probably. The Sixers is a team full of young talent but without a capable leader. They're gonna waste it all unless their management decides to do something about it.
791  Economy / Speculation / Re: Segwit helping BTC on: August 29, 2017, 01:31:07 PM
Litecoin has gone to $64 all the way from $5. Segwit helped it happen. Will things like support for lightning network significantly assist Bitcoin's price?

Litecoin has surged because people are using it to move money to avoid bitcoin fees. Nothing to do with segwit (no-one uses segwit on the litecoin network).

Regarding bitcoin, stats show that only 1% of transactions are segwit, it's too complicated for users.

True. Bitcoin fees are just unbelievable these days.

Been reading this recent news about the recent big trade between Cavs and Celtics. Looks like things aren't over and we might see another surprises in more days to come.

Cavs To Consider Voiding Kyrie Irving Trade After Evaluating Isaiah Thomas

http://fadeawayworld.com/2017/08/26/breaking-cavs-to-consider-voiding-kyrie-irving-trade-after-evaluating-isaiah-thomas/

Anyways just a rumor.

Hip injury? I thought that was all recovered. Anyways, I've never heard of a trade void before, because of an injury. Would this be the first in case?

Another twist in the ongoing drama about the trade. It could be included in the contract as well, that they can void it once they see that Isiah Thomas is not fit to play in exchange of a healthy Kyrie Irving. Well its just a rumor and we will have to what for the next episode of this soap opera.

I also guessing that the extent of the injury of Isiah Thomas is not that big and he has already recovered. He's injury in not life threatening that he can't play anymore. But still though, maybe Cavaliers management just wanted to make sure because they are giving up their no. 2 scorer in the team.

Or it could be a bluff by the Cavs to get more assets from Boston.
can consider that mate as we knew that cavs really aiming again for another rematch against gsw and doing everything to make sure that they have that edge because losing kyrie will be a big adjustment though they've got thomas and  Crowder but still its different when kyrie who really can manage the floor without lbj inside, let see how this drama will end and how the season will start.

Actually, I've read an article analyzing the Cav's offense. There they conclyded that Kyrie, on his own, without LBJ on the floor, isn't very efficient, as compared to LBJ alone in the floor without Kyrie. So it suggests that it's Kyrie that needs LBJ in the team and not the other way around.

Well there is this one forum they call the "Home of internet marketing" Wink

You can always look there for methods.

It's BlackHatWorld, to save you the time googling for it just in case.
794  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hashflare and Genesis on: August 28, 2017, 02:38:06 AM
Both these platforms will not make you any money but all the contrary , they will make you lose some money or all of your money you invest there. Genesis Mining has contract rules that 99.9% of people don't read and get fooled that they will make money with them. These contracts states that if mining difficulty increases they shut down your miner making you lose a lot of money if not all investment. Hashflare is not very different from Genesis.

Even HashNest is like that, they're all the same. Actually, by experience, you can profit from these services if you would trade GHs on their secondary markets. It's just like trading alts with dividends (your mining profits).
795  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Sites like wirex? on: August 28, 2017, 02:36:04 AM
I'm using Cryptopay right now. It's much, much better that Wirex IMO. I've used Wirex in the past, and I've even had issues with my 2FA in there.

797  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hoping for Bitcoin to drop on: August 27, 2017, 06:38:51 AM
With SegWit now in the background the general consensus would remain positive, IMO we won't see a significant drop for now until the next few weeks.
798  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mining contract on: August 27, 2017, 03:37:19 AM
Just a friendly advice, stay away from these cloud mining contracts.

You're better off investing your hard earned money at some other investment.

800  Economy / Speculation / Re: So where exactly are we in the bubble? on: August 26, 2017, 01:36:36 PM
It doesn't look alike what you are imagining in your mind because unless we see $5000 broken, I will never even think of a bubble being set up.
The prices tend to break $3600 more than 2 times but they managed to get over $4200 and after that, SegWit activated. Do you really think we have no causes to be at this crazy level?

It doesn't matter if there's enough reason for the price to be at this level, if it''s overpriced, it's gonna correct itself. That is what we should prepare for  IMO.
