1781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins in Steam coming soon... on: April 19, 2016, 01:32:49 AM
Is this still happening?

Still can't find the BTCBTCBTC option in adding wallet funds, so I suppose it didn't happen yet. There are steam wallet codes for sale in BTCBTCBTC though, peeps might want to search for that in the meantime.
1782  Other / Off-topic / Re: Buying stuff with paypal nowadays on: April 18, 2016, 11:11:55 AM
I use paypal anyway cause I dont want to sell my bitcoin right now.

But paypal and ebay are a bunch of thieves with their fee's and a bunch of
a-holes with their rules.

But for now Im stuck using them...

True, it sucks to pay ~$4 for a ~$100 sold item. But it's the most popular way to pay and customers demand it. So yeah, we're stuck at it for now. Bitcoin right now is too technical for the general population I believe.
1783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Play-Off Discussion on: April 18, 2016, 07:39:44 AM
Golden State Warriors is hot favorite against Houston Rockets, it looking Golden State Warriors has edge because it is on home court and good track record against Rockets than i also think it will be easy Warriors to win this game by decent margin so that i will pick over 219 points.

That's pretty much a given. That series can go up to 4-0 or 4-1 now, assuming Steph would be very healthy along the course.
1784  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which country does NOT use Bitcoin? on: April 18, 2016, 07:36:52 AM
Im pretty sure it's safe to assume that there has been at least a single bitcoin transaction that has happened in every country. Even the restricted ones. Just not so much volume.
1785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ever dreamed about Bitcoin? on: April 17, 2016, 01:38:27 PM
I dreamed of losing the entire bitcoin me, very unlucky. I hope it does not become a reality

Some people believe dreams are an indirect way of predicting the future. Too bad for you.  Grin
1786  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Pointless releasing anything like OpenBazaar on any other format besides Android on: April 17, 2016, 03:57:06 AM
Android is the most popular operating system in the world only if cellphones are concerned. On the desktop Windows is till the most popular OS. Good luck trying to run the complete OpenBazaar app on your cellphone and getting all the features of a Windows, Linux or OSX app. Most likely your phone or tablet would run out of battery before noon every day if you try to run your shop 24/7.

True. An android app is necessary, to monitor your listings, sales, and everything but like eBay and other e-commerce sites, it's best to run on a PC to set them all up. Smartphones are just for looking at your account every now and then.
1787  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best place to invest your bitcoin? on: April 17, 2016, 03:54:07 AM
Altcoins are best place for investing bitcoins, with best earnings, everything else is less profitable.

Not probably, it's also the best place to lose your BTCBTCBTCs.
1788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need ebay like site to promote bitcoin on: April 17, 2016, 03:49:44 AM
OP, we already got our own eBay -- OpenBizarre.

Much like your username - bizzare.  Smiley Smiley

A much better alternative would be Bitify. It's run by a member here.
1789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Play-Off Discussion on: April 17, 2016, 01:52:03 AM
GS surely will win, but odds are minuscule, so better go for under points.

Atlanta will make good use of home court, so they probably will win today(1.45)

And Oklahoma more than likely will win too, but odds are really small so better no bet

When the odds are really small it's always an option to bet on the other team. Smiley Although GSW at home? It's gonna take incredible performances for HOU to upset that. But still, I suppose Harden's hungry for vengeance?

EDIT: Well, GSW won. So did IND. Who got their bets on IND tonight?
1790  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Billboard Trolls Trump's Wall! on: April 17, 2016, 01:46:30 AM
It's not about the physical wall , this is about Trump's project to stop all remittance between US and Mexico, but I don't think it could be done. Money has flowing freely for more than a century, and they are regulations not even a president can change.

That guy really is insane. Why is he leading the Republican primaries?

1792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with your idle coins? on: April 16, 2016, 12:20:49 PM
I don't have a huge amount of idle coins at a  moment as I keep on spending it on regular basis, but I have saved few coins for the halving so will sell when the price goes higher.

With the same expectations on peak price at the time of halving, every user has kept few coins idle in their wallet. I believe these idle coins won't make a big impact on the price variation at times.
I think if you have a small amount in your wallet and unemployed better to grow it. if you're just waiting for halving come. it will not provide more benefits to you. because you only have a small amount

Mind sharing to us some of the ways to grow our holdings? Of course, aside from signature campaigns and not gambling.

There is only 1 thing to do.
Store them safely on a trezor or another offline device. This way you won't get 'robbed'
That is the best option indeed if you have lots of coins or a atleast in two figures. If you have only one or two coins like me,then go for paper wallet as trezor would be expensive

Trezor is really a great way to keep your bitcoins from unwanted withdrawals that might happen in an internet based wallet,my idle coins just sits on my wallet gaining value over time.

IMO you'd only need Trezor if you're holding like in the hundreds. Laminated paper wallets should serve the purpose otherwise.
1793  Economy / Speculation / Re: uᴉoɔʇᴉq reached 450$ today. share your views guys on: April 16, 2016, 10:15:03 AM
I hope that it keeping at an average of $430 during the rest of the month and then increase its price but it's difficult taking into account the current market. Lips sealed

In April, I think the price will still be around $420, trading between $400 to $450. Then in May or June, the price will rise to $500.

I also don't see much upwards potential in April to be honest. I think it will continue with bouncing between $400-$430 for the rest of this month. If everything indeed goes as I think it will, then we can add another month to the stable period of Bitcoin. I don't mind stability at all.

It's already hovering around $430 as of the moment, and there's still two weeks to go till May. IMO if it should run stable at this level then we're slowly gaining the momentum towards July.
1794  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: April 16, 2016, 06:15:16 AM
If Bitcoin dropped to $1 I would most probably abandon the crypto coin and look for other alternatives. Such a severe crash would indicate massive hurdles in its adoption and once it has hit the ground I highly doubt the price will increase again as everyone will be pulling out of Bitcoin enthusiasts and speculators alike. Also a lot of people would have lost a lot of money so I guess no one would want to invest more.

It'll be dead, like a serious security flaw for people to lose confidence in BTCBTCBTC. So yeah, we must move on.
1795  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: April 16, 2016, 01:30:53 AM
Trading itīs not a bad idea if you have what it takes, or just built the disruptive app!

There are already disruptive apps, take a look at CAT for example. It's for sale here in this forum.  Smiley

GS Warriors will win back to back titles so they will repeat Cheesy

Well the chance is pretty high but the ball is round and NBA is surprising. Where amazing happens.

If they will win in the Western Conference then I go to GSW at championship.

Pretty much a given that GSW would win the championships IN CASE they win the Western conference. The question now is who will be able to match the GSW in the west. HOU? I think not. We all saw how Harden flopped the last game in the conference finals. OKC? Good but I think not enough. I've read some analysis that it might be the CLIPS or SAS that can match. What do you guys think?
1798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: April 14, 2016, 05:12:49 PM
Wow we made it to the end, such a nice season although a little predictable it had some great surprises as GSW becoming an historic team and Curry playing at a unbelievable level. Will OKC create some problems for GSW or SAS in the west? Will Cleveland sweep the East?

Don't forget the awesome 60pt performance by Kobe. He really did end his career with a bang.

Regarding that, I believe yes, OKC will disrupt the two teams. Let's hope SAS will not bow out early like what happened last year.
1799  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: April 13, 2016, 03:13:26 PM
Utah Jazz v Los Angeles Lakers =  LAL @ 2.99

Kobe's last home game in the Staples Center. Expecting a good output from his team and a good win exit.
Utah is better than GSW.
i WILL NOT COMMENT ON WIN , BUT THE MATCH WILL BE INTERESTING.

GSW is still trying to up that record, pretty sure they won't rest this out. They'll want that no. 73.
